Reading the reviews you would be led to believe that they don’t do their job but this is totally false for me RJ did a great job getting me exactly what I want it and when I wanted it which is key in these times. I had an issue with something and he fixed it right away with no hesitation I appreciate his hard work

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Run away and go to a more legit store. I went in to look at furniture about a month before moving. I went in to look for a king memory foam mattress and bed frame. They said I can place the order a month in advance so I did. When I moved out, they came to delivery mattress and frame. By the time the delivery guys assembled it, i walked into the room and the mattress was box spring and the frame was not what I ordered. I had to go back to the store and show the pictures of what I ordered vs. what i got. They told me it would take a MONTH to get the mattress I ordered. So I canceled it. It took forever and they truly made me feel like I was in the wrong. Horrible experience. I purchased my mattress from wayfair. Go somewhere else. Not worth your time or money

I 100% recommend this place! I visited the store yesterday looking for a couch/sectional for my daughters new apartment. Sam took care of us and he is beyond amazing!!! We were able to purchase a sectional my daughter fell in love with. Sam and the owner, RJ, both worked with us to ensure we were happy. They threw in a few freebies and delivery is in one week. Quality pieces and fast delivery is unheard of during this time but 7 Star came through for us!!! This place went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. If you are thinking of visiting the big box furniture Stores, PLEASE consider stopping here first. You will not be disappointed. I came and bought a sofa and love when it was delivered I noticed the sofa was smaller than the one shown to me so I went back to the store and was told to measure the couch and text him back with the measurements. I did as requested but never received a response so I called and spoke with the manager who informed me the couch was different and it came in a smaller size but the same price even though I was never told that before I purchased it. Be careful using from here. Very deceptive

Horrible experience this place is just one of the worst place I have ever shop I have the worst customer service they do not healthy or add anything when there’s a problem I just purchased a four chairs for my kitchen island and one of them one of the legs came broken I brought it back to them and they said they were going to fix it they were gonna call me when the parts have arrived it’s been over a month already and nobody has called me I have to call four times to see if my the part was ready they said it was going to be a couple of days those couple of days turn into a month and a half and nothing has been resolvedDon’t shop here the only thing they want is your money if you have any kind of trouble with your furniture they will not fix it and they won’t give you your money back or they won’t even give you a discount they are just a money hungry and it doesn’t matter how they get it so just save yourself your money or go somewhere else but none of the stores they have a star any are worth even shopping there they’re all the same especially this one this one is horrible

The quality that they sell is cheap and over priced! I bought a table about 3 months ago and the chairs are wobbly and theyve only been sat on a few times. The cheap wood is cracking. Dont waste your money if you like quality furniture. I already had them replace one chairs now the others are falling apart. Im ready to throw this mess away!

I purchased a sofa last year and it didn’t come with screws . So I asked for a new set, this time with screws in . And the employee man that drives a Nissan Maxima . Tried to give me screws with in the store . Very upsetting . Now my slow wife orders a dressers set and they keep delaying the time and date . Told my wife never purchase from here

He was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses available, and allowed me time to look at each one and experience how they felt. There was no pressure, just a sincere interest in my getting what was best for me. I would definitely recommend this place.Greatly priced and Great service!

Guys don’t buy anything to over there because I buy $800 but nothings good and the service is so bad .And if you call they will send people after 2 week to fix it. I buy the bed all most 1 month 15 day I have problems they don’t send the people.

Showed us all of our options so that we were comfortable with our purchase of our new dining room table and chairs... I dont even know where to begin. I bought a bedroom and mattress set on 7/22/2018. On 12/31/2018, the bed cracked at the headboard and the footboard. Additionally, the drawer on the dresser completely came off. This should never happen to a set thats 7 months old and barely used!!!! I called the owner and sent pictures and he said the bed was not assembled correctly. His words exactly...the hook was not in the headboard properly. Please keep in mind, his company assembled the bedroom set and his assembler texted me and apologized for the issue. A week later the bed completely collapsed. I again contacted him and he said...it was bound to happen. He said hed order a new bed. Now a month later, he wants to charge me $200 for the bed and completely ignored the drawer issue. Denied saying the bed was not assembled correctly. Refusing to take any ownership of the problem and even said I should stop putting all the blame on him. He seems to be forgetting that its HIS Company, HIS Product, HIS Assemblers, therefore, whos to blame??? Wow! Sorry for the long review, but no one should ever go through something like this. A business owner should never treat a customer like this. Just terrible business all around. I have never ever experienced treatment like this and I hope you never have to either...Do Not Buy from this place.

I love this place. RJ is who helped me I told him what I wanted and he showed me the book with all the furniture I was kinda hesitant not being able to see them in person but let me tell you he is good at what he does because he was on point with my couches I love them they are even better than I thought. I recommend them a 100 %.

The owner RJ seemed to be pleasant but I’m realizing once they get your money that’s where the pleasantries end. I had to wait Almost 2 weeks for a sectional I wanted but was told it could possibly be sooner, which I agreed to. I called back same day to switch to a 2 piece still the same wait again I agreed they were more than happy to switch. I was told my furniture would be delivered between 4-9pm. First off no one ever called to confirm the furniture came in. Second I called at 5pm Delivery day to ensure they had the furniture and inquire if the furniture would be delivered within the window because no one called me and I was told they were a little behind but would call about An hour before arrival. The store closes at 9 I call at 850pm again and ask where is my furniture? I was given the owners cell number. no one called me to say they were late on the way or anything. All RJ the owner did was apologize and offer a free gift when I made a suggestion of a vase I saw while in the store which was $60 he said all he could do was discount it. I declined to spend anymore money when my furniture hadn’t even arrived yet. I should’ve been refunded the $75 delivery fee I think a $60 vase would’ve been a resonable trade. I asked RJ to call the driver to ensure it would be delivered by 1030. RJ never called me back. Finally my furniture arrives just before 1030pm. The workers didn’t even speak. We instantly smell smoke but I thought it was the workers smelling of smoke but even after they left the smoke smell lingered. I text RJ still no response granted it’s close to 11pm but your employees are delivering still you should be able to return calls and texts. Especially to ensure your last customer who was already upset about a late delivery is satisfied. I planned on also purchasing a $300 kid bed but after my experience I would not recommend getting furniture from this place. If this is ordered and new why do I smell smoke or maybe that’s why the deliveries were so late employees smoking. Trust the bad reviews you see. Once they have your money that’s basically it.

The sales Associate Amal was very helpful in showing me the difference models of Sectionals all while listening to my preferences. She made the experience enjoyable and easy to the end. My experience here was phenomenal all of the workers there are very helpful. I walked in and right away I got helped by a man named rob and they gave me a good deal on my living room set!

So I bought over $1000.00 in furniture from this guy and first I thought wow the owner RJ is such a nice guy. Well until you give him your money I’ll say. I paid for delivery and setup but that was not the case. When the first delivery came the guy who delivered it was swearing and beyond rude. Never have I been treated this way ever. Then he said the headboard to my bed came with no screws. So setup they did not. They laid the headboard against the wall and left. Then I had another set which was incomplete so I had to wait 7 more days for the rest of the set. When I called RJ and told him what occurred he then said he will make sure that man no longer delivers he is “extra help” he said I will send you a free gift when they deliver the mirror next week. Then next week came no delivery. I called again he said they are coming today needless to say they never showed up I called every day and spoke directly to rj and day after day he said today it will come. Well 2 weeks later rj delivered the mirror himself and did not even say I’m sorry or bring the so called “free” gift. Such a shame they treat customers this way. Customers that come and pay good money extra money to have a service done and it is not done right or with any respect or courtesy. I recommend if you are willing to take the risk and buy from here don’t trust anything they say and don’t expect any respect from these people. They are liars and have absolutely no customer service whatsoever after they get your money. Oh and they also left all of the garbage outside my home for 2 weeks he finally took it yesterday. They said it is not there job to take their garbage. So delivery setup and garbage even if you pay extra will not be included. I will be contacting BBB.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! To think they call themselves 7 stars pshhh...pure is.First off I purchased a rug from them along with some other things. When they delivered it. It was literally they rug I saw in the store as a display on the floor because it was clearly dirty and stained. So I told the delivery guy I want a new one I actually paid for! So he took it back and wrote on my receipt that I didnt take it and requesting for a replacement. This was back in Nov 30th and I still have no rug! Ive called countless times before Christmas and after the lady either has no clue whats going on and says shell have RJ the boss call me back and I never get a call or say itll be there in a week. So then we go to back to the store and she is still clueless coming up with so many excuses saying the shipment isnt in, the movers arent there to see whats if it is in the inventory. Then another week goes by they have the nerve to ask how does the rug look and say or again the shipment isnt in and well call your when it comes in. This is a horrible place of business! There customer service sucks as well as their communications! Definitely reporting to the BBB! They are fraudulent! It is now a month and a week and I still have no rug!

The day we walked in there, we werent greeted.But when we found the same table we fell in love with and almost purchased somewhere else for $160 more, I was excited and didnt pay attention to not being greeted.Had no trouble purchasing it, it came a day earlier but when I recieved the box it was semi-open.The day I picked it up, I got in the store and even though the lady probably heard the door open because the place is quiet, she never came out. She was sitting on the stairs.I had to help her take the box out of the store.It was obvious the box was opened and just taped up...and I mean TAPED.Checked the parts, everything was there except for the instructions but I thought it was okay its just a table...Then... there were screws missing.. I dont mean one or two I mean more than 7..I called the lady and she said she would call me back within a couple of hours she was going to talk to the guy at the warehouse and its been almost a week and I have recieved no call. Im just annoyed with that place.

They are very unprofessional. I ordered a sectional from them almost 2 months ago and they delivered me a defective sofa and still waiting on the rest of my furniture. They told me it was in stock and three weeks later when they delivered my furniture they said its not in stock, we have to wait another couple weeks, then another week went by, then another . I still dont have my furniture. They keep making up excuses why they dont have the furniture. They wont let me cancel out my contract with the finance company that Ive been paying for something i dont have . If you want good quality furniture with good customer service, dont go here. Horrible. And not even a 1 star.

I bought some furniture at this place. I got living room set, dining table and a mattress set. I had to return the mattress set not even a month later cause it plunged in paid delivery fee of $75.00 got a new mattress and same problem two weeks later the mattress was plunged in. Terrible mattress never will I go back.
