Jason and Wendy give great service. It is a very convenient location.One challenge is the pricing as you’ll be spending $160 a month for the rest of your life with no insurance assistance.

This is the very best place to go for hearing aids. Fabulous customer service, they are always available for you, and a very pleasant office atmosphere. I compared prices with several well known brands and places, and they could not be beat. I have been extremely pleased and happy I chose FHC over 3 years ago.

The staff at Family Hearing Center were absolutely wonderful! They not only made sure my father’s hearing aids were functioning and clean, they went out of their way to connect my father’s cell phone to his hearing aids so he can maintain his independence!

My husband has the Hearing Aid, however Dr. Jason L, removes the wax in my ears every time we go in for a visit for my husband. This last time was very important for me, because some hot grease entered my ear canal by a freak accident a few days before our visit . We are always greeted warmly and serviced promptly. Questions are sought and answers provided. While we always make the next appointment for three later months, there is always flexibility if something comes up requiring rescheduling.

After noticing that I wasnt hearing out of my right ear, I was able to schedule an appointment within the week for a hearing test. After completing the test, Jason readjusted my hearing aid and I walked out of the office in about 20 minutes with the hearing in my right ear restored! Speedy, efficient service!

Dr. Jason Lariosa truthfully informed me that there is no hearing aid that can improve my hearing loss. He suggested a cochlear implant but at my age [81] I am hesitant to have this operation. THANK YOU for your truthful response.

The Family hearing center at Kahala, was the best place to take my mom for her first hearing test.First of all, Jason Lariosa, took nice gentle baby steps examining my mom. He first checked her ears for wax build up, that could be hampering her hearing. Sure enough, Jason found one inch of wax in each ear.After cleaning her ears of wax, my moms hearing improved. It was the first time that I could communicate with my mom without yelling at her.Next, Jason gave my mom two sets of hearing test, and he found out that my moms right ear works better than her left ear. And he suspects that her left ear might be blocked by some fluid.So Jason recommended that my mom go see a nose, ear and throat, specialist. To try to see if her left ear could be cleared.When I made my moms appointment for the Family Hearing Center, I expecting for my mom to walk out with two hearing aids after the visit.Im glad that Jason was more focus on the cause and effects of my moms hearing lost, and not just focusing on trying to sell us a hearing aid.It really showed that he cared for my moms well being. And for the first time in awhile, my mom smiled as she left the center, because she could hear for the first time in two years. mahalo Jason, for your good service.

Family Hearing Aids Center is a very awesome group of hearing aid providers. From setting uo my appointment to the actual consultation. I first met Wes in Piikoi branch and he was very attentive and totally knowledgeable in answering all my inquiries about my hearing including adjusting my hearing aids to fit my hearing loss. Today i get to meet Jason..in Kahala branch..So awesome and knows his craft too like Wes..I feel so comfortable when he was explaining about my hearing and might go back again one of this days once the hearing aid i am curious about becomes available. Had a very pleasant meeting with Jason Lariosa, a hearing instrument specialist. Although I did not get the hearing test I anticipated, I left satisfied after speaking with Jason Lariosa because he steered me to the right direction, whereby it’s just a matter of time, I could better my hearing if needed. He suggested I contact my healthcare insurance to see where I might go to for a hearing specialist medical doctor since I had excess wax which the medical doctor can help remove with the proper equipment they have.
