The coffee shop, despite being mobbed by tourists at times, maintains a friendly and helpful atmosphere. Their drinks are not only good, but they went out of the way to make a special coffee for my wife that is not on the menu.

Server was beyond sweet and asked what sort of drink we were looking for and recommended and customized drinks for us. Beyond sweet and the drinks were AMAZING!!! Thank you

First off - this little shop was open at 5 a.m. and it was a short walk from Hilton Waikiki Village. The brewed coffee was good and hot. Blueberry Scone was tasty.

Poor service. Waited to be served with 3 employee working and no one in line for over 5 minutes without being recognized. Even though we made our presence known to the staff.

The coffee are great, they now have the oat milk...this is more of a grab and go, very limited seating

A locally-owned good alternative to Starbucks. The prices are a little lower than Starbucks and the coffee is just as good. I highly recommend trying that Kono coffee.

Picked this place because it wasnt a Starbucks and was very happy. Blended mocha was great, friendly staff, pastries were fresh and tasty. Very happy!

Starbucks is overrated! This place is awesome! Excellent service, they have good coffee! I usually take 4 shots over ice! Top with almond milk. A pre workout!

The caffè lattes are good. They open at 0500, which is nice for those arriving from the East and jet-lagged.

When I stayed at the Ambassador Hotel Waikiki, I received a free bagel and drink ticket. The coffee was of course delicious, but the bagels were very nice. When I ordered, it was cut in half and baked in the toaster on the spot, so I was able to enjoy a hot and crunchy bagel.I think that the price is reasonable and can be purchased easily.

When we stayed at the Ambassador Hotel Waikiki, we had coffee here almost every day. There is drip and espresso, and you can have freshly brewed coffee with a gentle taste. The clerk was very frank, so even myself who was not good at English could order happily. There is also a small Japanese menu. We also handle cold ice cream.Open early in the morning but close early in the evening. If you have the chance, it is the store you want to go to again.

It is not a luxury place like a coffee bean in Korea. A specialty take-out shop in the hotel.
