Thanks to Penske my move, one day before New Years Eve, the busiest moving weekend, was quick and easy. A quick phone call, 15 minute check-in and inspection. After using the truck, it took a mere 7 minutes to check out. Thank you staff for your professionalism and charisma while conducting business.

We rented a truck and there was only one worker railee and she was awesome! There was a lot of people picking up trucks she was checking in people and grabbing the trucks all on her own and was very fast! Thank you!!

Very upset. I reserved a reefer a month in advance. The day I was suppose to pick it up (Wednesday), Penske gives someone else the reefer that was supposedly on hold for me. First they apologized and said they are doing what they can to get me a reefer. The girl called and said come at 2pm to pick up the reefer, The girl called me back again apologizing the reefer still not available but to come at 5pm. The girl called me back and then told me to come 7am the next morning because by then a reefer will be back. By this time I said forget it, Im over it. Im very dissapointed in their services, I did mention to the girl to try and call another company for a reefer, but she claimed shes trying her best. Bad service, aint going back to them again. NEGATIVE.
