Aloha Fam!Yes I went all touristy and hit the reserve up. I have to admit its a different flavor. Loved how they brewed it. This will make me go back. Now you know they gonna do that reserve price. So dont be whining and crying just get you coffee on. Do yourself a favor and just do it!!☆ Pro Tip: taste before you leave and if you need extra anything they will add it for you.#starbucks #coffee #starbuckscoffee #starbuckstumbler #starbuckslover #starbuckskorea #starbucksjapan #starbuckscollection #coffeelover #starbucksteribucks #hawaiifoodie #travelphotography #starbucksthailand #starbuckschina #starbucksindonesia #coffeetime #starbuckscard #starbucksaddict #starbuckscollector #starbucksmug #starbuckstaiwan #starbucksreserve #like #kcfoodie #oahu #follow #instagood #starbuckscup #starbucksph #bhfyp
Friendly baristas and nice Hawaii themed interior!Nothing out of the ordinary. We stopped by for a quick coffee and souvenir cups. Although they claim it as reserve, we didn’t see any ice cream mixed drinks.I like their Hawaiian themed interior. Most people who visit are tourists so this is a great stop for the Hawaii exclusive souvenirs. There was a lot of people in line, but the baristas were very chill and quick with our orders.Clean. Quick. Meets expectations!
Very clean store. Open late as well which is nice.Great coffee choices due to being a reserve.Friendly staff. Indoor seating only.Had a really nice white coffee mug that is very Hawaiian themed. Just had to grab it.
Never been to a reserve store before! Super friendly barista‘s, talented and knowledgeable, and overall great service and superior drinks. I work at Starbucks so I definitely know what top quality is. The store was clean and even when they were busy the service was fast and precise. So good! I got the hazelnut iced bianco latte.
Great Starbucks with all of the merchandise you could ask for and drinks are executed perfectly, However, the cashier (Jack) is extremely rude, impatient and leaves a bad first-impression for placing an order. He needs a refresher course on how the company expects employees to treat customers respectfully. As long as you avoid him, all of the other employees are super nice.
We visited this location last time we were here in 2019, impressed with the type of methods you could get your coffee. Enjoyed going back again! If you are a coffee person, go.
Super friendly staff at the WSP location
Theres nothing like waking up, walking in and ordering 2 mocha frappe and then just cross the street to enjoy your morning coffee while walking Waikiki Beach as we did ... The absolute best coffee on Waikiki Beach in my opinion ...
Open early which is great when youre still on PST and havent adjusted. Great atmosphere and appears to be large enough to not feel crowded; I went at 0500 so it was empty :)
This location had a full regular menu, and then the reserve menu which included different small batch coffee, and different preparations. Worth the extra couple bucks, the Clover Kona was smooth and delicious. Baristas were friendly and explained how the different coffees were made. A neat early morning pick me up!
Very crowded all around the day . Big enough to accommodate lots of people. Things go very quick, so better be go in morning time . Opens at 4:30 and high crowed between 7:30-9 AM. It was on main road at Waikiki beach and walking distance to many hotels. Staff is very nice and trying their best to give the fast service in high demand time .
Prices very fair for Waikiki, great cups, awesome service. Honors Starbucks Rewards even Clovers drinks, which is great
The employees really work hard to fulfill your order. But there are so many people doing mobile orders the ones that come to place an order find it difficult to have their orders fulfilled. The wait is very long ususally.
Always crowded with a decent line. The 2 workers work fast at getting everything out quickly. Theres no seating as its inside the hotel.
My mom was super excited to go here, but the costumer service needs some work. I worked in a Starbuck and understand how hard it can be, but I think that they could have been less rude and more helpful to my mom. There was no one in the store before us and it wasnt anywhere near closing. I wouldve normally taken all my family here when they visited, but I am hard pressed to recommend it if they are timid or unsure of anything Starbucks.
I am a Starbucks employee in Canada and this place was so kind and welcoming to me when I mentioned that. Very nice and busy Reserve store. Definitely worth the visit. Lots of fun merch that says Hawaii and Honolulu on it for the tourists like me. Ask about some of the exclusive drinks that only that store serves!
Great store and friendly staff. The coffee was amazing (Kona coffee clover brewed). Centrally located in downtown (well, maybe a block of the beach) and the hours are amazing. I feel slightly bad for the opening crew, but 0430-2130 is super helpful for jet lagged tourists craving a good cup of coffee before exploring the island.
The reserve coffee beans was well worth the wait. Standard Starbucks coffee as well as fancy ones
Wait time is a bit stretched even when theres only 4 people in line but the establishment looked fully staffed. I would blame it on the online orders but that section didnt seem full. I saw at least 5 associates whipping things up and a 6th on the register. BTW Brandon at the register was definitely a friendly face, please keep that associate well paid and happy.
My Ice Macchiota was awesome. Ill be back tomorrow
Great service today! So friendly, professional and calm despite the usual business. Oh and they gave great feedback regarding the drinks. So helpful and willingly so.
Its Starbucks. Its the same as everywhere else. Thats either good or bad, depending on your view of Starbucks. They do have the clover system if thats your bag.
Very nice Starbucks. I have not been to a reserve Starbucks bar outside of Seattle and this one is not nearly as nice but definitely an upgrade from the regular Starbucks. You can get multiple varieties of coffee done in different ways such as pour over. It is a bit on the slow side however but the ambience is tastefully done.
I usually order a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with extra drizzle and 3 shots of expresso. Customer Service here are truly respectable and they listen to make your order correct. Its a nicely clean atmosphere. Just remember, dont rush greatness and you might get your order correct.
This isnt like the Starbucks Reserve in Seattle where they roast beans and package coffee. This location is like your average Starbucks Coffee but nicer and has a bigger coffee bar counter. They offer specialty drinks on a separate menu and have a pineapple infused cold brew; the food options are the same. They have a small selection reserve merchandise and they recently introduced some Honolulu labeled reserve cups and tumblers which are great for gifting. They are located around the corner from Hyatt Centric Waikiki or if youre walking from International Marketplace, they are a few doors down from Dukes Lane Market & Eatery, Nordstrom Rack. If you happen to be in the area, do stop by to check it out.
If you thought Starbucks was good, have the Reserve. Holy S%#%! Bomb
Very very hot milk was in my latte reserve, very long line and only few people are working. This is not a level of Starbucks Reserve, they need to go down to a regular Starbucks level of the quality. Out of two from three tastes of original reserve.
Top notch service and great coffee.
We dont do pour overs when its busyBoth Clover machines broken. This is pretty much as regular Starbucks.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. The store is neat and clean. When asked questions about whats in a drink or what alternatives I could make they were helpful and patient
The kona coffee is great. Good customer service and very attentive.
Amazing strabucks, great experience, totally recommend it if you are around, our hotel was about a 20 minute walk, and we would come here every morning!
Great service even when they were slammed
Staff are friendlyQuick survive
An utter disappointment after being to Starbucks reserve at other cities.
High on potential low on execution.Tons of expensive bean and brewing equipment, with fact bar space devoted to the experience,But 3/4 of the baristas are slanging frapachinos and muffins in the corner of the store that still operates the normal menu while one lazy barista shuffled around all the cool equipment ignoring orders and paying attention to the disinterested girls who are just here to sit at the bar and use their laptops.
I absolutely love the staff here, they are always super friendly. They offer a lot of different options its hard to choose between getting usual or having something new. :)
Gotta do the Kona clover brew
I have never been to a Starbucks reserve, and it was quite a treat. The high class design and decoration made for a beautifully warm environment, and the reserve brew coffees have notes to them that standard Starbucks drinks miss out on, mostly relying on syrup flavors and toppings to define the drink. Definitely worth a stop while you are visiting the area!
Friendly, knowledgeable service and the earliest coffee in Waikiki!
Nice store, fast service!
All the employees are friendly and courteous
Beautiful. Great service
The staff is outstanding and courteous. The store is well kept and keeps itself in line with state guidelines to ensure all customers are safe and well taken care of.
This is such a beautiful location and I love Starbucks Reserve since they have exclusive items and drinks! I love their dark chocolate mocha drink that’s only available here
Granddaughters favorite place.
Came here the other day ordered a salted Carmel Hot drink. Tasted milky so I asked if it could be remade and it still tasted light as heck! Not happy with this location and I hate to ask for a remake because it’s wasteful and I honestly wanted to remake my remake but all in all I just wanted to come in get my coffee and be on my way out that’s all. Don’t see myself coming here as often unless I’m feeling risky and crossing my fingers hoping they do it like the other locations I go to but I dint see it happening. Rather walk to the ones in ala Moana ( 30 minute walk) to get my coffee. Wasted 7$ and my time that day recently. It’s expensive to pay for something you don’t like or want. :/
Coffee is excellent. No seating...
This reserve is not like all others. Coffee was plain and very very milky I ordered the same thing I always do. First gave me iced when I wanted hot, asked you remake it gave me a grande vs tall which made it even more milky. Great coffee mugs tho.
Great Starbucks experience for tourist
My favorite Starbucks, clean store, friendly service. I love the reserve coffee in my fraps and I love the fruit drinks on hot days!
Workers are such an A-hole
It’s a great Starbucks. People that work here are very welcoming and nice. Reserve coffee is good and it’s par with the one I get in NY at Chelsea.
I went this morning to purchase a Starbucks Reserve cup. After standing in line little did I know they let the lady in front of me RESERVE and PURCHASE ALL of there cups that are clearly for resale. I wasn’t able to purchase just 1 cup.
Great friendly staff. My mobile orders are always on time and prepared as ordered.
I like the place but it would be nice to show the location of the nearest restroom from in the store. As I had a hard time locating it.
Never gone to a Starbucks reserve before. They had drinks catered to local coffee beans and taste. Exceptional service and great atmosphere
Very disappointing! No real line to purchase drinks. One has to walk through people to add creamer. Where are the restrooms? Not nearly enough seating.
Their service was slower than average Starbucks shops but maybe they run on Hawaiian time. At least their staff was pleasant. Coffee was good as expected. Not the best Starbucks experience.
Different menu from your run of the mill Starbucks. They had exclusive coffee blends and amazing specialty pastries and cookies! If you have a chance i suggest you stop in and see the diffrences from a regular starbucks for yourself! You wont be disappointed!
Excellent
Great location! Brandon was very friendly and welcoming!
No line. No salad either.
Always a great crew at this Kuhio St location.
The best! The ohana-style service welcomes everyone! And so many specialty coffees and drinks.
I was surprised by the quality and diffrence from the basic store.
The worker knew sign language awesome for dead customer
Excellent staff, but too many tourists buying souvenir cups makes it hard to simply buy a cup of coffee. Waiting times can sometimes be crazy. Employees do their best to move things along .
Nice store but only if you want to grab and go. Employees are nice along with fast service but I think this store is not set-up to hang out in. No outlets, tables are small and very low which make it uncomfortable to use for a computer as youre hunched over. No restroom either. Im almost certain this was designed on purpose to discourage people hanging out.On the positive its a neat store and has some specialty coffee if youre into that.
Fantastic local coffee, quick and open at 430am- great those of us up and early due to jetlag.
Awesome Starbucks Reserve. Drinks were great, cakes and bakeries delicious, good selection of gifts and special coffees. Staff was super-friendly. Mahalo from Germany!
