Found this Gem of a place after a flying object on the highway hit my vehicles radiator and caused my car to stall and overheat . They got me in fast, they were very efficient and responsive about getting what they needed from insurance and we’re very fast and great quality of work. I had a great experience with Honest from the start of the call. Great customer service experience!! Ashley was very knowledgeable about cars and I felt if she knows this much my car would be in good hands. I started to tell her, I think my transmission was broken because my car won’t move and a piece fell off when I was pushing it back into a parking spot. She let me know that it might not be the transmission and to have it brought in to be sure. I had it towed in and the mechanic checked it out and sent pictures below (which was awesome). The same day she called and let me know it was my axle and gave me a price for the repair. I gave the approval. My car was repaired the very next day before the afternoon, she called and told me my car was ready !! That is the Fastest ever in life any car I have had has been fixed !! I had previously brought my vehicle in to be worked on for a water pump and ac issue. They recharged the system and added dye to check the system.3 months later I thought it wasnt cooling as well and they provided a quick check up and gave me a ride home while I waited. No charge for the check.Theyve always been prompt and courtesy.

I was really afraid to go to any place because I’m VERY PICKY about who touches my hubby and my car. My car needed both the front and back struts changed and let’s just say they did their thing. My car sounds so much better! I’m impressed! Oh and the cherry on top was they didn’t charge me 1000 to change them, it was cheaper than anyone else I called. (Even though I supplied the parts) very professional, clean and understanding. I recommend this place 1000 percent. Great job Honest 1!!!! Most of them act like they dont care if youre there or not - I found one guy whose services I used griping about his customers on Facebook! I called around and had a few people look at my 2007 Dodge Charger. My ex blew the intake valves out of it and I repaired those and had the head serviced. It was purging really bad and got told by most every other place I called the camshaft or other things were bent and bad and might as well do an engine swap. They told me to bring it in and give them an hour or 2 to see if they can find the issue first. They did and saved me the price and headache of a new engine. The front lady Ashley and I believe the guy I talked to was Frank. Both great and professional people and did a dang good job. I’m not a big fan usually of taking my car to a shop but they earned a new customer for any other things I would need service on. And yes Honest One, they back their name. Thanks allot! 👍🏻

Honest - 1 NRH has been servicing my car for almost two years. I consistently have been treated professionally during all my visits. I like the staff and the owners. They are nice people and easy to communicate with when I need service. Ive only had one issue when my CV boot was replaced and fluid was leaking out after the replacement. They said bring the car in and they corrected it within a few minutes. They did a good job with replacing my battery cables and alternator. I use them for oil changes, state inspections, and will continue to use them for future car services.

I’ve had a check engine light, brake light, and needed an oil change for almost a month. Postponed so long because of covid finances... 😩 The staff here were very informative and quoted prices before they worked on the vehicle. Explaining what was most and least important to get fixed.They do courtesy shuttling if you don’t have a ride back to your apartment/work. They also have courtesy drinks, snacks, and WiFi while you are waiting on lobby.

First time using Honest-1 and they were very friendly and patient when reviewing the diagnosis and answering my questions. They under promised and over delivered when it came to quote time and labor time having my car ready sooner than expected. Fair pricing.

2001 Ford F-150, original owner, very well maintained truck, garage kept and only used as a commuter for 2 years. Truck just turned 20 years old. The intake manifold had a leak. Went to a lower cost shop. Then had a leak. The lower cost shop said the head was seeping oil. Marten and James took a look and saw the thermostat was leaking. Explained what probably happened from the lower cost shop and fixed the truck. These guys saved me $25k because the truck was going to the crusher and Id have to purchase wife another vehicle! After being charged for an expensive repair that I now dont think I needed, at Classic Chevrolet; and then being quoted an exorbitant cost for the repair that I actually did need from Classic, I decided to do my own research. I chose Honest-1 after reading their online reviews since being under new management. They gave me an fair quote for the repair that I actually needed ... and nothing extra that I didnt need. I have found an awesome local repair shop for any further needs.

I stopped in for the annual inspection. Was completed timely, and they gave me the heads up that I’ll need new tires soon.The waiting area is clean and spacious, with a play area for the kids so feel free to bring them while you wait.

I really am impressed with this business. I am often loyal to a fault and ended up getting screwed by my mechanic. I brought my van here this week. While I am grateful that they found out I had a warrantied battery and had its replacement sent over, my only complaint is the cost of labor for changing a battery is not cool- I know this is a practice (minimal labor costs even though it doesn’t take an hour to switch out a battery) in most shops and I honestly did not feel like being argumentative about it. Anyway, they were very nice. They told me what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. upon speaking with the mechanic, I actually understood what was described as being wrong with my vehicle. The shop is very comfortable. The whole staff is sincere and kind when they speak with you. They emailed information to me to keep for my records because it’s 2019 and who can keep up with a bunch of papers anymore? I hope more shops use whatever their formula is. I will be back. They’ve earned my loyalty and business.

Staff was extremely friendly and the waiting area is pretty comfortable with chargers and snacks and drinks available. The experience would be 5 stars but when i called about my repair and situation and the fact that ive been to other repair shops today looking for a better deal, they promised they would match labor prices to compete which is where i got sold. The other place i went to the bill was only $280. The final bill here was $488! and DID NOT match the quoted from the other repair shop. They use much more expensive parts and the labor they charge is expensive compared to other local repair shop locations. I almost felt like went to a dealership. Will i return? Maybe. But only as a last resort before the dealership. Apparently my vehicle was undriveable which is why i had to get the repair done here. But honestly at the end of the day i feel like i got duped.
