Picked up moving supplies. Lots of useful boxes of different types. Super helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient. Lots of off street meter parking in the area. They also have a 2 spot garage.

Convenient location, but the storage unit that I reserved online was in a building that wasnt complete yet (which wasnt disclosed anywhere when I signed up). I found out when I went to the office to move in. If I wanted a unit that day in the building that was complete, I had to pay more than the monthly rate that was advertised online.

Reserved and rented a van. The ladies provided exceptional service even tho I looked haggard. Clean van. Clean place! Went on a Sunday, I think that helped with parking. Left my car on the street. They advised where I could park. You estimate the miles you use. If you are under when you return they refund you the difference. Fair is fair.

Great Service!!! I rented a 9 van and when we got out to where we were supposed to go, found out we couldnt drop off the stuff. We could not get back in time, so they let me keep it till the next morning at no additional charge. We had to rent a storage unit and the next morning unloaded it in the bay.Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me. I cannot recommend them enough.

Rented 9cargo van. Originally rented for 4 hours, and 50miles @ $0.89mile.Sunce no one else reserved the van. She gave it to us for 24 hours. We ended up needing the extra time and went way over the miles.When we returned the van they changed the pricing to a flat rate that Included 75 miles and per extra miles was $0.59.Which saved me ~$20.So thank you very much

Rented $20 per day pickup. plus $10 insurance. Plus 20 miles of mileage ($20)total = $52 for 3 hours. a tad pricey. but great location. super ease of rental.

WORSE Customer service since U-Haul took over managing this facility in December 2014. They keep charging me a late fee EVERY month and management promised to remove the fee its 15 months later and they have done nothing. Plus they want you to buy a new lock.... their lock so they can open your unit whenever they want. Dont believe me? Go there for yourself and they will tell you.

Its a good place to park my car.

They have the truck inventory and lowest prices but watch out the invoices. Was erroneously added CDW $20 cleaning $10 and double charged deposit $79. They ended up fixing exactly with a credit but took me hours analysing and complaining to get get charges corrected.

It was quick and easy to rent a truck there.

Very BAD! So, I reserved a van on the 23rd, I wanted 4 hours, 9:30-1:00pm, we went to Nimitz, the wrong location, got there at 12 to pick up, we were notified that it was cancelled earlier and they charged a $50.00 fee? Now, when I have rented from Uhaul, I have NEVER been charged. Also, I reserved the van, but I did not finish the order, the booking is subject to an 18 year old licensed driver, I didnt fill that out, because I am not the driver... so they have everything subject to which means they dont guarantee that your choice of vehicle may not be there any way! So, my reservation is subject to a licensed driver, which means I cant rent it any way! So how d they figure they can scam $50 just because they have you cc info? Any way MY BANK DONT PLAY THAT and they are investigation and will replace the money. Enough times and this UHAUL will lose their merchants license. Be blacklisted by BANKS and CCs

I have had a wonderful experience each time I went to visit this location. The office staff are great and very helpful.

The lack of customer service is amazing, not one person got up out of there chair to help me or even acknowledged I was there. If had more time I would went somewhere else.

We had a confirmation number, and they gave the truck to someone else without letting us know when they called. Then they called the CONFIRMATION a REQUEST. What is the point of a confirmation number?Very unprofessional.
