Great dealership with great deals and a really nice informative sales agent named Daily!Made me an offer I couldnt refuse!Left there super happy and felt like I got a great deal. They even did a full detailing of the car before I came back and picked it up and filled the gas tank, that was pretty cool.

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE !!! DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE, this place sells broken car, I bought a infinity here, and not even 3 days and something is broken which is the power steering, with that being said they made me pay for the fixing the car, NOT EVEN A WEEK WITH THE CAR AND MADE ME PAY $500, so they fixed the problem, 1 month came by, WATERPUMP BROKE DOWN they made me pay another $500, 2 month come by the coolant hose broke down made me $200, we tried to give it back because I could not handle it anymore, I was so out of it, they made me pay $5k just to give the car back, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, THEY SELL BROKEN CARS

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give a lower rating I most definitely would without a doubt! Johnny Coralles from Utah is the worst person my family has ever met on our island. Please go back to UTAH Johnny. He straight up lied to us brah. By stating he just drove the vehicle that day that we were interested in and it was buried in back of 3 other cars. The car wouldnt start and he said oh no problem its a great car. We already didnt trust Johnny Coralles and he kept trying to switch different cars but none of them started and they were all dirty and dusty inside and out. All the cars were overpriced so we simply left feeling lied to and time wasted.

My boyfriend was looking for a 4x4 Ford Sports trac and we went to see one in Waipahu however the condition was poor and had major rust. I was searching online and found one at this car dealership. We initially was hesitant as reading the review it wasnt strong. We went yesterday and we were pleasantly surprised to have such excellent service with Chris and also had the pleasure of talking to the owner. My boyfriend purchased the truck and got a great deal and it comes with.a 2 year warranty. There are some minor thighs that need to be done and the dealership will have those fixed for him. This is on top of the discounted price and there was no hesitation on their part. Thank you for everything and we will let our friends know to go there to purchase a used car.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS CAR DEALER• They sold Toyota that has transmition problem.• Their used cars are overpriced.• My experience:When I test drove it, I didn’t notice any issues.But after closing the deal as I drive the car home, that’s when I noticed the problem (strange noise during the few seconds of stepping on the gas from a stop position and it jolts during that noise).I immediately called the dealer to inform him about it, and he suggested that it just needs to be driven more and soon it will be gone.But no! It’s gotten worse.Again, I called him to tell him that the problem has gotten worse. He told me to bring the car to his shop to try and fix the issue with his mechanic. Few days later, he told me to pick it up. The bad news is it was not fix.Now there’s a hesitation when I press the gas from a stop position.Plus it took him 2 weeks to send a request for registration at DMV.Dealer suggested to replace it. The downpayment worth 3.5k from previous car that I only got to use for a month went to waste. I had to start to 0 with the car offered for replacement.

Shoppers BEWARE! Heres WHY...I referred a close family member who needed a vehicle. Salesman who served us was Chris Contreras a longtime friend whom we trusted. He provided a list of vehicles that were in good condition, test drove some and performed normal inspections and ended up purchasing a Nissan Frontier truck.Although the truck was pricey the outside of the vehicle was in good condition with low miles. Within a couple of weeks the truck started giving us problems so we took the vehicle back to the dealership for muffler and vibration problems. The problems still persisted after repeated visits to the dealership. They took it to Exhaust Systems Hawaii to repair the muffler problems did not do a good and or a thorough job.Unsatisfied with the quality of work we decided to take it to a friends shop to see whats really going on. They lifted up the truck and saw that the frame, undercarriage and headers pipes were all rusted. A whole bunch of rust fell to the ground. It was really bad! Our friend did not want to touch the truck at all. He said if we didnt take care of it in time it could FAIL!We decided to go back to Excellent Auto for the 3rd or maybe 4th time. Their mechanic suggested to take it to Nissan instead.The Nissan technician wrote up a repair order and his findings. See list below:1. Brakes shimmys, squeaking, pedals pulsating when breaking = front & rear brakes are excessively rusted. Cost to replace $829.492. Vehicle vibrates more in gear and with AC on = Idle low, throttle plate dirty and carbon buildup. Cost to clean and relearn idle $140.003. Lower half of air filter air box is missing = held together with a tie strap. Cost $261.00Cost of technician inspection $293.19(Chris told me that I was responsible to at least pay for the inspection but I said that since they took the vehicle in they should pay for it and they did. Replaced a rusted part).What a nightmare to see all these added COSTLY REPAIRS! More importantly the technician was very CONCERNED about all the rust, especially on the FRAME and other areas under the vehicle. Main concern is that In time driving it could be dangerous.I understand we live in Hawaii and the salt air but this truck was beyond the normal rust problem. I have a 10 yr old car and the frame/undercarriage is in great condition.I asked Chris Do you check your vehicles? He said No, we just check the oil and change tires if we have to. Also, they buy their vehicles from an auction lot. I was shocked to hear him tell me that Nissan trucks has the most problems. I told him if you knew that why didnt you say anything at that time and why did you sell it to us?After expressing concerns for the vehicle and stated that he sold us a LEMON. We asked for help us out to either take the truck back and or trade in for another vehicle. He said another vehicle will have problems too but, but I told him better than the excessive rusted frame and parts. They denied our request because the amount of the loan was too high and I would have to put a BIG down payment. I couldnt understand why we couldnt trade another vehicle for the same price.Chris then suggested that we turn in the truck to Nissan and buy a new one but we would have to put a BIG down payment and more money out of pocket! After some research I saw that we couldve bought a newer truck for the same price and better condition.All in all nothing was disclosed to us. I have to stress that before buying a used car put it under a microscope. Bring a mechanic. Test drive it more than just around the block, take it far as you can. You may never know what may arise after you drive it for a bit.
