I had a great experience with Dr. Crabbe.She was very professional, timely, and an expert in her niche of practice.The building is conveniently located in town, and the parking is super easy. No crazy park here, then walk there situation, like some of the other clinics where you gotta budget in an extra 20 minutes, just to find the parking and the office.Clean office, friendly staff, 5 stars.I highly recommend Audibel Hearing Center.

I am a retired Army veteran (22 years) in Infantry, served in Vietnam, and have had hearing loss since early in my Army career - I just did not realize it or have it formally diagnosed until my retirement physical. At retirement, I qualified for VA hearing aids and have had three sets of bilateral hearing aids prescribed over the years. Along that, I have had regular care and service from the VA and their contractors.During this time, I have never been really satisfied with the hearing aids or service I received. They were simply more trouble than they were worth. There were lots of gadgets (telephone connectors, TV connectors, etc) but when it came to actually comprehending speech that I heard, there was very little improvement and more problems (ill fitting, etc) than I wanted. Bottom line, I could take them or leave them. I mainly left them alone and decided that I was doomed to be hard of hearing. (By the way, never put Viagra in your ears...it will make you hard of hearing.) (Snicker)Recently, I saw an ad for Audibel and the pitch about incorporation of AI made me curious. I made an appointment and got the hearing exam and free trial. The difference was immediately apparent and I ordered a pair.. I have had them for almost two months and wear them daily and notice significant improvement in my hearing but, even better, my comprehension of speech in various environments - in a crowded room, on a highway with tire noise, one on one - in all the places where I would resort to reading lips in order to understand a conversation. I have no regrets about buying them.Stephanie is also a major part of this improvement. I particularly like that she is a hearing aid wearer for 20 years and she had experienced every frustration with them that I have - and she has solutions. She is conscientious, patient, and very knowledgeable of the hardware, the software, the set ups, the options, and the troubleshooting.All in all, a hearty recommendation for the Audibel product and the service provided by Stephanie!!! You wont be sorry.

Stephanie always takes care of everything for your hearing aid. She takes the time to check all of your concerns she even lets you come in if you have an emergency. She has even let me come over in the afternoon when I had a problem with my hearing. Wouldnt go to any one else, as far I am concerned she is the best in Honolulu. If you have hearing issues give her a call, youll be happy you did.

As a tourist on Honolulu I messaged audibel with the question if I could get my ears cleaned as a tourist without insurance and they were very swift with their response.They told me I indeed was able to stop by for a free earclean and earcheck and set up an appointment for me.Very clean and friendly clinic with clear and friendly service that I would DEFINITELY recommend.I was treated very well and was talked through step by step and left very happy!Thank you again!
