Brought my Subaru Crosstrek here for front bumper damage covered by insurance. Bit tight on parking but great quality work. Made sure that insurance covered rental and had the shuttle come when I dropped vehicle of. This is my second time coming here and have yet to be disappointed. Update: another outstanding job. Little things I noticed is that they made sure the air in tires where adjusted, the computer display reset to default, vacuuming the car and other little things that made it all worthwhile.

Over the last 20 yrs I have brought 4 vehicles to them with a very courteous, professional and very helpful from start to finish. The employees will try to work with your schedule and work well in conjunction with the insurance and rental agencies to make things work more fluidly.

C&H is an authorized partner with Geico. When my wife was rear ended and we needed our bumper replaced, we decided to go with C&H, and am so glad we did. Excellent customer service, timely communication, and excellent quality of work. Highly recommend.

Good customer service but Unsatisfactory repair, poor quality of work. Plenty of bubbles on the painted parts. They don’t even know how to install the plate holder the proper way, it’s upside down. I don’t recommend.

So glad C&H is on the list of preferred companies for the insurance company - had read many positive reviews and knew we wanted them to repair our car. They did not disappoint! Workmanship is excellent and the car was ready in less time than promised. Plus they give a limited lifetime warranty and washed and sanitized the vehicle too! Dawna and the entire staff are so pleasant and easy to work with -If we need auto body work in the future we will certainly use them again and will highly recommend C&H to family and friends!

We used C&H body for repairs on our car after an accident. Aaron and the guys were so helpful in arranging the order of parts, dealing with insurance, and scheduling the repair. They made sure my time wasn’t wasted and worked hard to help me with anything I needed. Very friendly and good guys! Will definitely use them again if I need to in the future.

Very friendly and accurate when my truck was going to be done. Overall my truck looked as good as new with no electrical problems due to what happened in the accident. Very pleased on Darrel and the staff that helped me.

Ask for Dawna and Lanny Higa personally to help you out with car repairs. Lanny gave me updates thru texts as my car was in their shop. Dawna made sure that my car got a minor detail as it was returned back to me even though I went in for a bumper replacement. They treated me and my car like family and gave me the best rates I could find on the island. Cant say enough nice things about my experience. Top recommendation from someone who is very particular about cars!

Good experience with these guys. I brought in my car for an estimate. The damages to my car occurred in Tennessee, and as a result the insurance process was messy. Lani, one of the reps there, was very helpful throughout the process, and made himself available to all questions and concerns. Ultimately the Tenessee based insurance did not accept the estimate, because they were uncomfortable with Hawaiis price markups, which is a whole nother story, but I left C&H feeling they had treated the process very fairly. I would use their services again in the future.

Dawna Higa and staff were wonderful to work with. They were thorough, excellent work and even helped me get new tires for my car. Took a huge amount of anxiety off me knowing I was in such capable hands. Im so pleased with the work they did, youd never know there was any body damage. Great communication. I highly recommend!

Who charges a $75 estimate fee? I have been to plenty of reputable businesses (not just in Hawaii) to get estimates of what it cost to fix a vehicle, and I have never been charged for an estimate! Not getting my business...EVER.

They repaired and painted my Lexus Great customer service, completely satisfied with outcome. Fixed more than originally on quote because trim was warn out and didnt charge me extra, and detailed my car. Im happy
