No hassles, did not hold on to any of my personal documents. I recommend stopping by and allowing yourself to see and feel what a real car buying experience is.

I would recommend this dealership any day! Bought a car from them without a warranty and a couple days later my air stopped working and air bag light came on, I called them to see if they would look at it and told me to bring it in and they would fix the problem. It was just a fuse now everything is great! If they ever get a bad review I would say it is lack of communication because they are extremely helpful.

We bought a car from here that we found on the ussa website, we test drove it and didnt buy it. Well we decided to get it a few days later without test driving it and it broke down not even 10 minutes after leaving this s*** hole! General manager wont give us our money back, they have the car. He was so rude! He told me that i must have drove over a bump and broke it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! My husband is military and doesnt make much so we are at a complete lose. He told us that he would be talking legal actions, same thing we are doing. READ YELP REVIEWS!!!

Seriously wish I could give these guys a negative amount of stars! BUYER BEWARE!!!I won’t get into much detail but basically they got my warranty refund check in the mail, suggested that the employee that told me that she had it no longer works there (implying she stole it), and are refusing to issue me the check no reason and because I’m off the island I can’t do much but call over and over just to have them refuse to put me on the phone with a manager or owner! I’ve been remarkably nice and patient! They’ve been giving me the run around for months now for hundreds of dollars!There’s NO integrity here, and that is VITAL in a car company.I’m sure you can keep shopping and find someone that genuinely cares to take care of their customers! A BBB complaint has been filed!Absolutely horrendous experience.

As with many pre-owned vehicles, know what you want before going, ask for possible maintenance records or repair records, accidents, etc.
