I am so glad my belongings are safely stored here. The facility is clean and secure, it’s close by and location is easy to access from H1. Above all, the staff are so friendly and helpful! Hello, if you had read a previous comment left under my name please disregard it was not written by me. I have nothing but good things to say about Public Storage otherwise I would not have been renting all these years! The staff under Donna (manager) has always been professional, exceptionally polite & go out of their way to make sure your needs are addressed. I have had a few minor issues in the past & resolved quickly. If you are looking to store your items I highly recommend using Public Storage, floors have security cameras at every elevator entrance, air conditioning throughout floors, have good lighting, very clean, and although each unit has chicken wiring instead of solid roof is for fire safety (Donna can explain more about this if have more questions/concerns. Most storage companies like Public Storage also have same type ceiling for each unit. I do recommend placing two trustworthy locks that are not easy to pick for your unit. I’m very pleased with the service provided by Donna & her trusted staff and will continue to rent from them! If looking for a storage unit May I suggest you go down to Public Storage and ask to speak with Donna (manager), she’s very personable, friendly & most helpful! I feel very safe at Public Storage during bus. hrs. & after office closes

Dora helped me and she was absolutely amazing. When we first got our storage unit here we decided not to buy a lock since we already had one. We didnt move our stuff in on the first day and in that first day our lock got broken into, luckily there was nothing in there to take. Dora called us and let us know what happened immediately. Not only that but she was able to upgrade our storage unit which was pretty small into a much bigger storage unit for the inconvenience, move us into a different floor for safety and also provided us with a free lock. she turned this potentially horrible situation into something that we actually ended up benefiting from. Thank you so much for the help Dora we appreciate you so much! You give excellent five star service!!

If you are looking for a storage facility for your family this is a very good place. In the past I had used this facility for family belongings storage shortly after it opened. This week I am in need of storage again and called the facility. The staff were very polite... helpful... and accommodating. They gave me info for online work and when I visited them they were most helpful. I viewed the storage area and found it very clean and well maintained. Donna and (?) Dora were the employees who helped me, very thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility for personal purposes if you need storage

I had great experiences here. The crew are very helpful. Dora, Donna, and Rose always greet me with a smile and are super friendly. Tons of parking and facility is always clean. I hope that we have a bin we can dispose of our trash and discounts to clients with multiple units.

Safe, clean, and convenient storage. All the staff are great and helpful. For extra security use a 2nd disc lock. No bugs observed. Initially, there were couple homeless, but none noticed for over 6months. I choose this place because night time access is not offered, but open early enough to swing by before work. Note: the promotional rates don’t last forever, so anticipate the standard rate after 6 months. The automatic billing is convenient. I would use again for temporary storage.

Donna, the property manager at this location absolutely Rocks! She just helped me register a storage unit by phoning me because she could tell I was having trouble on the website! She called ME, and asked how she could help! Great service! Super nice. Friendly, and she loves coffee (which proves shes a wonderful person. Cant wait to see her in person) .. Get ready for some Maui hillside agricultural products you can share with your cousin at hpd... But dont, Maui coffee is just too Ono! Thank you for your help Donna,

This location is absolutely amazing! I have had my unit there for 6 months. Every time I have gone in the employees have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They always remember us and ask us how everything is going. We even were there during a theft incident once and they handled it with calm, poise and finesse. I would highly suggest if you need a storage unit to rent from this location!

Donna and Dora were not only extremely helpful, but so very kind as well. They helped me find the perfect storage unit for my college dorm contents. Dora took the time to show me the different units so I could choose which was best. Would definitely recommend this location, they are amazing!

I have been with Public Storage for almost 2 years but they already raised my rent twice!!! I was told it’s based on property value and demand, but come on, do that with new clients! Not with their current clients especially with the pandemic going on, ppl are already struggling financially!!!! So Donna was the lady I spoke to and she went far and beyond to help me to keep my current rate!!!! if anyone needs help please call her, she’s such an awesome agent there and she was very professional and sympathetic, she’s just so awesome!!!

Great service! From the moment I walked in, you could already feel the aloha. I was welcomed by the manager and had great help from Dora! She was very thorough, kind and professional which made it all the better to be of business with them. She helped me look at my different options and guided me to my new space to see for myself. Rose was amazing and so was her boss. Rose was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful but not pushy at all. She helped us down load applications and spent extra time as we are app illiterate. We highly recommend this place and Rose.

Been storing my belongings at this particular location for years. The staff has always been helpful and wonderful. If I ever had issues with my unit the staff was very understanding. I really do look forward to getting my things out of my unit when they are needed because Donna’s smiling face and conversation brighten my week. I wish every one could be like her. Quick and easy to find a storage online and book. Donna and Juanita are super friendly and helpful. Love that the storage units are air conditioned! The space was so much larger in person than I was expecting!!

Very accessible and clean storage facility. Large elevators make moving our UH Manoa students belongings easy and it is close to campus. The staff are very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely continue to use this facility.

5 STARS! Ariel and Keanu were amazing! They were very personable, professional, took their time with us and answered all of our questions without hesitation. It was like they literally owned the place, and didnt just work for them. They showed me several units until I found the one that was perfect for me. Mahalo for extraordinary customer service. They even helped us download the app, did the auto-pay, and get my digital keys.

This storage company has failed to recognized my situational circumstance which involves a more one on one customer service interaction. Instead of hearing my concerns and issues, they tend to word vomit policies and robotic guidelines of such and such nature.I have found my experience with this storage unit to be abysmal when you are actually in need of assistance outside of their daily routine.Do not recommend. Additionally… The price is unreasonable when compared to some competitors who even allow 24 hours of access whereas this company does not.-They have been known to increase their monthly rates randomly and you are only expected to eat it.-

My first destination when I arrived to Hawaii was at this public storage location, when I first came in Donna gave me a warm welcome and was extremely helpful on setting up my storage unit. After Donna helped me out, I was happy to meet Jeremy, and he was very helpful on showing me how to use the public storage app.

This was an awesome experience..The manager Donna was very helpful and accommodating. I’m not sure of the young mans name who showed me the storage which would not meet the needs of all my items, which immediately they put me in something that would suit what I needed. I rented a storage space in a somewhat complicated situation. I called quite a few times asking additional questions. The staff was always professional, happy, and helpful. I spoke mostly with Nick, and he always had time to address my issues and answer my questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage due to the customer service I received while shopping storage units and after renting from this facility.

Facility is conveniently located and well kept. The online storage application was very fast. Then I called to transfer to a larger unit and Donna was very helpful. I went in and she walked me through how to get to my unit. Thank you, Donna for making the whole process pretty easy.

I recently rented a space at this location because my previous room was too big and a little pricey. This location had the perfect size for what I needed and about $30 less. Although the access times are a couple hours shorter, the location is closer for me and better parking. The gal at the counter was so helpful when I first signed up and the service has always been excellent. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This storage facility is well maintained and really take their cleaning serious. The front desk goes up and above the normal desk duties. Especially Donna, she went out of her way to ensure all my account were up to date, and even notified me about a refund that I should be receiving from another public storage facility. I would definitely continue my business with them, as along as Donna is there to ensure that the standards are kept.

Made reservations ahead of time, but when we got there the code didnt work, so we had to wait for the office to open, then it took a while longer to get the code working. Frustrating, considering they do this all day, every day. Outside of not having their sh!t together, the place is pretty nice and reasonably priced.

We literally walked in feeling tired and drained from packing all day and there they were, ready to greet us with a smile and it made our day just that much better. Front Desk is amazing and accompanied by many other friendly faces upon arrival. Donna is always at the frontline and whenever she isn’t you can still expect to be taken care of, (thanks Juanita). Any issues or questions are promptly answered or dealt with. It’s a great place for storage. 10/10 would and do suggest as a place to utilize, especially with the staff and location.

Just moved back and in need of short term storage so I checked these people out. Considerations were security, close proximity, climate control and customer service. I have to say they fulfilled all of my expectations. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and thorough. Not to mention very reasonable for the time and space I needed. I would recommend them highly.
