Robert is very patient with my 91 year old dad. He is very generous with his time and explains options in a kind and compassionate as well as understandable way. Debbie is incredible. She is always very positive. The phones are always answered or call backs made in a timely manner. Best customer satisfaction, ever! Mahalo.

Debbie the store receptionist is number 1. She not only remembers me but also my loved ones who have visited the office with me...by name!! She greets us with a smile and takes care of all my hearing needs. She makes it a pleasure to visit the doctor.
