Never go to this place. They dont even deserve a star. Prices are ridiculously high. They never deliver on time. There are many other stores with better customer service and better price in Houston.. they straight up lie just so they can ripp you off

I went into Payless Furniture today with my husband and we talk to Jennifer. She was very helpful in the process of selection. Answered all the questions I had. Will be getting my furniture this week. Very excited.

Was impressed. I was referred by my fiance brother. We purchased a dining room set as well as a living room set. Very welcoming and delivery was quick. Will recommend and purchase my future furniture needs here. Thank you Payless!

Customer services is very poor i bought furniture back in July it is now September and i am still waiting on my furniture they continue to make up dates that i will receive my furniture that never comes and the manager never returns calls i would not recommend this place they will play with your money

Hassle-Free is exactly what happened with working with this company. From my initial walk-in to my delivery they were so nice, helpful and super accommodating. I am sure if I ever need anything else I will be back. I am a tough critic, but I give credit where its due. Ill post a picture of my beautiful living room set soon!

My wife and i was looking for some furniture for our new home and we were taking our time because you know when you buy furniture its the waiting that gets you.So we find pay less online so we thought it couldnt hurt to go see what they have and prepare our self to here,two days for delivery or a week.TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!. We find what we like and they bought it out the same day AMAZING.And will begoing back soon.

Nice furniture. A little high, even for name brand. Walking the show room was wonderful.

High pricing, furniture bed broke in less than a year and they dont have warranty. Nothing for more than 3 months. Still owe for a broken bed. Save your money for better quality.
