They have a good selection of products but many are old and expired. If you need standard items this is a good place to visit but the actual selection is old and outdated. They rarely have closures and the ones do have they charge double for.

The store is huge! They have a variety of product. The sales were really good. They were out of a few products that I wanted due to the sale but will be restocking soon. The regular prices are comparable to like Jenny’s. I was able to get 2 flat irons for $8.00! I’d recommend this store. The clerks are very friendly and knowledgeable! 4 store because they were out of the bundles I wanted 😩

Appreciate that I wasnt followed like I was about 2 rob d place. But did help me in finding all I needed. They actually help me find a certain type of nail polish I wanted. Im on oxygen they left the register to go back and look for it personally after my daughter couldnt find it. No rush no hassle. Lots of quality products at reasonable prices. This will be my new beauty supply and I will recommend it to all friends and acquaintances.

Best braiding hair priced in the game just wish they had a better selection for pack hair. I know bundles are everything now but sometimes the shake and go hair comes in super handy for me when I want something simple or edgy.

I just left from returning a wig I purchased for $259. The wig was suppose to be 26 inches and was absolutely not 26inches. Maybe 18 inches at best. The hair stopped right at my breast in front and bra strap length in the back. With 26inches I should have been sitting on that hair. They tried to tell me no exchange no refunds but I explained that the product was false advertisement and I did not get what I paid for. I use to love this beauty supply great selections and customer service however, a lot of trust was lost. He KNEW the wig was not 26inches or he would have not even considered a refund. Then had the nerve to tell me I can purchase that brand again. I really just don’t understand

This particular visit was better. The cashier/owner was cordial and helpful. He even asked how was my day. His is a change from past visits when staff were rude, confrontational and suspicious of each customer. I gave them a second chance and they passes with a B- in service. I go because of the low prices and convenient location.

Do not buy a perm from them its always hard as a rock and expired. Its 2019 and they have a perm that expired in 2016 on the shelf when i brought it back all he did was tape it up and put it back on the shelf

Hair selection is good, but customer service is terrible! 45freeway and little york has better selection and customer service. Means Everything to me when Im spending my money!

This is a very organized establishment and they even have several rows for natural hair. I love how they are even open on Sunday.
