I donβt know if the work was performed right the first time. I know I had a recall and that was supposed to be fixed along with the maintenance/oil change I had on my vehicle. The next day I notice jerking feeling when I go from zero to 35, up hills, pressing the gas etc. I did call the service department because this is something I had no issues with prior. I had to make another appointment in order for the issue to get looked at so I havenβt drove my vehicle since because I want to be on the safe side. I rated met expectation because I was told it would take two hours for the service to be done and it did, I had a safe area to wait in, and the staff was nice.
The cost of repair quoted prior was exactly what they quoted even though it ended up being an additional part and more time for installation. I appreciate that New City Nissan stuck to the original quote and did not come back to me for more money. Very honest folks there!
The only disappointment was that the mechanic did not reset the computer system. That means, everytime I start the car, I will get a reminder for an engine tuneup needed. OMG. Thats kind of irritating. Dont want to bring it back to reset that. Not sure how long it will take to do that and I dont have the time for that. Just got to wait till April.
I knew exactly what I wanted before I arrived on the lot. Ben didnβt put any pressure on me what so ever. He met all my needs and more. Ben was polite and informative, he listened to my concerns intently. He made me fell comfortable and at ease.
Arrived to the dealership a little early and was met with service advisor Gavin. He explained my service and estimated the time it would take to complete the service. I was just settling into check my phone... in what was well before time promised Gavin says Mr. Young your car is serviced and ready to go. Appreciate the clean and safe environment provided. I was extremely pleased with the overall experience.
I had a list of things for them to work on, the most urgent was this constant rattle. They figured out where the rattle was coming from and fixed it. Theyre a busy place so plan on being there for a while, I was there for 5 hours but they did A LOT: changed the oil, serviced the truck, took care of the rattle, did a safety inspection, got me 4 new tires (there was a buy 3 get one for $1 sale so I got a new set...it was time), added something for the alignment, and put on new wipers. I know there are probably other places to go that are a bit cheaper, but here its all in one place and everything is Nissan parts.
Our latest experience with staff of new city Nissan was extraordinary very kind, helpful and informative. We came in to check why one of our vehicles wheel was indicated with low tire pressure, staff came to look on vehicle and saw a foreign object lodged in the wheel. Staff indicated to set service and was successful with solving our issues.
The experience was exceptionally good. Service consultant took the time to explain how to change battery in my key fob, useful information since the owners manual had a completely separate set of directions. The actual service on my vehicle was quick and I left as a content owner.
Great customer service. I was actually impressed. Very polite, professional and friendly. Jason helped us, and he was awesome. But not just him, all other staff there we met were friendly and awesome.
I liked the way that everyone kicked in to get my car to me. There was a snafu with my cheque. Then my salesman had a personal emergency. Etc. But those problems were minor because other people stepped in to make my purchase happen.Thanks to you all.
Just came in for a recall and to have a spare key made. I bought my Frontier from a third party dealer and itβs the first vehicle Iβve owned in 10 years, so I didnβt know where to get repairs done! NCN pointed out a few things that needed attention and was able to help me out the next week. Ashley was super helpful, remembered me the next day when I called, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I really appreciate her and the staff in general for making this easy for me!
I tried taking my truck to a more convenient location but just not worth it. Nissan knows their vehicles, has the parts and fixes the problem right the first time.

Used vehicle purchased 12 June 2021. Management failed to safety check the vehicle before it was released during purchase. I had to bring the vehicle back for a failed safety for New City Nissan to register the vehicle. Called numerous times for status, finally I drove to New City Nissan just to find out what was happening. Iβm told that I needed to complete another failed safety in order to file the registration because New City Nissan lost the first failed safety. At this time I still donβt have the registration and my bank does not have the title. New City Nissan have ignored my calls, no consideration to return my call. Title department listens to messages but fails to call me back.Very disappointed!

Tem inspection Done in less than 30 min. Super friendly service with a smile-he totally made my day. Will be coming here in the future and recommend to all my family and friends. I purchased my 2015 Rogue in 2016 and I have had no problems with my vehicle until my air stopped working. I believe for 5 years with no major problems has been a blessing for me. The air compressor broke twice after being fixed, but the 3rd time was a charm, as they say. I am grateful for my fresh cool air, thank you. I will probably keep this vehicle for family use but I am looking to purchase a car as my career use. I am an Insurance Producer and will pay cash for my next vehicle. Thank you again Nissan!!!

Just before my scheduled routine maintenance, my car battery failed. I called Nissan desperate to get my car in and they obliged. Mark offered to take the car on a stand-by basis saying it could take at least two days. Not only did my battery get replaced, but the maintenance that was schedule for the following week was done too. The best part about this whole situation was getting my car back the following afternoon!
Helpful and considerate. Went in for a safety check. Only problem is that they said I needed to replace my wipers to pass, when I replaced them only months ago. And they have Passed my car with worse wipers before... Soo... Yeah...

Purchased 2019 Nissan Rogue and been having it serviced at the this location since.Located on N King St jus passed Middle Street Intersection easily visible from the street. Got a GREAT SERVICE AGENT ASHLEY who really takes care of everything. Just call her directly to schedule a day, drop the car off at 0630, have it serviced, washed and this time needed a ride from home to pick the car up when it was complete so she sent a complimentary Uber ride and left very SATISFIED! May cost a few more dollars then other places but cant beat the personal service keeps bringing you back. See you in a few months Ash! MAHALO! π

The service representative was very nice. The tire repair is covered under my Pre Maintenance Agreement; I brought the original copy. However, my service rep said the warranty for the repair has expired. The PMA says:β .. This PMA provides reimbursement for your tire repair costs or replacement of covered tire(s) for the term of the plan or a maximum of 36 months on the 48- and 60 months plans, whichever is less,β¦βI have not had this car for 36 months or more, and I have the 60 month plan. She still insisted and apologized that it was not covered. I try to avoid arguing so I just ended up paying for the repair. I dont know why the information thatβs in your system and the information thats on the PMA contract is different. Pretty frustrating.
My car was in need of some repairs. The on line service reservation was very easy. The repairs were done in a timely manner. My vehicle runs great again. Ralon did a great job. My problem was that this was my second experience that they had to go to Waipio to pick up parts and there was something wrong with it and I had to wait even longer. We are all busy people now, donβt have time to be wasting on things that should have had better quality control.
This time, I asked New City Nissan a state safety check, rear and front wiper replacement, and I asked check a battery carefully cause I feel battery week. They did not replace buttery, but they gave me advice how to save buttery life. Also They washed my Rogue without asking. Great service π Thanks.

I missed the payments a few times last year because Nissan didnβt indicate my apartment number on the bills which didnβt reach me. I brought up my account to current immediately after I realized the delinquency, but Nissan has already reported to credit card companies which made my credit significantly low. I wouldnβt have missed the payments if the bills came to my correct address. I am not planning to buy or lease any Nissan in the future because of this incident.

I went on KBB to see how much I could get for my car. In no time, Mark phoned me and was available right away to see my car. When I went there, again, there was no wait time. Mark was friendly and very courteous, which was especially kindly, since I have a hearing problem and we kept our social distance -- something us old folks really appreciate from the younger generation. It was a very pleasant experience!

I am truly sorry but I now have to edit my review of New City Nissan. I purchased a car from them almost 3 months ago.Then told me over the phone the shipping to Maui would be covered. However, when I went to pick up my car I had to pay to pick up the car!Second, they did not even give me a copy of the purchase agreement until 2 months later. (I have to assume they didnt what me to see they had told me a lie about shipping)And Last but certainly not the least. I now have to drive my car without registration, I have left many voice mail to the title agent phone and not even the curtesy of a return call. Therefore, I went to DMV to try to get a copy and was told that the paperwork has never been sent to them and the car is still in the previous owners name.I am really sorry but I have to recommend not to do business with this dealership of you live off island where you cant go look them in the eye and get things corrected!!!!
Well our 2009 se Altima had an alternator replaced. Iβm positive it was installed correctly but these things happen where after it was installed it failed after we drove it home. We contacted our advisor and was told that the car had to stay over the weekend. We was given a loaner, thank you Ralons so we could have a vehicle during the Memorial Day weekend. The advisor called us on Monday to pick up our car . Car is running without any issues. Thank you New City Nissan we appreciate all you do for us.

As usual very good service from scheduling my appt to paying for my service when completed. Within the time expected, waited at dealership no problem. The only thing that was unsat was the service advisor told me upon completion at the register area that my vehicle was also washed. My car was not washed or if it was it was a sloppy sloppy job which actually my car was dirtier than when I dropped it off. I dont think it was the service advisors fault but the employee(s) that are assigned to wash cars. Poor quality that leaves a bad last impression of Nissan Service Center.
The service doors opened at 7 am sharp, and I was greeted by the usual professional and polite intake folks who verified my appointment, and told me how long they expected the service to take. Within the hour everything was done, and I was on with my day. No hassles. Just in and out the way we all imagine things SHOULD go....ππ»

Experienced squeaking brakes. Brought it in. Technician identified the problem and quickly scheduled brake repair. Came back in a week later after ordering parts to fix my brakes. Every staff member I encountered was so professional and helpful.
