Glen answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns from day one. The staff is attentive, friendly, and outgoing. No problem is too big or to small, and I always feel as that my every need is looked after.

I left for my vacation in Hawaii forgetting to pack my little cleaning kit to remove wax from my hearing aids. Beltone at the Kaimuki Shopping Centre made an appointment for me for Thursday Nov. 15 at 10:30. Im a Canadian far from home and away for a month. The person who attended me could not have been kinder and more anxious to see to my needs. Because I would be leaving for Vancouver, B. C. Canada shortly there was not time to meet with their staff for a hearing test and then purchase new hearing aids. It was not practical for me or I would definitely have given this Beltone Clinic my business. I have never received better service. Thank you again Beltone for making it possible for me to hear all the lovely sounds here and enjoy being in your beautiful country.Rose

I was coming to the Honolulu office with a hearing aid purchased from BELTONE Fresno CA. I found the Honolulu office very Covid-19 scared. I had an appointment but was required to stand outside the door and wait for them to bring out my hearing aids.The work done on the aids was satisfactory but the customer Service was unsatisfactory.The only reason I would go back is that there are only two offices in Hawaii.
