Had such a lovely experience here for the first time, can’t believe it took me so long to check it out! These were the kindest people I have met, they were so helpful, they even offer a store tour if it’s your first time, and they helped me as I was looking for items like hair oils. I also called before I left to check and see if they had certain products and she sounded so happy to help me over the phone and was so nice which is not something you would usually get . At other places you’ll get a monotone rudeness or just shrugged off.The place has a solid amount of parking, and the store is very spacious and clean and organized! They also have a lovely local black owned product wall full of a variety of hair, skin, nails and wellness products . I was recommended an oil from that wall that I came home tried and actually love!Very helpful and nice with a good amount of product and companies in stock! If you’re unsure just call them and ask for the products your looking for. ALSO the pricing is absolutely in line with other beauty stores, so might as well come here where you’re welcomed and support black business ! :))) & they have a nail salon in the back!They also have a point system for you can get money off on future purchases ! Another advantage to shopping there more!I’ll be back soon!

I had an amazing experience here! They were super nice and welcoming. Although they don’t have as much hair products, I was able to get most of what I needed and even more! (Someone did inform me that they were also getting in touch with different vendors so that they could match/compete with other beauty supply stores in the area.)I especially liked that there were black owned products available. From skincare, to makeup, even holistic items for those that are spiritual. (Not to mention an entire nail spa in the back. I need to go ahead and book with one of the techs soon!)Thank you all for a wonderful Black Hair Experience! I will most definitely be seeing you all soon.

Grand Opening was fantastic! The items were very organized with various weaves and whigs. Building is spacious with more room to accommodate. Prices were reasonable with some special discounts. The owners were great and very concerned for both customers and employees!

Zee was super informative. She walked me through the whole store, by the end I’m sure i spent $50 in products that ACTUALLY WORK FOR MY HAIR!!!! I will be coming back ! And my hair smells amazing with the hair milk bottle she recommended!!

Wanted to find some body oils that would smell great and last long;found it here. The sales associate and owner were really nice and helpful. Will certainly recommend and Ill be back! Oh lets not forget the fly Black is Beautiful window tint (good for photos 😁)

The Black Store is officially my go to beauty supply store. When I entered the store, I was greeted and immediately offered assistance. We were able to quickly locate exactly what it was that I was looking for. Checkout was swift and the cashier was incredibly personable. The store is very well organized, spacious, and clean. They have a rewards program as well as memberships available. If they do not carry a product that you are looking for, they accept recommendations as well as other feedback on their website. You can even order products directly on their website. My first trip to the Black Store was definitely an enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend this Black Owned Business!

Nail Salon in the back is very clean and private with courteous nail techs. Great shop thats informative with a owners who are family and community oriented, I will be going back.
