Amazing. Bikes were so fun. Prices were reasonable. 10 minute easy ride to the beach. Did the 4 hour rental and we all loved it. Beautiful. Would do it again. Service was fast and great. Rental was easy.

I definitely recommed electric fat bikes. It was the best ride we had. Service was very great friendly well evacuated in the bikes. The bike ride great for two hours to the beach and battery didnt even go down at all. So good.!

We took a couple of Electric bikes at Fatbike for 2 hours. Went from Huntington to Seal Beach and came back. The bikes worked very well and were quite powerful. Mostly use the pedal assist in level 3.We were helped by Zeeshan. He was very nice and gave us good advices.Will definitely come back!

We saved the best for last! Spent two weeks in LA and Vegas and our final day was renting eBikes from Fat Bike Rentals. We spent the entire day riding on the beach and bike paths on Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. They took good care of us and gave us tips on an easy route to the beach and where to eat! Thank you for topping off our vacation with an awesome day!

Great customer service and price. We did Groupon too. A very cool and accommodating vibe. If they don’t answer phone it’s because they’re busy, keep trying. Making a reservation at least a day ahead is recommended, and if not, bikes roll in pretty regularly.

Had a wonderful time with my family touring Huntington Beach along the bike path. Highly recommend. Although I wish I tried different bikes. Im 52 which landed me a kids electric bike. They said its not for kids but (at the end of our rental period) when I tried one of the bikes that the 54 child was riding, it was insanely fast, with gears too! Mine had a top speed of 8 mph and the other one had 25 mph. So maybe lie about your height?! Especially if youre an adult, to get the full experience.

Zeeshan was very helpful and knowledgeable. My 8 year old daughter was to small to ride a bike so he suggested an attachment It all worked out, my daughter had a blast. These electric bikes are awesome you wont regret it .

Friendly owners and great service.This was our first time ride an electric bike and was a little apprehensive about it. Traveling with my young adult kids, I was nervous about riding the bikes on our own, so we did the tour option and so glad that we did. The owner, Hashemi, was awesome! Very patient making sure we all felt comfortable before taking off. The location is about 1 mile from the beach, but don’t let that stop you. It really was pretty easy getting to beach. We went all the way to Newport Beach and had just a wonderful experience. I know that I could not have done that on our own…it is not a straight shot on the beach, so you have to know where to go. My kids had a great time. Hashemi let my son ride the “chopper” and he loved it. We took some great pictures and was a highlight of our trip. We were able to see a part of Newport Beach that we would not have seen in a car. You will not be disappointed. The bikes look very cool and super easy to ride.

Just a weird experience in general. Bought e-bike rentals on Groupon. So when we arrived we mentioned we had Groupon valchers. The guy seemed annoyed and made the statement “well if you didn’t already get them we’d prefer you to get it from us because they take like half the money.” Clearly after I already stated that’s why we are here, because we bought the offer off Groupon...? I’ve rented e-bikes else where around California and no where has weirdly made me put a $500 holding fee. Like am I renting a car here. The bikes they offered us together I don’t think even total the amount of $500. Not confused anymore why they are just a little side business that you can barely see from the street. As well the guy gave us completely wrong directions to down town. Should have just taken the straight shot I was going to take originally that he denied and said his way would be easier. Thankful a different guy was there when we got back. Honestly I would just rent from a place closer to down town since they don’t actually let you pick the bike you want, so what’s the point? You won’t have to put down $500, nor get back handed comments about the way you purchased. If you don’t like Groupon why sell on Groupon? Definitely lost a customer that sadly would have been a super73 sale. The experience was just so bad, I decided to wait and bought mine straight from the company when the model I wanted was in stock.

I recommend FatBikes if you are looking to spend the day bike riding. The electric bikes are well kept and clean; the battery life lasted for several hours without dying, which I enjoyed tremendously. Plus, I could really appreciate being able to also use the pedals on the bike to get a little exercise too :) The staff are very friendly, I definitely plan on coming back.

Cool bikes, very well maintained. My sons decided on a different style bicycle once we got there and it was not a problem. They recommended a route to get the beach which was safer and less congested than Beach Blvd. We all had a great time. Will definitely rent from them again!

The team was very helpful over the phone and was willing to match any rate we found online.Rental was seamless and we were off riding in less than 10 minutes. Helmets and bike locks are available at no extra cost.The person who helped us was named Zeeshan. He was super informative and helpful. I had an issue with my battery and he was prompt to get it replaced so I could enjoy my rental.Best rates in Huntington!!

This place is so great! We thought we were goi g to have to get a new battery and Jason charged my bike and figured out I needed a new charger. Xander cleaned my bike and the owner hashimi gave us a great deal on parts. The store in Irvine tried to make me buy a whole new battery. I am coming back.

Excellent customer service during and after our purchase of a Super73 S2 bike. It was a very informative and easy purchasing process--no hard sell or up sell tactics. When we had a problem with the bike a few weeks later, they responded immediately and helped to fix the issue. They are very knowledgeable about the bikes they sell.

I rented an electric bike for the first time and found it to be the best invention after sliced bread. These guys are pro at what they do. Theyve figured out what a renter expects. Great friendly attitude and service + the bikes perform as expected. The batteries last as expected. Look no further if youre in Huntington Beach. They also provide helmet and locks at no charge (yes, you have to give them back after your ride). And yes, free parking. Havent seen it getting any better in HB.

Went down to shop to get some very hard to find Whitewall Fat Tires. The Owner was extremely kind and very helpful. This is a great shop with helpful and honest people. Kinda hard to find because location is shared w a dental building. You definately need to check this place out if looking to purchase or rent a ebike. A very large selection. Great bikes, fun ride on the boardwalk!

I had a really good chat with Hashemi on the phone. I called him a couple days before we came to Los Angeles. My husband and me looked for fat tire bikes to bike in the sand. He said he will have two for us, we can look at it and decide when we come in early. We did. Arrived there 10am and he showed us two bikes we were okay with. He told us we are not supposed to ride in the wet sand, only the dry, because otherwise we have to pay a cleaning fee ($25 each bike). We were okay with that. We started biking and were biking to the beach and tried to go with the bikes in the sand. It was impossible. These bikes were made for trails but were totally no sand bikes. We even tried it in the harder sand and it didnt work at all. They were super heavy and hard to handle, totally not made for the beach and what we were looking for. It was a big disappointment. We tried to make the best out of it, to fill out our 4hrs but were not really able to enjoy it. We also figured that the brake was in reverse and the breakpads were not probably adapted. We brought the bikes back earlier and told Hashemi that we were not really happy with it because these bikes are not at all for the sand and so on. He didnt really say a lot, we were hoping he would be so nice and offer us a price reduction or at least different bikes for the sand, but nothing happened. We left disappointed and frustrated. It was not a good experience.

Wonderful experience.If youre a tourist or visiting, GO HERE.I reccomend going while there is still sun out.Basket bikes have a lot of power and is very convenient for ladies with a purse.The employees are very helpful and gave us the best routes to have the most enjoyable experience.A heads-up, beginner bikes dont have much power so be aware of that when you take different bike variations.(To the owners) get a bigger, bolder sign! The place is easy to miss lol.

This place is AWESOME! Were staying the week in Huntington and decided to rent these on a whim! The owners were wonderful and super accommodating (turns out its best to have a reservation, whoops). The bikes were life changing! We rode down to Newport, all around, back to Huntington and then back to Fat Bikes and still had battery left. Were life long customers now! Thanks again, guys!!!

These bikes are amazing! The owners are so down to earth and they make the experience that much better! The bikes are electric and so fun to ride! They are strong, good for off-road, and so easy to get used to! Ride them on the sand, on the grass, on the sidewalk, literally anywhere! You can use the pedals and use the electric power for maximum speed! The experience was a blast in beautiful Surf City, USA!

This is the second time I was able to come down and rent the best ebikes to cruise the beach. Deffently a must do and the only way to check out Huntington Beach. Call early and reserve a Plumm motor bike you wont regret it⚡⚡. The staff is so friendly when you arrive and walk you through all the features on the bikes. The also make sure you are comfortable with the bike yyou rented before heading out

The first bike they gave me had a little error code so I just didn’t use that one and they gave me one that was even faster, had a blast.

WARNING Ever have a Nightmare Neighbor? One who tried to steal your cable? Then from there your vehicles start having damage? Flat tires. Your bicycles that are chained to the house column are stolen bc the lock was professionally cut? Garden has liquid that was clearly thrown? You couldnt provide proof until you installed cameras and then it stops? Or does it? Hmmm, Neighbors? Nightmare Neighbors are Nightmare in business! WARNING! This is where neighbors park their work vehicle right in front of my garage and my vehicles so I cant access anything! Again, nightmare Neighbors; Nightmare in business!! Professionally cut bike lock..hmmmm what business can cut a bike lock?

I chose Fat Bike Rentals because of the GREAT deals offered on Groupon. When I arrived staff was friendly and happy to show me how to ride the bike of safely and answered my questions and easily honored my voucher. A few hours later I returned happy and amazed on how much fun these bikes are to ride. I cant wait until I return and ride one again! Thumbs Up.

So this whole summer 2020 Covid! I rented from fat bike at least six times and brought my friends three different times. They have been nothing but professional and fair. The reason why I say fair is because we got two flats in one day and they took care of us! I will always come here and refer them to my friends and their bikes are in great condition!

They are amazingly helpful. I call them for my super 73 bikes and parts. They helped me get a rim for my bike that I had crashed. Very responsive and helpful. They also have very cool parts for the bikes that are hard to find elsewhere. Love this store!

Awesome people and great bikes! Riding on the sand was such a cool experience. Bikes were in excellent condition, very personable staff who gave us great advice on routes to get where we wanted to go with minimal traffic. The beach was a short ride away but the bikes were so fast that it didn’t matter one bit. The staff are just really good people too. Riding in the sand on fat tires with e-motor assist was the highlight of our trip. Go here if you want to rent bikes that are absolutely the most fun experience on the beach!
