Great dealership! The sales consultant, Jarrett, was extremely professional and made the entire car-buying process easy. The facility is clean and all employees are friendly. The price of the vehicle online is the price you will pay, unlike other dealerships in Oahu. There are no finance managers trying to pouch you for expensive add-on items or protections on the vehicle. Overall top notch experience.

Dorinda Shimazu was very helpful with the purchase of our new 2021 WRX Subaru. She was friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable. She was very helpful with all our questions and made the whole process of purchasing a new car easier than expected. Dorinda was on top of everything. She said our Subaru WRX wouldnt land for maybe a month and we would have to wait till in arrived on Oahu. When it arrived earlier than expected, she contacted me right away to come pick it. I would give this dealership I higher score if possible. After several really bad experiences with dealers on island I connected with Taylor. She answered all my questions and found the car I had wanted and got it ready as soon as possible for me. When I arrived we noticed they had the original car I wanted but thought would be too long of a wait. Taylor was quick to help us switch to buying the ascent I wanted. She was friendly, speedy and not at all pushy. They offered us a fair trade on my old car and werent pushy with extras. I have never had a better car buying experience all thanks to Taylor Torricer. We were in and out in under 2 hrs with the car of my dreams thanks to her.If youre looking for a subaru I highly recommend you go see her.

This was my first solo car purchase ever and after doing some research I decided to head to Servco for their Pre-Owned / Subaru side to look at options. I initially worked with Mike AK on the Pre-Owned side who was PHENOMENAL and humble enough to think I could shop new and politely handed me off to Shane Breeden.Shane is one of the most honest and professional salesmen I have ever met, even saying that as a fellow salesman myself! He never pressured me and was phenomenal in hearing my questions and answering them. Made himself consistently available and truly kept me up to date as I waited for the car to be ready. I had a little unique situation in terms of buying a car and at first I went with the Kaimuki branch. BUT! The guys there kinda slacked off and I felt pretty disappointed so I went to Honolulu branch and ended up with Jason. He was a completely different story. He took initiative, answered all my questions (there were a lot of them), and even shared his personal phone number so that we had good communication during the whole process. I knew I could trust him. He helped me out A LOT. I cannot stress it enough. Jason Nicol is your dude!!! Thanks Jason. Really loving my new 2020 Subaru Crosstrek.

So, an interesting story: my wife has taken a job working on a contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers, and will be working several days a week in Honolulu, and will be sharing a place with another person working at Pearl Harbor, who has just arrived from working in Guam. We hadnt actually met in person (phone calls and emails), but she picked us up at the airport and asked if we would go look at a car with her. So off we go to Servco and have a look at a very clean low mileage Honda, make a test drive, and all is well. Everyone, especially James Crosthwaite, at Servco was polite, professional, engaging and very helpful. We returned the next day and purchased the vehicle. Based on this experience my wife and I would happily purchase a vehicle from Servco when we find ourselves in the market- the whole experience was that positive.

How many old Subarus do you see on the road? Few. They dont last. So glad I convinced her to buy a Honda. Were very happy.Add on response after an employee attempted to fix an already ruined experience-Sorry, too late. Your salesperson should have helped us while we were in the market for a new car. Seems like there is a lot of employee to customer interaction complaints after reading a few of these comments. Over all really disappointed with their service department. First off its hard to get parking when going to get serviced, there are only about 8 very tightly packed spots in front of the department. Then once you go in its fairly bare bones with a vending machine, chairs, not too much else. Then the service itself is fairy sub-par. Was not greeted when I came in and was treated coldy by the service advisor, not even really a smile. Had an oil change done (about $65) and was not offered anything I guess extra. No car wash or even complimentary inspection. I used to go to a dealership back in the states and get both included with my oil change. So ever since I have not gone back. I never used to mind paying the dealership price for routine maintenance, because I felt like I got some more out of it then just the maintenance itself. So might as well save my money and just get a regular oil change out in town, rather then deal with all that, in addition to their poor hours.

The worst customer service I have seen in a while. The employees show little to no care about the customer nor the car. There is very little human interaction with the employees, they might as well be machines that take your keys and your money. When buying my car from the same location, I was told to never use automated machine washing because it is bad for the paint (scratching, etc). The service dept offers a complimentary car wash, but with what? Automated machines. What is the point of washing a car if it leaves half of the dirt on it and scratches it? I wish that I didn’t live so close to this location. And I’m surprised that with these countless reviews they have not chosen to improve a drop of it. We love the cars you sell us, we appreciate the work you do on our cars, act like you guys give a s**t about the customer.

The staff is friendly but apparently lacks the ability to communicate. Multiple online parts information requests using the contact form on their website got no reply of any type. If you call you could end up on hold and forgotten (or intentionally ignored) or disconnected. Basically, unless you have the time to physically drive there to inquire or order parts, forget it. The impression I get from them is that they are only interested in new car sales and not servicing or parts (which are ridiculously high priced).

While everyone is polite, this rating is for lack of Efficiency, Accuracy, Quality, and zero Follow through actions on Assistance Requests. We purchased 2 sport racks when we bought our vehicle. The bike rack was only partially assembled and came with no photos, Guide, instructions; not even a model # to assist us in completing it ourselves. Multiple requests were made by phone and in person to obtain ANY guidance/info. Zero results. We’ve owned it for 3 months and I still can’t use it.The kayak rack install was exciting ... leftover bolts rolled down my windshield shortly after leaving. I had to return to ensure it was accurately installed. Again, NO info on how to safely and properly use the rack. Zero follow up to provide by email as they promised - just like with the bike rack.(Because models and operation vary, I find it troubling that no guidance is given. Even MORESO when only partially installed - I’d someone is injured at my expense because I dont use it properly, I am liable.)I love our salesman (Josh is awesome!), and everyone is courteous across the board. The service dept, however, left me feeling completely dissatisfied, and that I cannot trust my vehicle to them. Further, that I would have done better to buy these after market items elsewhere and installed myself using the proper guides and instructions that would have been provided.Complete waste of my Time and Money, and every day that I can’t use these items as intended, the dissatisfaction and lack of trust burns anew. The moral of the story - absolutely BUY at Servco Subaru, but don’t trust them with your vehicle, and BUYER BEWARE on all Accessories that require installation. There is ZERO efficient service after the sale, and obviously no importance or pride is placed on the quality of the work/service provided.

Not even a single good experience here. I wish they would actually care about customer retention. Youre 100% better off buying from Mercedes and paying all the extra money because at least theyll treat you as a valued customer.I called to get a quote, but I was told that I would need to bring the car in for the final price. This is a very strange thing to say, but I just figured the person was either new or worded things incorrectly. To preface, I had hit a pot hole and the tire continuously went flat, prompting me to fill it up numerous times before I eventually blew out the tire. The initial check done suggested that I bring it in at a later date to have it checked. It was too late in the day for anyone to look at it. At my own naivity, I left. The next morning, I notice the tire is flat, so I give it a pump and off I go. Im driving on the H-1 and I hear something hit the undercarriage of my vehicle. I pull over to the far left lane and inspect the car - nothing seems out of the ordinary, so I get in and drive off. Only this time, before I could hit 30 MPH and very sparingly applying my foot to the peddle, I hear a pop. Again I stop the car and see my tire completely flat and blown out. I go into the trunk, jack up my vehicle, throw the spare on, and head out. I bring the decrepit piece of rubber to Subaru, along with my rim (keep that last part in mind), and attempt to get the final price quote for a new tire. So, now that were caught up, lets continue. I am told the price would be $200-$300 for a single tire over the phone, however, now Im being told this tire would cost me over $430 for the single tire. The reason why my quote was so low? I must have misheard the representative. They also pivot from this and think its a great idea to try to upsell a customer who just replaced his tire on the H-1, rocks and asphalt flying around, bouncing off both car and flesh, breathing in fumes from the cars passing by, and nervous that one of these people might not pay attention, pinning me against the railing. So yes, a great potential pitch coming my way with timing that is just impecable. The salesman (yes I realize theyre not called this, but this man deserves a Tony for his efforts) turns to me and says I shouldnt just replace one tire. I should pay them about $1800 to replace my tires because it only makes sense as AWD, as Ill be damaging the differential or possibly wearing out the other tires more rapidly. The audacity of the pitch threw me off-guard, along with the $s being racked up, I lost it and left.Facing such a high price tag and attempting to validate the claims made, I contacted Costco and Sears and had both places quote me for a single and four tire replacement. I initially went to Costco to have a mechanic look at the damage done and he quickly identified what Subarus incompetent team did not. He told me my rim was cracked completely, rendering it useless.I called Subaru and told them the great news. They quoted me this time for just about $500 for the one rim. This I understood, but didnt want to pay them to put the tire on as well. So, I called Geico and told them what had happened. They told me that they would get a quote from Subaru and give that to me to chew on. The total repairs would cost about $700, including labor. I was shocked. The price I had gotten was $500 for the rim, however, it was only $259 from Subaru now. The price for a single tire? $300. What about the price of labor? $200. I again called and this time I had paperwork stating a different price. They said that theres no way they would ever sell those parts for that because thats under what it costs them (a blatant lie). I got the rim from them eventually for $259 and a new set of tires from Sears for under the initial quote for a single tire and sold the Yokohama tires for $400.Ill never own a Subaru again and I wouldnt ever think of buying a vehicle from any Servco dealer. Absolute hideous representation of any car brand. Ill edit with any good newsDo better for yourself, you absolutely deserve it.
