My AC went out in my vehicle August 6th. I tried several times to have Meineke in Arlington look at since they did work on my AC last year. They gave me the run around, lied several times, and gave me such a hard time that I decided to call Meineke in Hurst, TX. on or around, August 20th. Anthony immediately apologized for my experience with the Arlington, TX location (Israel and Craig never once offered an apology) Anthony got my vehicle in very quickly. He did a thorough AC inspection. He was very honest and upfront, very professional, and helpful. I recommend anyone dealing with Meineke to go to the Hurst location. Oh, and the lobby was well lit and clean unlike the Arlington, TX location

Anthony has the best customer service of any car repair shop I have been to. I always assume I am being ripped off at a car repair center, but at meineke I was sent pictures of anything that needed to be fixed and was walked through pricing on everything they were going to do. After pricing it out myself their prices were very fair and upfront, even offering discounts when possible. All around great experience, never thought meineke would be my #1 mechanic but here we are. I look forward to giving you all my money each time my car breaks down in the future.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!The previous manager, Darrius, was amazing and the reason I chose this shop to do an alignment on my truck after installing a new suspension. However, there is a new manager and things have gone downhill quickly. When messing with my rear struts for alignment they somehow removed the lower mounting bolt and never replaced it. I noticed a rattle when driving home (after the shop closed) and upon inspection, saw the rear strut just hanging. This could have been extremely dangerous and Im fortunate to have noticed before an accident.The manager was very argumentative when I called and would not admit to any wrongdoing. I will be attempting to contact the franchise owner to explain why I will never return to this shop nor can I recommend it to anyone for anything at all.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Advised my niece that her car would be ready on Saturday at 4:30 during memorial Day weekend come 4:30 her car was disassembled and they could not fix it over the holiday so left her stranded until Tuesday after the holiday she was traveling from Kansas to Texas no call no advice hey were not going to be able to fix your car no communication whatsoever! Very upsetting!

Great experience. Had a phone call and set an appointment to have my exhaust leak looked at. Within minutes, they knew what was wrong and had a solution. Took a little longer than first estimated, but was done with quality and care. There was more work needed than first estimated, but Darius made sure the price stayed the same and showed me exactly what was being done.

Dropped truck off with a tire that kept losing air. Told them exactly which tire was losing air and left the truck. Picked up the truck a couple of hours later and drove home. I noticed that the tire I asked them to fix looked a little low so I checked the pressure. It had 23 pounds in it. Turns out they put a plug in the wrong tire.The tire was corrected and Davis the manager was the consummate professional. He went over and above to make sure that everything was corrected.

The place of business was clean and I was greeted by the owner as soon as I walked in. It’s was efficient plus they quoted the exact price for my oil change and rotated my tires for free. Sent my son in the same day to get his car inspected. He had the same experience. They are 2 for 2- batting 1000.

Hands down the best service experience I’ve had in a long time. Loved the detailed report, with pictures, that they sent with their recommendations. It didn’t feel like a blatant attempt to up-sale. It was actually very helpful. Their prices are great. The man who was running the front of the shop that I interacted with was a really good guy. Even at the very end of the day on Friday he was upbeat and professional as I ran in to pick up my SUV 5 minutes before they closed!!!

My first time at Meineke and I was very impressed. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and courteous and the facility is clean and comfortable. With a coupon I paid less than $50 bucks so that’s a good value!I will come back!

Replaced two tires and did alignment. Tried to use $25 off coupon or alignment special, but service technician would not allow me to use. Said he already gave me a discount on two tires. Paid $535 for their cheapest two tires and an alignment.

Vince ( Manager) gave us a quote and we scheduled an appointment to have the service performed.During the time before our appointment we went to Firestone and the manager said the quote from Meineke was a good price. We then went to Honest-1 auto care in NRH. They could be come close to the quote from Meineke.As agreed we dropped off our car Saturday 8am and as agreed Vince called us mid afternoon when the service was complete. Everything was exactly as we had hoped for.

I showed up yesterday after having a bad experience at take 5. I had extremely low tire pressure and I just needed air. Vince came out and checked ALL my tires and added air! I am extremely great full for the great customer service! It was raining it was 40 degrees outside and never complained. Thanks for the BEST!

Buyer Beware! Get other estimates before agreeing to having any work done there. They charge 100% plus. Above insurance companies markup prices in parts& labor. If a shop wont work with any insurance companies. And wont give your insurance company itemized estimates. Theres a real good reason why. I learned a hard lesson. Always ask a shop if they work with insurance companies. Whether its claim or not. If they dont go somewhere else that does. I didnt know this shop didnt work with insurance companies. Till my claims agent got involved. She was trying to help me. She tried working with them. They were rude and obnoxious to her. It wasnt till she threatened to report them for unethical business practices. That they called me back. And agreed to take the header off they claimed they put on. But charged me $183 than what they said they were going to originally. Now I dont know about anyone else. But if an ins is trying to help its customer. And the shop who is doing the work. Wont even provide an itemized list of parts and labor. Who are you going to believe. Your ins company who is trying to help you with a claim or the shop? Its a no brainer. If the shop is charging $900 more for a part. Above the ins mark up cost. Theres something wrong. So like I said. Get other estimates first before going there. And from the looks at other reviews. Im not the only one whos had a bad deal with those crooks.

The only downside to this service was how long it took. When I left the car with them I was told about 45 min. Ended up taking over 11/2 hours for an oil change and to look at a nail in a tire.

I went to meineke for an oil change and break job they had reasonable pricing and great customer service Jeremy and his team were very professional and helpful I will definitely be back.

We were experiencing issues with shaking with our 2016 Honda Civic LX. I took my wife to this location on 07/18/20 to get a 4-wheel alignment. My wife purchased a Groupon for $30.00 for this location. We dropped the car off around 10:00 AM CDT. About an hour later, we received an email stating that the issue isnt with our alignment, but the tires. We were told we need new tires. We said thats fine well get tires elsewhere, but to go ahead and move forward with the alignment as well since its been a couple of years since we had one done. He said theyll proceed, and itll be done in 20 minutes. We come back to the store to pick up the car and check out. I asked the gentleman working the front desk for a printout of the before and after measurements for the alignment. He said their printer is out of ink cartridge so he cant print it for me. I then asked him to email it to me. He said the computer doesnt have that option. This didnt sit well with me. I wanted proof that an alignment was truly done on my wifes vehicle before I leave the store. The gentleman said he assures me it was done. I told him thats hearsay and I want proof. I asked him nicely to go to the computer screen that shows my alignment results and take a picture of it with his mobile phone and thatll work for me. He agreed to do that. He went back to the computer where the alignment was done and struggled for almost 10 minutes to get pictures. He comes back and shows me pictures, but it had no information that it was even my vehicle. It was just a random set of measurements. I asked him to get me a picture that shows those measurements belong to my vehicle. Every alignment summary should show the vehicle information as well. He goes back again and struggles for another 10 minutes to get pictures. This leads me to believe that hes trying to fabricate this information. He comes back one more time with pictures of the measurements for the wrong car. My wifes car is a 2016 Honda Civic. The photos he showed me were for a 2013 Honda Civic. He tried to trick me by pulling up someone elses old measurements. I told him this is not proof that any alignment was done on my car. He then tells his staff to put my car back up on the rack and get the measurements for me. I watched all this go down and they basically quickly performed the alignment while I was there since I caught them in a lie. This is fraud and very unprofessional, let alone not safe. Do not trust the people that work at this location.Response from Owner:Shy, we did goof up on not getting you a printout, as weve now changed the system for customers to receive the before and after alignment printouts digitally through our eInspection process. The second issue on our end was that we couldnt find the spot on the alignment machine (its a new machine with updated features) to pull up a previous car - which would have been easy to resend to you. This morning, we did in fact find your car being aligned twice, to showcase that it was done correctly the first time. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you can give us another chance.My response to Owner:Since I cant comment on the response from the owner, I am editing my original review. If my car was originally aligned, then how come the front measurements were in red when they did the alignment again? Why wasnt it all green to begin with when the car was put back on the rack again if it was truly aligned to begin with? This is clear proof that the alignment was never done to begin with. Stop making up lies and excuses and take accountability. I pay for a service and I expect it to be done and not to be cheated. This is why I will never come back here and recommend that people stay away because this place is dishonest.

They had a truck that needed more help than me which meant I would have to wait another day but instead the manager called the location in Hurst to see if they had a open truck bay?
