I have worn other hearing aids, but they never helped my hearing as much as the Signia Silk 7Nx. WOW! And as good as the hearing aids are, Andrea at Hearing Benefit Services is even better. She is so patient and so knowledgeable. I especially liked her willingness to work with me over the phone and sharing my computer screen so she could make the fine adjustments that made my hearing aids work their best for my lifestyle. I went to a couple hearing aid companies before I found Hearing Benefit Services. Hearing providers that I saw before were extremely expensive and not personal; they did not really give me the attention I needed. Hearing Benefit Service explained my results, gave me some hearing education, and offered the same high-end products for far less. I am a 1st time hearing aid user and I am so glad I went to hearing benefit services for so many reasons. 1. The price, I went to my audiologist a week before and for the same exact hearing aid the audiologist recommended hearing benefit service offered for $2,500 less. 2. They definitely gave me a lot more attention than my audiologist. They went into detail about my results and really got to know my lifestyle to make sure my hearing aid was personalized. 3. They come to my house for follow up visits which is a major benefit for when I cant get out of the house for health reasons or want the hearing aids customized to my home environment like tv or to my grandchildrens voice.
