The service here is really a mess. I was not so disappointed or angry. After paying 10 dollars more to clean the inside and outside of the car and double wax, I came one hour later, and the inside of the car was messed up.When I asked the owner, it was said that it was normal. LOL Wow, a place to make money really easy. Yajima without conscience!!And while I waited to make pay I watched the cleaning services of the other cars. When the owner is sitting in the drivers seat, it acts to clean the inside of the car. Maybe to get a tip, right? I will share the picture. You judge.

See included photo’s. Still have sand all in the cup holder area and seats.Floor mats washed but put back in the truck all wet.Doors not wiped down, still dirty from shoe marks.Exterior:They used tire shine spray, but didn’t wipe off the excess spray, so as soon as you drive-off, it flys all over the side panels.They popped the hood (no idea why) and didn’t re-latch it. No work was done in the engine compartment, so why pop the hood.. I didn’t notice until I was on the road driving away that my hood wasn’t locked-down. Had to stop and secure it.I highly DO NOT recommend this place.

Visited the gas station and car wash when we were borrowing a car from a friend and I needed to clean it up a bit after a few fun days on Oahu. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the car was spotless and clean after all was said and done. Much thanks!

Came here for the car wash. John Ohtani, our Audi salesperson, highly recommended Yajima Service Station for a car wash. We did the car wash, vacuum, tires, extra wax and the trunk vacuuming...in other words, we did the works. Fast and efficient. We will be back again. Toshi was terrific. Took extra time to make sure the Q3 looked awesome.

The staff was so courteous. I went in there for a safety check and was in and out in 20 minutes... they also do carwash, wax and vacuum. Im definitely coming back to avail of their services.

I went in for a safety inspection and was in and out in 15 minutes. I made sure to call ahead and check if they were busy first. The price was about the same as other places. I was very satisfied with their service.

Second time here for car wash so Im still figuring out how it works - enter on King St, someone will come up to your car, you tell them what kind of wash you want (check out what they offer beforehand so you know upon arrival). Theyll take your keys and you wait in the air-conditioned room. When your car is done, the cashier announces the make and car color - at that time, you pay cashier.At the time I paid my bill, the cashier let me know that for next time, safety check isnt available till 12:30pm. It was nice that they took me early and politely informed me so I know better next time.Also, if you want trunk vacuum and tires dressed, you gotta ask for those extras (its a couple bucks more for both). I didnt know that and I was wondering why everything but my trunk was vacuumed - then I looked back at one of the Yelp photos and noticed its an extra on their menu.When I left, all the guys wiping other cars down said thank you!!

Weve been coming here for years to wash our car... there are many other car washes in the area for cheaper but what keeps us coming back is their service. They really take care of your car like it was their own. They also have a great waiting area which is air conditioned with comfy chairs and complimentary beverages. Wait time can vary but its worth it.

This place would have earned 5⭐s from me however, they lost my registration. Before they completed my safety check I had to go to Ala Moana city hall to get another copy and the line there was ridiculously long. Then had to go bbba to finish the safety check. What should have taken 15-20 minutes turned into 2 hours. Grateful that they comped the check.

Fast, efficient. The staff are always polite and friendly. The lounge has water, coffee and everything is clean. The only place to go for all your needs.

Im glad I went yajima just sit down in chill AC and look at/read mags and drink green tea and they did a great job they even did my safety, check my tire pressure my oil and my water, rims and paint on my shiny red BMW convertible look brand new*, vacuum wax, armorall wash mats, what more could I ask for Im in heaven...lol

I come here to have my car cleaned. Although the car gets run through a wash machine, the touch-ups that they do before handing the car back to you are all done by hand. Its decently priced but it does get very crowded sometimes.

Called ahead of time and they said no reservarions were needed for safety check. I went in and the mechanics had poor communication because they were moving me around asking me to park in this stall and that then after the 4th service guy asked me why I was waiting he said it would be another 20-30 minutes. Poor communication and a total waste of time and energy. Would definitely not recomend.

Safety check was reasonable but if you want to pay $118 for an oil change on a Toyota Prius with a 1.8l motor this is your spot. Did you refine the oil yourself or something? At least they wiped down my seat lol.

This place is BOMB!! Hands down the best car wash on the island. $30 and they clean in and out of ur car w wax and even take out and scrub down ur mats (if u no more the carpet kine). Wont go anywhere else. Makes McKinley car wash look like garbage..which..nevermind lol

Id give them 5 stars if they would wipe down my truck better. You could still see the dirt around the fenders. Maybe its because I dont have a luxury vehicle. I just have a Tac. But still, I paid the same amount as those with BMWs, Lexus and Benz. Jus sayin....

Went in for a wash and vacuum, agreed with service worker on a 25.00 wash and vacuum for a suv, told him the vehicle was a rental and needed all the sand vacuumed up. this is no traditional car wash that i am use to seeing in the states, literally washing your car out of a car garage with a shop vac. Said my car was done and came out to notice the cargo area had not been vacuumed, was told by worker that was extra cost, told the worker we agreed on 25.00 for the complete car to be washed and vacuumed, worker shook his head and went to grab the shop vac, after reluctantly cleaning the cargo area the worker said i must pay 4.00 for trunk, of course when i refused to pay, the worker began cursing and tried to threaten me into paying, when that didnt work he told me to leave, when i got into my car he then stepped in front of my door and started to lecture me and threathen me some more, im calmly manner i told the worker my daughter is in the car and i need to be leaving. If it wasnt for my daughter being present im sure he would have tried something even more stupid. Buyers beware tried to upsell me for services which were agreed upon in the beginning

At both times, there were people who could speak Japanese at the cashier counter.When I checked with the staff who was near the refueling machine in Japanese, when paying with a Japanese credit card, I went to the cashier counter once, told the refueling machine number, and deposited the credit card.
