Gave it 1 star because there isnt zero or negative. Be very careful dealing with these people. Finance guy snuck in $8,400 worth of extras on my wifes car.
I will never be a fair judge of auto service centers. I have so much pent up anamosity towards the industry I cant be happy even when things go right.
On 27 JUL 21 I had a wheel alignment done. After I paid, I found the technicians report in the floor of my car that said my car was about the was out of specification. No body said anything to me .about the problem
Called to make an appointment for maintenance. Got transferred 5 times and hung up on twice. When i finally reached someone they said since its my first time then i have to make a profile. Okay fine but idk why no one knew what to do right away and couldnt explain that. Then i got transferred back to the girl that hung up on me to make my appointment. I saw the bad reviews and immediately became hesitant of even letting them touch my car especially since they showed how unprofessional they are so i contacted the location in Arlington ( they are sooo friendly and professional ) When i called to cancel my appointment the lady was rude and confused about what i was asking. I want to cancel my appointment, why did even that have to be difficult?
This the 2nd Toyota Service Dept I have tried in the Fort Worth area in the last 4 months.Freeman Toyota is superior in every way; The employees we had the opportunity to engage with were happy, friendly and glad to assist us. They delivered our vehicle to us before the promised time. Dont bother with the rest - these guys are the best!

I asked them to check my CV joints during routine maintenance (that I prepay for) and they said there was nothing wrong with them and that Id have to schedule another appt to have someone trouble shoot. Several month later, I take my Sienna to a shop I like down the street for brake job and they call me out and SHOW me leaking seals, sway bar issues...all kinds of stuff. Ugh.
Mallory always makes getting our Highlander serviced a great experience. She explains everything so you can really understand and always goes above and beyond.

Im usually pretty skeptical of car service centers, but I was pleasantly surprised when I started working with Steve. He was professional and cordial. He gave solid advice and his time estimate was just about right. Im so glad he was the one who answered my random service call.
Pre-trip inspection on my 2006 Matrix flagged a couple of pricey wear and tear replacement parts. They worked with me on the price to make it affordable and I had the car back the next day.

A very clean dealership, although a bit of a challenge to navigate 820 construction. I went in to buy a valve cover bolt for a 2004 avalon. They had my part in stock and car is back on the road.

If you’re looking for honesty and an advisor you can trust Steve Curry and Tim Farand are the best bar none. Never felt like I was being over sold like I experienced at other service centers. Waiting for service is like going to the dr for a physical, not exactly nipping at the bit to do it but it’s necessary. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time!
What an extraordinary experience. Such kind people to great you and you are in and out of service quick. They had the most amazing popcorn to munch on while you wait and two supras in the showroom floor. Never thought I’d enjoy getting my car serviced at a dealership. I get my Toyota and Honda both serviced here with Steve Curry
