Beautiful collection but nothing is in their stock and everything has long delivery times. the customer service is awful! We were looking for a piece if furniture and after we found a sales associate she told us to go get it from Gallery Furniture!!

We bought a couple of fabric chairs from High Fashion Home about 2.5 years ago. We noticed a few days ago that the fabric on one of the chairs started ripping. We called the customer service and then sent an email to their claims department with the pictures of the chair. They refused to help us resolve the issue as it was out of warranty. I did not expect such a bad quality item from this high end store. We paid a lot of money for these chairs so this is unacceptable.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They are not reliable at all, do not trust whatever they said in their website about delivery time, that’s just to encourage you to order and then after that they change time, they made me waiting for 4 months by now for stuff that they mentioned in their website 2 weeks,I feel very frustrated!

We bought a pedestal table from High Fashion Homes in August. About a month after it was delivered the marble top started cracking and ended up cracked all the way through. After sending in photos they were able to deliver a new top, free of charge, no delivery fee and no hassle. Very happy customer!

Love the store. I’ll give them 5 stars when they agree to drop CEVA as their delivery service. Was supposed to get my item in five days. Still haven’t received it. Looks like it will arrive next week. That would be 10 + days.

Worst furniture buying experience. The day before my order was to be delivered, I received a phone call from the delivery manager stating someone else bought chairs around the same time as me and they were able to get their chairs tagged before me so mine are no longer in stock. Felt like he was blaming me that I didn’t get mine tagged in time Even though my sales associate contacted the manager and the warehouse to verify I could purchase. The chairs are not available until January so they offered me 10% off my order. No thank you they can keep the tip.Will never shop here again.

Unbelievable why these people have such high ratings.For starters the customer service is terrible! Once they have your money they don’t care at all about your delivery.I ordered a couch in Feb 2021, at the time they told me it was going to be Nov 2021 before I get it, and I was totally okay with that. And then without notice they pushed the expected timing back to March 2022!! And they already charged me full price for it - and mind you it isn’t cheap.Unbelievable. The only reason we even found out was cause my wife called looking to add something to our order and they told her then…even though we have correspondence with the other staff stating Nov 2021.NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN. We’ve bought stuff from Arhaus, Crate and Barrel, Wayfair other stores and it all arrived when expected and the customer service was great. Use them instead

I feel it is necessary to leave a review of my unacceptable experience with this business. We ordered a dining table in late May that arrived damaged. The delivery company attempted to deliver however we refused the delivery. We thought supporting local businesses was important so we accepted a replacement for the original order. This week August 17th the new table arrived. It also had a few issues yet we wanted a few days to further inspect and see if the table would be something we could accept. A few days later we reached out to customer service to request a refund return process. I was asked by customer service about the original packaging. I let them know we never received any packaging and frankly not sure if it was packaged which could be why the table had issues. They refused to accept our request for delivery and that is with the knowledge we would have a 20% restocking fee. I am not sure what they would use the $400 for to restock but I have an idea use it to provide us the packaging for the return. Just a disgraceful company one that should not even have the benefit of a customer that was there to support them. Words to live by if it smells rotten it probably is rotten. Poor product, poor delivery and worse awful customer service company.

Good furniture, but only buy if you are willing to pay in full and wait for 4-5 months to receive the furniture. When it says 4 to 8 weeks lead time on the web listing, it really means 16 to 20 weeks. They will just send you emails that your order is delayed again and again. We experienced this on 2 orders and finally just canceled one. They should be more proactive and transparent about real lead times, especially since orders are paid in full at the time of order.

And it is really far from curb to the front door of my house as I have a long sloped drive way. It is impossible for me to move a huge and heavy box from curb to my house The delivery guy and company said their contract with High Fashion Home (shipper) is to just drop off at the curb. They would not open and let us examine it before accepting delivery. And if I deny delivery without opening it, they will charge me stocking fee. This is so ridiculous. There is no customer obsession at all. I had to call and hire my landscaper to help me to move this box to the house.

WHAT CANT I SAY ABOUT HIGH FASHION HOME? My favorite place on planet earth... I think? I go in regularly and I am always very impressed with the amount of great items under one roof. The store is 4 total floors - so get ready for several hours to take it all in. I love this store so much I actually forget to breathe sometimes and Ive nearly passed out from the fabulousness of it all! My favorite is, of course, the 4th floor Clearance where unreal items can be had at 40% + up off their regular price. Basically, its everything in the last catalogue. I think that overall - this store just kills it (in a good way) with merchandise, staff friendliness and knowledge and being SO on point by getting everything in every arrangement in every room setting on every floor just exactly right. Sometimes I believe that I think I dislike certain color/styles - next thing I know this store throws down an entire room done in gold (for example) and next thing I know is I am ready to redo my whole house in gold. So much talent and so many great stylish furnishings - I have never been anywhere this glamour packed! 5 months after the purchase havent received my order. Only was notified of delays in the shipment, twice, after I directly contacted them.I can honestly say High Fashion has been my worst furniture buying experience.They dont do their own designs, ship from oversees, and have no local inventory. For that type of service I rather stick with Allmodern.com in the future. At least their delivery takes less than a month at worst.

I ordered a dinning table and chairs on 11/26/2020 from them and it is now 4/20/2021 and still do not have them or any shipping information. I emailed to follow up regarding both table and chairs and the only response I received was regarding the chairs and that they should be receiving the chairs mid-june now. Not to mention the $300 in shipping I had to pay.

High Fashion Homes furniture collection is absolutely gorgeous! After finding their collection on instagram, I headed to the store in midtown Houston to see their furniture pieces in person. I was absolutely enamored with the stores model furniture sets and used them to craft together my home. After browsing the four floors of the store, I selected the Adelle bedframe, Upton glass mirror nightstands, the Hart bar stools, and the Tintern marble coffee table, metal media cabinet, and suede sectional couch.The customer service I received throughout the entire process was amazing and highly attentive, and I received the furniture pieces quickly, within a few days of making my purchase. I received a time window of 2-3 hours as to when delivery would occur, a call 30 minutes before delivery would take place, and the deliverymen cleanly and efficiently put together my furniture pieces to the arrangement specifications I requested.Guests who have come over to my home were awestruck by how beautiful the furniture pieces I selected from High Fashion Home were. Without a doubt, the quality of their pieces speak for themselves, and are well worth the investment!

The store is always very well run and the floor service is helpful. The delivery and customer service afterwards is not very helpful.I’d suggest using their store and then purchasing products elsewhere. You’ll get to see exactly what you want with the SKU/Manufacturer, but then get a more reliable experience.As an update, they made me drive back to the store to get the “fix” rather than ship it to me. Time is the most valuable currency and your time is worth nothing to them.

I order 6 items totaling over $10k in July, and have yet to receive 2 of the items. 3 of the items I’ve received were damaged upon arrival and it has taken momentous effort on my part and multiple calls to try to get it resolved (only one has been resolved so far, I’ve got 2 other broken pieces of very expensive furniture). I have basically had to call every week myself to check on issues and statuses, as I haven’t been notified when items have arrived to the warehouse. I have picked up each item myself bc I don’t trust the delivery, and was given the wrong address initially to go to the first time. If you’re doing the math, I’ve only had 1 out of 6 items that hasn’t been damaged; 3/6 have been damaged and 2 have yet to arrive over 60 days after ordering. Terrible terrible customer service!!!

It was poor quality and looked like something that shouldve been in a toddlers room..I shipped the table back and was charged the shipping fees that I paid.The staff (especially the internet staff) has no customer service skills and wont return phone calls.I wouldnt recommend purchasing from High Fashion Homes!

Goodnight! LOL!But I digress... This store is not looking to be price competitive, rather it be a hot bed of uniqueness and stand out by carrying an inventory of one of a kind items... Wait... I purchased a dresser that arrived damaged 2 months ago and I have sent pictures at the request of the company multiple times. They have not provided ANY Customer service to me to resolve this issue. I experienced Poor customer service. I Purchased a table. It came with unwanted accents that were not described in original website. I called at time of delivery requesting a return but they said they were going to look into finding a table without the accents and if none, I could return later. After several back and forth emails (I cooperated with their requests for pictures, etc), they responded saying they would not exchange nor allow me to return. They did not honor their word. I decided for myself, I will no longer purchase from this store.

Was here yesterday with some friends and we were all amazed by the elegance and quality of all the furniture. The staff were also absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. We found a lot of gems and often got confused as to which one we will go for. Their selection is very modern and amazing. Will definitely return!

I bought a coffee table with a 12-16 week lead time. It shipped within two weeks which was a problem because it was going into my new home that i wasnt moving into for another 5 weeks. I emailed them within 24 hours to ask them not to ship it and I received and email saying sorry, it already shipped. During this time of the pandemic it has been hard being a doctor and working long hours. And I was expecting that they would be able to accommodate by not delivering the table until we moved in to our house. Instead, they told me they couldnt hold the table for me and also told me I would have to pay for half the shipping ( in addition to the $300 I had already made to ship it out) if I wanted it returned. Before we could resolve the issue, a manger, Courtney Creekmore, returned my table without speaking to me. After a long day, finding out an item was returned without my permission was pretty upsetting. I called Courtney who kept speaking over me when I asked for the third time (first two times were via email) to speak to her supervisor. We spent $4,000 with this company so far. She told me there wasnt anyone else I could speak with except her co-manger who already agreed with Courtneys decision to return my item. I have dealt with a lot of furniture companies during the purchase of our house and everyone has been so kind especially during this difficult time. I hope people who see this review heed my advice and possibly look elsewhere for furniture because this should be exciting and fun experience for people.

I bought couple of things from High Fashion Home. I love all of them. Great quality, looks expensive, and awesome customer service. My last purchase was the painting, I absolutely love it. Will shop on their side again for sure, and certainly recommend them.

I believe the phrase from the manager was “that’s what happens when you shop late “ after I informed him an item on my delivery was missing . I specially asked if this was possible before I purchased the item and if it wasn’t I would have never purchased it .How does a manager end up being the most unprofessional individual in this equation. The front desk was nice, the delivery person was nice, however the manager is the unprofessional one .To make matters worse he told me I needed to tell his employees to return to his store . It’s not my job to inform his coworkers that they missed something .

My interior designer suggested pieces from High Fashion, and I purchased them not seeing them in store. The items arrived much faster than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how beautiful everything is. Even though I’ve only had the pieces for a couple weeks, I’ve already received lots of compliments. Highly recommend High Fashion for furniture and other home accessories.

Ordered 2 rugs from High Fashion Home shortly after moving to our new home in May. We received 1 rug, and the 2nd was marked delivered but never delivered to the house (we were home during COVID). After speaking with the company on several occasions, we have patiently waited for a resolution as they filed a claim with their delivery company. Unfortunately, it is now August and I have not heard any follow up for over a month. I have called multiple times and been told someone handling the claim or a manager would call back — to no avail. Very disappointed to be out hundreds of dollars, likely unable to still get the same rug, and no assistance from High Fashion Home whom I sure has insurance for these situations. :(In follow up, it has now been another 2 months. I received an email in early August that I would be sent a replacement to arrive mid-Sept. The company is now acknowledging that they sent the email, but has no information on the order or that it was ever even placed. I still have not been refunded my money.

Frustrating on very 1st experience and would never recommend to shop there. We bought a buffet table 3 weeks ago and theyve just canceled blaming their vendor that discontinued the product. Read reviews. It’s more than three months and my order has not arrived. Every time I call, they make up something. Just called and they said call back in two weeks. When I placed my order, they told me within three weeks. One time I was upset on the phone with them, they said you can have your money back. No Bit**, I need my order. Last time I shopped at this place.

I ordered a sideboard, from High Fashion home, in early July. After more than three weeks without any updates or information I called them, and spoke to a service representative. The service rep told me that they were behind, and that they were expecting to have the piece shipped soon.A week later, after having heard nothing, I called back and again spoke with a representative, who called their buyer, and who assured me that they had located the piece I had ordered, and that I would receive a notification, with a tracking number, by the end of the week.Fast forward one more week: I called and spoke with another representative, who said she needed to confirm with the buyer, and that she would call me back, shortly. Twenty minutes later, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled.TLDR: High Fashion held my payment for almost five weeks, without providing any updates, mislead me about the item shipping when I spoke with them on the phone, and then simply cancelled my order. Very disappointed with the total lack of customer service, and will not attempt to use them in the future.

It took an entire month to get this sofa delivered only to find a giant gash on the bottom of it. This was an expensive piece costing over a grand...Not sure how they sent the couch in this state, but I am one angry customer.

I love this place! The style is so chic and modern. As soon as I walked in, I spotted pieces that I wanted for each space in my home. I could spend all day in the store looking through their fabrics and home accessories. This is a remarkable place. Four floors of tremendous contemporary and modern furniture. The floor displays invite you to think creatively about the space youre trying to upgrade. The fourth floor might be the best of them. It has remarkable bargains PLUS a huge selection of large format artwork. The artwork runs the gamut from traditional to eclectic to ultra modern. This is a place to just check out from time to time even if youre not in immediate need of a home makeover-- it might prove to you that you are in need of such makeover.

Was looking to buy a dining room and there was one we liked but were waiting for some sort of sale or promotion. When the corona situation happened and everyone stayed at home all plans were on hold. I received an email from high fashion home that they would like to help the situation by offering 25% on some styles so i said that was nice of them. I opened the promotion just to find the exact same dining set we wanted on sale but something was not right. I realized that they jacked up the price and then put it on sale so the end price is the exact same as before the sale.This is the most unethical thing i have seen especially from a company claiming to help the situation, they are taking advantage of the situation and i will not be dealing with them again. Once this is over my money will go to another company which really cares about Houstonians.

My bed was delivered today and I couldnt be more pleased! Delivery & set up was a breeze. Their team has excellent communication. I received a confirmation call the day before and also before the were on the way. A part was missing upon delivery, but they dashed to the store & back within an hour. The bed is more beautiful inside my home than it was at the store! Im looking forward to buying more pieces from High Fashion!

I ordered a table 3 months ago in June. No updates given and customer service does not answer emails on updates until you bug them! Many excuses that it was short staffed due to covid and that they will notify warehouse to send. They offered to give me 10% credit of prive due to inconvenience. Needless to say, I received the table today after 3 months and upon arrival, i opened the table in front of shipping company. Lo and behold, there was a chip on my concrete tabletop ! I emailed again them again and still waiting for their reply. I will notify my credit card if they don’t answer! Very poor customer service!!!

My High Fashion Homes purchase was very personalized. I went to the store and picked out a couch. (Cooper Sectional) Deborah, a customer service specialist helped me check if the couch was in stock and set up the delivery of it. She was so helpful and assured me I would get the couch just in time for the holidays. The delivery was very smooth. I love my Cooper Sectional it is a perfect living room piece for entertaining and so comfy and cozy. The prices at High Fashion home are reasonable and fit my style and taste. The store in Houston has so many pieces to view and can give you a great idea of what it will look in your home. My wife and my made a trip to HFH back in April to see what type and f furniture and decor they offered compared to the other stores in the Houston area like Gallery, Star and others. We were pleasantly surprised with the different and more modern offerings they had. This store is 4 levels so you have to have to explore each level to find everything. The 4th floor is reserved for clearance specials. We went back in May and purchased a dining table, 8 chairs and a sideboard. This was right before Memorial Day. We had heard of the long wait for the items to come in and be delivered so we were not expecting to have the furniture by July. Once we placed the order we were told that the items would arrive in August. COVID had some issues map to as factories were down and logistics were backed up. The furniture finally arrived on Aug 12th and we had a delivery date of Aug 20th. The delivery went extremely well thanks to Randall and his crew with one exception. We were missing 2 arm chairs. Randall called the warehouse and they could not find them. Randall said he would personally go ba k and look for them. Randall later called me and said he could not find them but would have his manager call me. The next day Richard the warehouse manager called and told me they fou d the chairs and they were delivered the next day. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience and I would recommend HFH. Special kudos to Debbie - Customer Service, Richard and Randall for following up with the customer and placing the customer first!

Luxurious furnitures! I like to go straight to the 4th floor. Everything there is 50% or more off the sticker price. Its basically there clearance area.

I love that high fashion’s huge show room gives you great ideas of how to create a room. Deborah was also wonderful to work with. One of my favorite furniture store in Houston. Their showroom has so many different collections and they have just enough or more matching accessories in the store. As for the most recent visit, I think they added more brand name products and more unique bedding collection in their showcases. Very impressive decorations.I think their accessories are definitely worth spending money on especially when they have clearance sale. Luckily, every time I am there, there are something I can pick out and bring home.It usually take me couple of hours to go thru the entire store since they have 4 levels. From the second floor, they display the entire collection of bedroom, kitchen, study and dining room. Gives me so many ideas of how to decorate my own home.Some of the item they have definitely one of a kind, you can look at the picture I posted. I feel like if you want high end but in a less expensive price compare to other high end furniture store, you can make your dream into reality here.If you love furniture and home décor, this is the place you have to stop by and check out.

Adore this place! We purchased the navy Amelia bed. Looks exactly like the photo and is well crafted and snitched. The accessories and art selection is incredible. Many inspiration rooms and a super friendly staff. No pressure sale tactics.

High Fashion Home has the largest and most interesting inventory of any home furnishings store in Houston. Their products range from made in the US to hand crafted imports. It’s possible to create a variety of different looks from Mid Century Modern, Mediterranean, French country, Hollywood Regency or mix it up and design your own eclectic style. All this shopping is possible with the help of my favorite sales professional Veronica. She is, by far, the most knowledgeable and helpful associate in the store. She knows the inventory and goes the extra mile to get the information I need. Her insightful suggestions have helped me create rooms and find coordinates. Veronica takes pride in work and is a great ambassador for the store. She makes shopping at High Fashion Home easy and fun.

High Fashion Home has always been my go-to place for furniture and home accessories. Im in this store at least once a week and always treated like Im part of the family. The sales associates are always accommodating and go above and beyond to help you pick out the perfect pieces for your home. HFH offers a wide range from contemporary to modern and they carry everything for everyone. I absolutely love, love, love this store. From beginning of sales to your delivery at your home, you wont be disappointed.

Victoria was simply incredible! I am a design professional and worked with her on a recent job. She knew her entire stock so well and she was able to suggest items that fit the description of what I am as looking for. The prices are reasonable as well. I have shopped there before and will use them again on future jobs.

Best home store ever! We have furnished and decorated our entire new house from here and all my friends ask me where the pieces are from. Their prices are very reasonable and I love their style. Its unique, sophisticated stylish furniture and items. I can spend hours in tho store since they also have a fun toy section for my kids and a clothing boutique as well! I really enjoy shopping here!

High fashion home is my favorite store for furniture, accessories and gifts!! Their prices are fantastic and the quality of their products is incredible! I have bought every piece of furniture for my house from them. Their customer service is outstanding and they are always willing to help track a shipment or special order an item. I highly recommend buying from them! If you are ever in the houston area, stop by their store and it will not disappoint, it’s a dream, especially their pillow selection :)!!

Shop somewhere else. Stay away from High Fashion. Poor quality!!! Not worth the moneyVery disappointed with the quality of this furniture. Purchased dining room set with concrete top, only used it a few times and noticed cracks. Contacted customer support and claim has been denied because it was 15 months since I purchased it. I expected to keep this furniture for longer than 15 months. Seems like company and manufacture should provide a better coverage for their furniture.

High Fashion Home is a mecca for all things fashionable to the home and office. I have purchased a sectional and a couch from them 3 years ago and not only did I receive them the same day I bought them, they are still holding the same shape, 3 years later! If you can, take advantage of their tent sale (usually held in November), such a great deal for headboards, couches, dining tables, etc. Every time I enter this place, I feel so inspired and impressed at the wide selection of items they carry. Highly recommend High Fashion Home for those looking for beautiful and well crafted furniture and home goods!
