The third version tiles look to be right at home in sunny Oahu, and the powerwall is ready to store that juice.Customer service here is friendly and knowledgeable. Not pushy salesmen and saleswomen encouraging people to feel and get to know the lineup of fun and safe vehicles of the future.If you get the opportunity to test drive one.... Do. Even with high expectations, the Model X I drove BLEW MY MIND!!!

This review is for January 2021. When I was in Hawaii Honolulu Waikiki, I visited the Tesla vehicle sale-display shop. Im not guilty, to say that I absolutely love Tesla. Revolutionary in the way that it brought 100% electric vehicle to the market of the United States of America. This Tesla dealership is located conveniently in the downtown Waikiki area. Very beautiful location. What can I say, Hawaii speaks for itself but the fact that I was able to see the shop here was pretty awesome too. Also, the staff here were very friendly. I walked in and took some pictures and videos and they didnt seem to mind at all. I really appreciate that. Thank you

The guy that served us was really an expert at his job. Were still thinking about cars but they gave us sufficient information to think about buying a Tesla. Apparently we cant have the commercial chargers in the our homes. The commercial charger has a faster charge compared to the one that comes with buying a car.

Beautiful shrine to the final era of the SOV 4 wheeled personal space. Closed during my last visit but HQ is proposing to reverse closure course. EVs are great in Hawaii...except their power is generated by coal and burnt plastics (H-Power). Not sure what is worse: burning dinos from tar sands or leveled mountain tops in WVA or plastics from PRC?!

Staff are excellent and encourage you to sit in vehicle and play with them. As a tourist I had no intention to buy and they knew. Awesome. That said I would love to buy one back in Australia.

Very Friendly, Helpful and Professional Staff with excellent customer service from Manager Nick and James, the dream team!We purchased a Model S and Nick followed up to make sure everything went smoothly from manufacturing through shipping and delivery. Nick also promptly answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. Delivery was smooth with no surprises and when promised.James provided an excellent and very educational test drive which they call owners experience. James is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly, an excellent combination, which made the experience even better. He too promptly answered all of the questions that I had, even a couple of days after the test drive.Teslas are amazing vehicles and the International Marketplace staff provides friendly and excellent service, not just for tourists, but also for local folk like us. They make you feel like family.Highly recommended, go see them, great staff, wonderful experience, fabulous vehicles.

What a great place to educate and promote world changing technology - right in the heart of Waikiki. Everyone should go in and checkout the awesome electric vehicles with endless curiosity. They have the model S, X and 3 on display. The customer service reps are professional and friendly. We made an appointment for a test drive and it was mind blowing to see the vehicle driving itself. Best experience at a car dealership.

A good showroom to check out. Been here before and after purchasing my Model Y. They are super helpful, and will of course walk you around the car showing it off if you request 🙌🏽

In vacations, as a french Tesla lover it was Disney world for me. The showroom is amazing, and we can sit on all teslas in the showroom. Sellers are amazing, Im not a king in English but we talked about many things, and we can see that sellers are fan of the products they sell. One of the best experiences of my trip

What an awesome experience we had 2 days ago at the Tesla dealership in the International Market Place on Kalakaua Avenue.Our salesman Joji Goto was fantastic! So nice and super helpful. We had a million questions and he took the time to answer each and every one of them. We took the Y our for a test drive and loved it. The dealership is clean and a very pleasant place to check out Teslas whole line. Everyone was very COVID aware and I felt safe there. Thank you Joji Goto for such outstanding service. WELL DONE!!

SURPRIZED! We are staying at the top 32nd floor Penthouse suite at the Monarch hotel one block from the beach in Honolulu (nice kitchen suite), and did not know there was a Tesla Dealer nearby. Since we own 543 shares of TSLA Stock, we had to drive one of these fabulous cars, of course. The Staff were very kind and allowed us to drive a model Y, (since no Roadster was on hand) and the Y predictably drove like a dream. Smooth, sleek, very comfortable and FAST! It is only $100 to reserve a Tesla and they were a bit pushy to have you do so, but we are waiting.2022 ROADSTER -After driving this car I am determined to buy one, since we have made over $200000 profit so far on our sock, and that is what the new roadster model cost, so why not? 😀 Ruby red please.

The posted hours on both Google and the storefront are not accurate. It does not open at 10am nor are they open until 10p. I checked at both 10:30a (1/3) and 9:15p (1/2) and met locked doors both times. I love everything about Tesla but this seems unnecessarily low level.

If youre a shareholder in Tesla, its natural to buy your next car electric. Have you seen these cars? Theyre nice.Love how the Waikiki store is laid-back. No pressure from the staff, even when test-driving the Model X.Responsive, spacious with clearance to see front, back & all sides. Not as impressed with the gadgets or dashboard, but dig the doors & the steady ride.Typically would give 5 stars, but had to take one star off for price.These beauties are expensive! Wow.Cant wait until the Y is out. Think thatll be the one.

I went down to the Tesla dealer today to see whats new and was surprised to see three awesome vehicles in the showroom. One was a four-door sport s sedan another was a two-door sport sedan and the other was a SUV style. All of them are extremely sporty looking and there was no pressure from the sales staff to just check out the vehicles which was nice. One of these days Im probably going to make a move to an all electric vehicle.

Would love to buy one. You dont really appreciate it until you sit in it. Also the way it make you feel the simplicity of the advanced engineering is incredible. The shop was giving one away for free at the time hope I win lol. Great machines!

We were there in feb and the customer service was awesome.We took test drive on model x and the our guide was very knowledgeable.He explained everything very well.And at end we were not pushed to buy and they asked our permission if we wanted to hear back from them.I loved the model x it’s very smooth spacious quiet and luxurious vehicle.

Please share the chargers at P4 at international marketplace!! Your test drive vehicles are fully charged just sitting in the parking spaces, Morning afternoon and night! Superchargers were supposed to arrive in honolulu in 2018 and still nothing. I have a model X performance paid $145k and always have a problem charging the damn car. There are a lot of of people like me that own teslas that live in condos and we dont have the chance to charge vehicles in other places. Please please please share your charging spots, we are paying the high parking fee at international marketplace just to be able to charge our car and its so frustrating to see fully charged test drive cars just sitting in the spaces

I was in their showroom for 10-15 min checked out all 3 cars as I want to buy one. Sat in 2 of them, played with the touch screens and not once did one of the sales associates approach me. Kind of irratating since Im ready to purchase one. Oh well, I guess Ill just order it off the website.

Beautiful showroom and the staff was very friendly and welcoming to sit in the cars and try out the tech and features.

Its fun to check out the Tesla and sit in the car, even if youre not intending to purchase one.

I would give this dealership no stars if I could. We dealt with an incredibly rude salesman when we were browsing a few days ago. As I was looking at the Model S with my sister and two nephews the salesman came by and noted that this model was really for Cameron Diaz types and that the “target” family vehicles were upstairs. I am still not sure what he meant by that however it was clear he thought this wasn’t the “right”’vehicle for us. We have been to Hawaii several times and this is by far the worst service we’ve experienced.
