Update: I picked up my car this afternoon. This place never disappoints! You know what I like the best about them? When they repair/change a part, they save it and show it to me . Very reasonable costs, excellent service, knowledgeable and professional. The place is impeccably clean. Staff and technicians are dressed neatly and are very polite. Hands down - highly recommended. This is the best body shop I have ever gone to in any place in any state. Knowledgeable, professional, honest, and always striving to go beyond what is expected.One time they were repairing my car and noticed that my brakes were loose. They fixed them without charging me extra out of concern for my safety on the road.A few days ago, my car had another issue with a part. I forgot I had a warranty on the part, they reminded me about this and repaired the issue free of charge (including labor). I have never felt more as ease working with a business that I feel actually has my best interests at heart and is not actively trying to nickel and dime me (cough cough Mercedes Benz of Honolulu). Could not recommend this place more. If you have a Mercedes Benz, this is absolutely the only spot you want your car taken care of on the island.

Replaced my coil pack. Was fairly expensive for coil pack and diagnostics. But they got it done quick and properly.

After a couple good and bad experiences from Mercedes Benz Honolulu, i read good reviews from mB Euromotors and decided to try, the women that checks you on is very knowledgeable and friendly and sounds concerned about your problems.. From most services that would take a whole day to fix at Mercedes Benz Honolulu, MB Euromotors can be done in a couple of hours. Im actually here today to get something relooked at. Car befan to smoke after they fixed the routers and oil leak on my car. They took my car in right away and was very co concerned about finding and solvibg the lroblem. MISTAKES can happen at any job, its whats done that makes the differnce to me. Im very happy I wasnt brushed off in anyway. If I leave here without any smoke, I will be back again!! TY MB EM!

They used a pipe wrench and scratched up the fan belt pulley removing a water pump. They also mauled my radiatior which was new, and now it leaks.They left off a air pump belt throwing off my emissions control sysyem, causing my check engine light to go on. They quoted me 4 hours labor, changed it to 5 hours when I got there, and they saw it was towed. Dont go there. Youll be sorry.
