I am definitely coming back here for all of my car needs. Everyone is so honest & friendly- super quick turnaround. Rex Baugus helped me after another shop quoted me over $1500 for general maintenance- he explained to me what was likely going on with my car, where the other shop was overcharging, and even where the other shop was saving me some money & not charging where they could have. Picked up my car for less than 1/5 of the original quote and my car drives great. I believe DFW Frame does everything except body work- I will be referring everybody here, & all my future oil changes!

After reading some of the reviews I had a tiny doubt but since they responded appropriately to these negative reviews I wanted to try them. So glad I did!! This place was wonderful! My experience: I booked an appointment online and followed-up with a phone call to make sure the time was good. When I went in for my appointment I was greeted promptly and professionally. The office was very nice and and comfortable with some little extras that make you feel welcomed. Mitch listened and asked great questions without making me feel like a goober then my car was promptly serviced! The cost was exactly what I expected and they absolutely did NOT try to up-sell me in any way. They could have tried as there were some open questions about my repair. They accurately diagnosed and fixed my issue. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

I have been to DFW Frame and Alignment two times now for my F-350. The first time was fantastic. They made quick work of the trucks alignment and helped me torque a bolt that had a spec higher than any of my wrenches could go. The second time was fine. The job took longer than I thought it should and I had to call several times and bug the guys to get an update. They were probably just swamped but it was a little frustrating. I still would recommend these guys, particularly for large trucks with long wheelbases. A lot of other places dont even have machines that will work to do an alignment on my F-350.

Rex and his team did a fabulous job of diagnosing my alignment issue and was able to skillfully order the right parts and fix it the same day. They did a great job of correcting the steering problem that I had been having for awhile. I had become very frustrated after going to two other places prior and being told it was fixed when it actually wasn’t. Thank you again Rex for your superior customer service and professionalism. I would highly recommend your services to anyone.

We have used them for multiple vehicles over the years and have always had honest great service! Jimmy is great to communicate and clearly explains the process.

I went in due to a noise on my right front wheel every time I hit a bump. They stated it was the tie rod and tightened it. I had it at another shop three weeks before and that was already done. They come back later stating that my bushings were missing I asked for pictures he delayed in getting those pictures to me and when he finally sent them there were two things I noticed 1- it was on the left side that was missing ( i looked when I got home ) and 2- the area was shiny like it was just taken off. If the other shop had removed them after three weeks there would have been dirt and road grime. Also those were just put on and brand new so no way they would have magically worn out or vanished. My husband and neighbor ( who knows these guys personally ) put them on and stated there was no way they could have or would have come off. They stated Id need another alignment afterwards. Another thing is I had them do an oil change to they were to use the filter I had and did but charged me for theirs and I got told he didnt know when he was sitting there while I was telling the mechanic to use mine I had three in the trunk. Instead of refunding the money to my card got told theyd take it off the bill next I came in. There will NOT be a next time.

There is a man named Rex that works there that has completely taken advantage of my 19 year-old daughter. He had a car accident that was completely his fault & promised to make it right. He has lied repeatedly & now my daughter is losing her car. Not to mention her car insurance is going to be impacted for the next 7 years…..he has promised to make this right but has failed to do so. He hasn’t paid for anything that he promised other than my insurance deductible. He is a liar & I would not recommended any place that would employee someone like this in their establishment. I have proof thru text that he admitted that it was all his fault but he will not give his insurance info to us……

Yikes. Brought my truck in for a quote. Based on what they said, I’m not sure anyone even looked at my truck.They can’t tell the difference between welded on versus bolted on parts? Nah, I’ll pass.

Great experience. I had what appeared to be light frame damage to my car. Brought it into DFW Frame and Alignment, they were able to show me the full extent of the damage. What appeared to be minor, in fact, reached farther into the chassis than I could initially see. Rex was great. Very congenial and professional. Showed me, and told me, what would be needed to do to fix the issue and the potential cost of said fix. Even though I chose not to commence with the repair, he was forthcoming with potential options and places that could help me out. Luckily, this was a project car and not my daily. Nonetheless, I was impressed at the level of professionalism and willingness to look out for the customer.

I would have really liked to give these guys a good review. They were professional and accommodating in person and on the phone. However, the quality of the alignment I received was not good at all. I gave them specific specs referencing caster and toe. Camber is not adjustable on my 2018 Ram 2500. The specs explicitly said do not cross caster my truck as it will cause chassis lean and poor ride quality. I could immediately tell the alignment was off driving home that night and two days later noticed chassis lean after the vulcanized bushings reset themselves. Also, my steering was not aligned at all. I ended up performing the alignment myself with the help of a friend. The alignment was incredibly easy to do in addition to lining up my steering wheel. Disappointed that I spent $210 on an alignment that was way off and that the reviews lead me astray.

This place is awesome! The guys that run and own the place are super upfront as well as friendly. I dont take my car anywhere else. I trust them fully to not upsell to me and make sure that my car gets exactly what it needs

When I think of this place I think their name should be changed to “gouge o matic.” I have had trouble with them before calling out many more parts than are needed to remedy a situation, and trying to give me the hard sell why I’ve got to buy these parts to fix the problem. In the past to replace a heater core they insisted I needed a new radiator too, and they didn’t get the job. They have tried to demand I replace oxygen sensors when there is no check engine light illuminated on the dashboard. I called today to find out what they would charge me to put a couple cans of R134A Freon in a car that is still cooling but a little low on Freon. It’s still working and is suffering from sitting up, and nobody needs to open the sealed system to fix that.I want one or two as needed 1lb cans of R134A put into the low side of the air conditioner and that’s it. Close the lid and forget about it – this is easy stuff. They told me the system needs to be evacuated and to re-pull a vacuum then re-charge the system for a sum of around $200.00. Listen, if you get a flat tire and you buy a new car that is guaranteed to fix your problem, and this is guaranteed to fix my air conditioner. Except that I don’t need all that, and I know it. That makes their recommendations nothing less than gouging the customer, and taking advantage of the ignorant. I hung the phone up frustrated with myself because I already knew they would quote something ridiculous, and life has not changed a bit.If you want your car repaired with the most extreme number of parts, and most expensive process available, this is the place for you. IF you enjoy charitable contributions to profitable businesses that take advantage of people; again this is a perfect place to look.If you just want the faulty condition cleared, and only the affected part, you had better look for a mechanic that’s in your best interest. I’ll drive around hot forever before I’ll pay $200 to have the air conditioner topped off with an $8 can of R134A.This place has done quality work for me, but trying to fight them down to what I really need isn’t worth the struggle required to get it.There once was a sign in their lobby that said something about a God fearing man just trying to make an honest living. Im still choking on that because their diagnoses are not remotely honest, and they are making a lot on the sale of not needed parts and the labor to install them. And when that happens many customers dont know enough about the repair process to understand theyve been short-changed.

Ive had my car service here for many years. The choir the price that quote is almost always higher than the price I pay. Theyre very friendly fellows, but theyve gotten so busy it takes a while to get the car in for service. I saved several hundred dollars over the dealer.

We have used DFW Frame and Alignment for several years. I recently took my Lexus to the dealer for the airbag recall. Upon picking up my car, Lexus gave me a laundry list of approximately $3,000 worth of work that needed to be done. I took the list and my car to DFW and had them check it out. I was shocked to find out that only one of the suggested repairs was necessary and that the $850 Lexus quoted for that repair only ended up costing me $250 at DFW. The staff is always friendly and courteous and will continue to be our choice for repairs and maintenance on our vehicles.

DFW Frame and Alignment always gets us in quickly, does a great job at a fair price. I recommend them to anyone. I have various vehicles and models that they have been able to service and perform major work always checking with me before proceeding and providing realistic timelines. Ive been a customer for 7 years and wont go anywhere else.

Ripoff artists.Beware, I needed an alignment, took my vehicle ii, waited half an hour, then the tech came out and whispered in the guy with the shaven heads ear. Next thing I know they said it could not be aligned without several hundred dollars worth of repairs, said I wanted to take it somewhere else, they charged me 80 bucks just for looking at it.Just as I was leaving, they told some young Girls the same thing with their car.Following week, took my car and had it aligned in Arlington. No problem.Rip off artists.

We were having problems figuring out a hard pulling issue with my 02 Suburban after having an alignment done. DFW Frame and Alignment came highly recommended by another shop, so we took our truck to them for service. While they were a good distance from my house, it was worth it! They quickly found the issues and repaired my truck with hardly any downtime! I enjoyed working with Jimmy and wont hesitate to take my truck back to them!

I have had two vehicles over there in the last month and the experience has been great. They aligned the front end on my jeep after I replaced all the tie rod ends, Then i had them installed a 2 leveling kit and align my F250. Good price d work. The owners are people! I went by one day to get some info and check them out,and was happy to find how honest and straight forward they are. I have a 21 year old truck, I brought it in and they took me home. Mitch, Jimmy, Todd and the gang have done everything on my GMC Yukon KL from an oil change to a complete engine change out. They dont let me forget the day I shot my truck with my .38 Super Automatic. When they finally finished laughing, they opened up my dash and found the parts I had killed, replaced them and all was well again. More recently, we were rear-ended on I-45 in our Toyota Avalon. Mitch allowed the wrecker to unload the car in their service bay while the insurance companies sorted things out. We wanted it fixed until Mitch took the time to show me how the frame was bent and encouraged us to take the Totaled payment from the insurance company. These guys are great! They are thorough, professional and courteous and a fine Christian organization. Cannot recommend they any more highly! Way to go guys!

Took our car for an alignment. Told that the front end needed too much work and that they couldnt do an alignment. Estimate would be over $1000 to repair the front end. Charged their estimate fee but gave us the 10% discount - about $50. Took the car to our mechanic and he told us that there was nothing wrong. Beware.

Took my car in for an alignment. 20 minutes later I was informed that my control arm bushings would need to be replaced first, they would not perform an alignment because it would not hold in its current state. I refuse to be strong-armed, so I paid their diagnostic fee, and took it to my Toyota independent shop. His opinion was in direct contradiction. Id beware of add ons here.

Ive been taking my 2000 Nissan Pathfinder to DFW Frame and Alignment for years. I have always enjoyed the great, friendly service they offer and my Pathfinder is still giving me great service because of the outstanding service DFW gives my vehicle.

Went for alignment.after alignment it pulled left hard..thy seemed irritated i brought back..after being there 2 and half hrs...i left..it thn felt horrible to drive..so went to another shop nxt day and thy said toe was way off..this shop doesnt seem right..one guy drove my truck before alignment thn another test drove it..seemed strange..i would not use thm unless thy know you..was a rip off to me...100 bucks wasted. Better off somewhere else..plus thy didnt give any print out for final adjustment.
