My husband and I went into this store for the first time with our kids and we were immediately greeted warmly by Cassie. We had been looking for furniture for days and hadn’t found what we wanted or reasonable prices. Cassie walked with us back and forth, up and down, inside and out, to find what we needed. I even ended up purchasing extra. Their prices were AMAZING! Extremely satisfied with our purchase and the service I received. She deserves a raise! Bought a few bedroom sets and a entertainment from them. The master headboard all of a sudden developed a huge crack in it. Its not even being used due to not having a mattress yet. Im being told theres nothing they can do after I was told by the salesman that there was a year factory warranty on it. Dont waste your money here. Go to RTG. Better quality.

Ive been to several furniture place lately and I decided to try this place out but I come to realize that there sofas seem to be a bit smaller to several of other competitors and I get a feel that the material is not the greatest on these furniture. Great Customer Service!Ms. Ray assisted me when another representative was tied up with another customer. The wait was pretty long but when my daughter went to find someone else she asked Ms Ray if she could help us and she stepped up. I was referred to this furniture by my aunt for the outstanding experience she had in the past. I bought this set a year ago my house was under construction and I had everything in the box since I bought it in one of the rooms we just open it today to my surprise the set its broken and I bought the whole set but didnt get the complete set that I paid for. So sale was good, delivery is a total different story…they don’t let you know when an item is missing, when you do call you will get the I didn’t have a note to call you……then YOU as a customer will have to play chase to find someone to try to get info of a manager or corporate office. That number no matter what option you select ALL voicemails are full so you can’t get anyone at all. Email is a joke also that one comes back as undeliveredSo if you request a refund you will get the restocking fee because you received some of the orderWell let me just say NEVER AGAIN will I buy from there
