The bikes are good, the service is great. Reese was super helpful and accomodating. Cooper was awesome and knowledgeable too! Been there twice already to rent ebikes and we’ll be back.

This is the place to purchase your e-bike! Cooper, Brandon and Riess go above and beyond. There was no pressure to buy, Cooper answered every stupid question I had. Brandon knows these e-bikes inside and out (good luck to you on your new endeavors you are a pleasure to deal with!) Came for 1 bike and left with 2! Thank you Riess for getting the bikes ready so quickly. Customer service is alive and well here in a time where it is dead. I will be back for accessories. If you are in the market for e-bikes this is the place to shop! Thank you guys!

Talk about the lamest service ever! Kick a person down while you’re down kinda shop! If it doesn’t benefit them or the shop they won’t help you!I was stranded on my ebike with a drained battery and I politely asked if I could charge my battery and they said no. Of all places they should know the feeling of having a drained battery and feeling stranded. Why do you want to be a paying customer here if they can’t help you when you really need it? Lame 😒 donot buy purchase or rent from this place there are other shop near by that will go the extra mile to help and assist you to earn your business!!

I met a guy at the beach that had a rack for his ebike and I complimented him on it. I’ve struggled to find anyone that had one in stock. He referred me to this shop so I went there excited to spend 750-800 bucks. I walked into the shop and the guy at the counter was on the phone so I walked around the corner and was stopped but a young guy and I said “hello” he responded “yeah, so actually... we closed like 2 or 3 minutes ago, so..” I said “oh, I can’t get anything?” His response “yeah, no, we’re closed, so..”good help is hard to find unless you’re one of the famous people on their website. Product might me good, customer service isn’t

I get ALL maintenance on my Ridge Rider done at this bike store! All repairs are what you want as a customer! Big ‘shot out’ to Adam! He always goes above and beyond in customer service!!

We went biking with our 9,6,and 3 year old kids. They have a wide selection of bikes including electric bikes and a carriage for our youngest one. Bikes are well maintained and clean. Adam was fantastic in setting us. We enjoyed it so much we came back a second consecutive day and have been at this location in years past.

Great bikes but terrible customer service. I had a recalled part to get replaced and misread the time that they open and the employee started sassing us for being 15 minutes early. I can’t believe how bad customer service was when it was over a recall that they caused. Completely unprofessional, I wish I had the employees name so I could inform the rest of you. My experience is beyond awesome with this Pedego Electric Bike shop. The location near the beach makes it an ideal place to rent a bike to enjoy the great California weather!!!The purpose for my writing today, though, is specifically to relate to others about my experience. I am a Pedego Bike owner, and needed my bike to be tuned up and a new tube for the back tire installed. This store was open today for Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. Derek helped me today, as well as Adar. Derek fixed my flat tire, tuned up my bike, and fixed my bike light as well. After Derek finished, Derek and Adar helped me get my bicycle into my trunk. I am very happy with their service. I look forward to going there again soon. The store is a fantastic place for bike rentals, but also a great store to buy a new bicycle.And my bicycle rides smoothly, as good as new, just like the first day of purchase. Thanks again to Derek and Adar.

Pedego of Huntington Beach is an excellent bicycle shop. Chris and Adam go out of their way to be helpful. The have been very helpful when I have had problems. They do excellent and rapid service. They always charge my battery when I visit the shop. I recommend them to all my Pedego friends.

Have you tried an e-bike (or trike?).... if not, and you love riding, you must go here and try one out!! Ask for Chris! Hell help you find just the right bike (or trike) for you!! Great service, and what a fine product!!

The best e-bikes out there! Quality is top-notch and service is excellent, though rarely needed. Chris and the team at Pedego Huntington Beach go out of their way to make sure I have the best experience possible with my current bike rather than trying to sell me on buying a new one.

What fun! As a 68 y/o woman who has never used an electric bike, Christian offered complete instructions and gave me confidence that I could do this. He was right! Loved biking and cruising with assist north on the boardwalk from 6th St where the crowds were thin and the traffic was light. Don’t miss this fun activity!

For the most part I can ride it all day long all around Huntington and Newport Beach and still have battery left for more.When looking at an Electric Bike there are all kinds of reasons to get one. Amazing time. Best rental place in Hb. Rented from here 3 times now. every time friends come in from out of town this is what we do and every time my friends and family are blown away at how much fun the bikes are and easy. Go all the way to Newport without pedaling once? Yes please!!!! Lunch and Pedal home with not one pedal moving? YES PLEASE!!! If you are looking for something to do that is inexpensive this is it you can see everything Hb and surrounding beaches have to offer easily and fun.
