There should be option for 0 star. We were told by them 100%refund if we don’t like the product and return at the store even if we pick up from warehouse! Just got the table, paint worn out, top and side wooden finish not complete! Now they say: 25% cut if we return it, and have to return it to the warehouse! It’s not my fault that the product is defective so why should I return it to warehouse which is almost an hour drive. when the store person JOSUE said we could return it and get full money back. Basing on his representation we went ahead and purchased it! Very poor service! We called and The store doesn’t even apologize for that! Brand new office desk over $420 and this is what I get!

When you walk in and purchase, everyone is so nice and friendly until you give them your money! My husband and I decided to go here to purchase a bunk bed set for our daughters birthday. The sales man Visente was very helpful and we purchased with cash upfront.The day it was delivered was when things got bad! It was delivered by two men named Jose and Ayala. I answered the door and they stated they were there to deliver the furniture I said hello and good morning twice before they even greeted me back. They already came to my home with an attitude! They went and put the pieces together and I could hear them throwing things around rushing and being rough with my merchandise!At the end, I went to inspect it and one of the men was trying to rush me to sign off on it and I told him to give me a chance to inspect for any damages and he got an attitude and walked off. I noticed scratches, dents and wood chipped off. I showed him and he goes to say oh you can just flip it over so it wouldnt be noticeable. I was shocked so I told him no I need to speak with someone about this and he goes to say sign and take pictures and call the store for help.So I called and Jocelyn V answered, I was trying to tell her what had happened and she kept trying to cut me off and over talk me which was very rude! I asked her a question and she got sarcastic with me saying can she talk now with an attitude. I asked why are you speaking with me this way and asked for her name she refused to give me her name and hung up on me! I called again and she placed me on hold!Customer service skills suck at this location and I will not be returning! I will be contacting the manager and corporate on this matter! We spent to much money to be treated this way let alone end up with damaged merchandise! They need more training! They are getting paid by me making purchases there and they need to respect and treat the customers better!

Very nice store (Clarewood) and store professionals. They had a good selection of home furniture and accessories. My salesperson kept his distance while I browsed, because I like to see everything first before I make a decision. The salesperson was extremely helpful. The financial transaction went smoothly and the date for delivery was set. There are no discounts here because their prices are so low. Including tax and delivery charges, I saved about $700 over similar furniture I picked out at Rooms To Go. 2 days before delivery, I received a confirmation phone call from Bel. The delivery guys delivered my stuff within the 12-4 time window today, and set up my furniture no issues. Love my new furniture and would definitely purchase from Bel Furniture again.

They had everything I wanted (dining room table set, desk and chair, and accent chair) and for low prices. I researched for several months and Bel Furniture had the best pricing within my budget. I visited the store on Clarewood near Sharpstown and the people were nice and friendly. They delivered to me bright and early less than a week later. I’m so happy with my new furniture. It has been stressful trying to find something that I like but can afford a friend told me about Bel Furniture i stopped by the Clarewood location and found a Living Room, Bunkbed,Dining Set, plus excellent customer service from Lazaro & his manager Steven all under $2000 and they have a sale going on came in just in time Thank You again Bel will be coming by in few months for my bedroom ask for Lazaro the guy is really nice.Trust me : )

Salesman didnt even greet us when me and my family entered the store. He was Dishonest and attempted to Overcharge and Charge us Taxes even though there was signs on the store that Stated that the Specials Are Tax Free. Salesman didnt have a positive attitude. However we did end up getting a good deal on the furniture after we reviewed the price list to check for accuracy with the Salesman.

When I first walked into the store I was greeted in a nice way. The salesperson that I had asked what I was looking for. I told him I was interested in a bed and mattress he pointed me in the direction of the beds and mattresses he gave me a little information about them then I begin to look around. So I told him what I was interested in a particular mattress he said they didnt have them and the price range was a little out of Target for me, so I got discouraged and I was going to leave the store. Then I met Lazaro I explained to him what I wanted but it was out of my budget. So he said let me see whats available and he went back and looked more in depth he went above and beyond to meet all of my expectations with a friendly attitude the whole time. We stopped here as stop 3 on our furniture search and ended up buying everything here for such a good price. We were helped by a very enthusiastic Grace and nice manager. The prices here are pretty much unbeatable for big box furniture stores and the quality is definitely decent/comparable. The 5 year warranty plan also sounds good.

I purchased a sofa set (1 large sofa and 2 chairs) on 12/30/20 and it was delivered until 1/15/21 with a $100 delivery fee. The issue was that once my set was delivered the large sofa was missing a pillow as it originally came with 2. I immediately called after delivery and spoke to Steve, initially he was very understanding and amicable and said that he would contact the third party delivery company that instant and would get back to me that same day (which was a Fri afternoon). Steve never returned my call so I gave him the benefit of the doubt given that it was the weekend; hence, I called him on 1/18/21 (Mon). He took my call and spoke to me with such professionalism and seemed genuinely concerned and said that he would reach out to the delivery company again and would call me before the end of the day. Of course, the end of the day came and no call back from Steve, I waited until Wed and still no call back. At that point I was extremely frustrated given that I paid $100 for a delivery fee only to have a missing pillow and poor customer service!? I called Fri 1/22 and spoke to the store manager Cyrus and explained the situation; he checked on the system and said that the request for a pillow was placed on 1/18; albeit Steve said he did it on 1/15. In the end, I was offered to pick up a green pillow (not the blue one that came with my sofa set) with no further explanation or compensation for the inconvenience. This has been a horrible shopping experience and will never shop here nor recommend this place. BEL furniture at Clarewood does have quality furniture reasonably priced but Id rather shop elsewhere and make sure that my order is delivered COMPLETE and without a delivery fee.

Spend your money elsewhere!!!!! Delivery took 2 weeks and was $100+ when my queen set and couch came the bed was missing screws so they couldnt put the frame together. They said that it would be delivered this morning but I cant get in contact with anyone to request a refund at this point for the frame. Also the pillows for my sectional sheds like a poodle. Im over this place. Never again

On May 11th 2021 we purchased few items here for total amount of $2114.32 tax and delivery included which paid in full and we set the delivery date for 06/19/2021. Today 05/27/2021We have decided to cancel the order. So i called the store and talked to Steve who is the manager here. I have already explained everything to him but Unfortunately he just said that they will charge me %25 of the whole thing as cancelation fee even tax for non sold items and delivery which is the service has not been provided yet. At the end of conversation i asked him if they care about negative reviews on google, BBB.org and others. He said they do of course about customer satisfaction. There it is Steve i am not happy at all. I believe this can be a warning to anyone who is thinking about buying furniture from bel furniture. I call it thievery.

Just recently moved and visited Bel Furniture two days ago.LETI helped me and was the nicest person, she walked around with me to look at the pieces i came in looking for and showed me all options that were available. When it comes to furniture shopping, i tend to ask a lot of questions and want to look at everything, Leti stayed with me and answered all my questions and showed me pieces that fit what i was looking for.Bel Furniture is a decent place to go, my budget was very tight and ended up buying a nice queen bed frame for $89. There was an orange stain on the bed frame and a few rips (hard to see it picture) but i did not feel like driving back to the warehouse and they would be hidden once the entire bed is finished.Theres a decent amount of options, but some showrooms seemed empty and others full, prices were reasonable, workers are friendly, place looked clean. If you drove by, its in a dead looking area but it is worth a visit.Visit Bel Furniture and find Leti!

Ive purchased a 3 piece couch set & king bed frame a few months ago. I found the perfect 7 piece dining table during their labor day sale. They didnt have the table I wanted in the show room to view already put together so they were kind enough to open the box and show me what the table looked like! Im so excited the table is beautiful! Definetly not excited to wait a month and a half for delivery.
