This beauty supply store sales fake products beware when buying any and especially high end products from here bc it may very well be tampered with… I understand customers may be untrustworthy but these people accused me of lying and after opening several bottles from behind their counter that were clearly tampered with (bc the seals were missing) he apologized…no thank you I no longer trust your products for my beauty needs

Everytime I go to this place, it is clean and the gentleman behind the counter is so nice. Lits of items to choose from to your hair care needs and everyday beauty life. When you walk in and dont find what you need, he wants to help find it. Unfortunately, that trip, Ikon no longer sold what I was searching for. Its a hair care spot. I recommend it.

Rude! Walked in and asked where I could find an item. The guy mumbled something to me twice without even looking at me, and then seemed bothered when I couldn’t understand/hear him. He finally yelled out an aisle number which is when I decided my daughter and I would not patronize this establishment.

But I like how each time I go it’s not crowded inside most beauty supply stores are small and cramped inside this one is very spacious with more than enough walking space for two people pass on an isle. They play good music in there too! Never fails I’m always in there when a classic song comes on and I can hear other shoppers singing along lol

I was initially looking for a Sally Beauty Supply to purchase some items for a wig I was teasing when i ran across this place on my Google maps. I decided to give it a try. The location was a little hidden but the Wal-Mart next door is a great landmark. I walked in and was amazed by the selection. it was literally the size of a small market. The isles were roomy and well displayed. The pricing was available on all items which makes it easy to keep on budget.I did have a bit of a difficulty finding associates in the large space mainly because they were busy assisting other customers. some of the logistics and layouts are a bit hard to understand but the prices in this place make the extra search worth the while. Unfortunately there is a minimum amount to spend on a debit card which meant i had to get more goodies!This store has everything in it from full wigs to weaves and extensions theatrical jewelry and accessories including contact lenses!I will definitely be returning to this place!

I usually would stop at the beauty supply along Highway 6 on 529 and the one on West Road Highway 6, but of course they didnt have everything I needed. I decided to take a chance on this store and it reminds me of other beauty stores that cater to African Americans that my mother took me to when I was young. Excellent variety and of course they have some clothing, Nail Care, lashes, about everything you would be looking for regarding Beauty and cosmetics.

I really like this beauty supply store. It has grown over the years and Im able to find all the things I need here. They have a wide variety of natural hair products as well as other hair options.

If give a zero stars I would. If you are thinking of going to this place...DONT. I repeat...DONT go! They accused me of stealing. After I made a legit purchase...kept my bag of products and threatened to call the police! I called the police myself. They eventually let me out because I in fact did not steal anything! While in there several other women came to my defense and even confirmed that they had seen this done several other times to other people! I will NEVER EVER give them my money ever again!

Don’t bother asking them questions about the products they sell, they will lie to you & tell you that their fake hair extensions are human hair. I had a feeling they were faux hair but they told me they were real in order to sale the product. They will also follow you around the store watching you as if you are a thief even when you are a regular customer who has shopped there often. The only redeeming factor of this store is that they have a large selection of beauty products.

Came in the store today, August 24th around 5:30pm and the Chinese man came up to me and asked if I need help and I told him I was looking for a wig. About 5 minutes later, I attempted to take a picture of a wig that I liked to show my husband who was waiting in the car and the Chinese man came up to me and said “NO PICTURE!!” I asked him I cannot take a picture?? He said “NO PICTURE!!” I politely put that wig back and left the store. He does not get my business!! Never!! But from black owned stores!! He lost a good customer!! I would have bought two wigs!

Terrible customer service. Go to another beauty supply and save yourself the headache. I asked for help and the worker told me “I’m busy!” They are so rude a inconsiderate but want you to spend your money on their expensive products. I’m taking my money else where.

I honestly wish I could give this place ZERO stars! The Middle Aged Chinese lady is so RUDE. They don’t care about there customers & if your not spending a lot of money they will treat you bad. I went to buy a wig it was 90 dollars which was okay so I told her I wanted it, she took it to the front and I went to go look around some more. I then realized I left half of my money at home and I couldn’t get the wig. So I told her “I left my money I’m sorry I can’t get the wig” she then starts getting a attitude and tells me “I have to buy the wig” making it seem like if I don’t buy it I’ll get in trouble?? I kindly explain to her that I can’t get it I don’t have enough. She gets more mad and she still telling me I HAVE TO BUY IT with a attitude. At this point there’s nothing I can do about it so I say I’m sorry I can’t. She gets more aggressive and saying “I HAVE to put it on layaway and pick it up tommorow.” At this point I’m getting confused because normal people don’t act like this. Normally people at other store are okay with it. So I let her know again I can’t do that because I won’t have a way back up here to pick it up. (Kinda far) She then LOOKS AT ME ANS ROLLS HER EYES. Takes the wig and tells me “ I don’t know why you said you had 100 dollars when you DONT pretending like you were going to buy this wig” and WALKS OFF. Now normally I would have said something back because what she said was SO uncalled for. But that really just proved to my why I shouldn’t even buy the wig In the first place. I then walk to the back and she started YELLING to the other employees about me not purchasing the wig and starts saying rude things. So I just left. All of this disrespect because I didn’t have my money on me.. be in mind NOBODY HAS TO BUY ANYTHING IF THEY CHANGE THERE MIND!!! If I simply decide that I don’t want something anymore I have the right to say I don’t want it anymore. She really tried to force me to buy it. Please don’t shop here. They don’t care about there customers. All they want is your money and if you don’t give them it they will be rude. Spend your money at a place that actually cares about there customers

Inviting pics from the outside a store COVERED in beautiful black women with wigs and other hair items, you walk inside and they have a little of everything black statues, clothes and of course black accessories!! Everything black EXPECT BLACK PPL this is a black beauty shop that doesnt employ not one person of color no questions can be answered for texture, edges, or natural hair questions. They have been opened for some time now and aside from the pics of black girls stealing or the following you around the store im pretty sure this is a prime example of love your money not you. Imagine a store that has all Asian women on the pics outside their garments are the only clothes we sell everything is ONLY CATERED to them and boom nothing but blacks that own and operate no Asian would shop there. Period we dont respect our imagine enough too many other stores doing the same thing or time to open our own but thats going to be a solid no on returning .

Called the store first to see if they had a certain product lady answered the phone and didn’t speak English very well. So I decided to go there to give her the benefit of the doubt and the minute I walked in I was being followed around like I was a thief. I didn’t not appreciate this at all. I asked a question to the lady where a product was and she just pointed and stared at me. I found the product on my own and ended up purchasing the item due to that I needed it however I will not be going back nor will I recommend this store to anyone. 😡

Wish I could give no stars. They followed me and my wife the whole time she was shopping. Im a business owner with lots of my own money to spend. I buy my wife anything she wants and dont have to steal the things she like. By them doing that we left and spent our money elsewhere. Well never go there again.

They pretty much have almost everything you need for beauty. However, I would give this a lower score if I was able to. I was in here looking for some extensions, and they told me not to look at my phone. Im sorry, but texting is my own business. They treated me like I was looking for trouble. I responded to them in the most respectful way, but I still had an uneasiness and discomfort of being in their store. I felt like I wasnt welcomed.Overall, their store has great products, however the workers/owners customer service is insulting. Never coming back here to support them if they cant even make their customers feel comfortable or welcomed.
