The guy was super polite. I got my IPhone & Mac fixed here very quickly. Both devices work perfectly now. My iPhone screen was cracked all over he fixed it very good & also gave me a screen protector for free. Definitely coming back.

Do not use this guy. Yes he was 10$ cheaper for screen replacement but had to leave and drive back a 2nd and sometimes 3rd time each time so he could get the screen. The screen failed 1 to 2 months later the 3 times I had it replaced there until I paid someone else to fix it, On separate occasion I thought microphone went bad, turns out I just had put tape over it. He stated he had to take it in the back this time to fix. He pulled the tape off and charged me 40 $. Do yourself a favor, do not use this guy, a con artist for sure

I took my sons I-pad mini to be repaired and they were GREAT! I actually brought my other sons IPad to have a new protector screen and they were honest, they could have just taken my money, but told me what I really needed to do to fix it right. I was on a very short time frame and needed to repair a friends device, on 11/23/18 I came to the store in need of a quick fix and was asked for a safety deposit of $30 when in the past this was never required . ( I work right down the street and have done business here before ) . I then returned later and was asked to pay the entire fee yet my device was never left to be serviced !!!! I was never given a receipt nor was I greeted the first time I entered nor the second time !

This place is absolutely terrible. I was scammed. Was told they could fix the screen for $30. Before taking the phone to be fixed, it was FULLY FUNCTIONAL. Even with the few cracks everything worked fine!!! The camera, texting, opening apps, and then when I went to pick it up after they fixed it, they said it was all fine. I quickly found out that it was no longer possible to type and it wasnt registering any finger presses. I went to complain and they said that to fix it, it would cost $145 because it was damaged. They are the ones that damaged the phone! They may have replaced the screen, but the damaged the phone internally. It is impossible that they can say that it was damaged inside previously when everything was perfectly fine. And if something did go wrong, it is something they should have said at the time of returning the phone, but they said everything worked. This place is a complete scam and should be sued! Go somewhere else to save time and money.

Pretty straightforward. I purchased the groupon after shopping around. They were the lowest priced so I went with them. I walked in and told him I had to replace the cracked screen on my Galaxy S5. He explained to me the risk that the LCD could be damaged and what not. He said its about a 90% success rate. I said go for it. He said they will call me when they are finished but it normally takes 3-4 hours. The only negative thing I have to say is: I ended up calling after 4.5 hours because I was impatient and he said it was ready. So I walked in and grabbed my phone. It looked brand new, so no complaints and left!

Service was pretty quick and Eddy at the shop did a very good job with my phone. Definitely will come by if I have an issue again!

DO NOT GO HERE !! Seems like I am not the first to have trouble with the cheap owner of this store. I went in THREE times because every time I got they iPhone back there was something wrong with it and they didnt have it ready by the time they had said. These people solely are here to get your money, if you want a new screen on youre phone and no other problems DO NOT GO THERE. My husband dropped off phone with Groupon and owner explained that my phone needed a bit more work than the Groupon allowed, but he didnt want it. Long story short, my phone wasnt working after the screen replacement. I brought it back and the guys were great! They explained to me what was needed and gave me a great price for the extra repair. Definitely worth the drive and still WAY less expensive than the other places I called.

Went in on for a group on to replace the glass screen and got the 30% chance of this not working and 5% chance it will work if you spend more money scam. LCD screen was fine and found someone else to repair it without BS up charges. Apparently without scams/up charges they cannot repair anything. They also want to scam group on with bypassing there system to avoid bad reviews there also.

I’ve never written a poor review for a business but this experience was awful; dropped off two iPads and an iPhone, I was told that it would take a day to have my devices repaired. Needless to say, after almost 2 months, they lost one of the iPads, then found it at another shop, only one iPad works (the screen repair they did, the screen is not even glued on), and the stole the SIM card! I asked them to replace the one they took and showed me that they put one in, they took it into the back to “scrape the glue off of the screen”, when I got home, they had taken out the SIM card they pretended to replace!!!!!!!!!

Horrible horrible service and a COMPLETE rip off. I gave them my iPhone 6 to fix and when I gave it only the screen was cracked. They called me and made-up another problem and charged me extra. I want to my phone quick so I agreed. Two days later my phone was acting up after I pick it up I didnt pay any mind to it than just that with but shortly after my phone just stopped working completely. I took it back to them and they said there was nothing they could do. I took it to another store and got it fixed and never had a problem after that. Smart phones R Us arent that smart! Dont waste your money!!!!!!!!

Go here if you wanna get overcharged. The same thing has happened with me and a few of my friends. We find them through groupon and then they always say the same thing. Refund the voucher, the LCD screen is broken and bam! another 50 dollars to the original bill. Honestly they do a decent job with the phone but any other place can fix it decently and not cheat you out of your money.

Staff is very informative. I went in with 2 problems i needed to resolve for my company. As a security agency we provide a company cell phone to certain properties so guards can perform their tours in addition to daily and incident reports. The gentleman which identified himself as the owner asked me certain questions, suggested a phone with NFC capability and that technology was going to help me. We tried it out and it was amazing. Turns out not all phones have this capability. I also bought the groupon for the glass repair on my iphone and their service was fast and the quality was great. Previous phone i had repaired somewhere else i kinda had to click the screen twice to open something. WIth their repair they said they used The best quality screens. Others buy the cheaper ones and in turn can offer a cheaper price to the consumer, but you get what you pay for. My screen was great. they delivered as they sold it to me and they followed through. Would definitely recommend these guys.

This store quoted the best price for my Iphone screen repair ($60) but after doing the work almost doubled the price giving bogus reasons the repair was complicated.They just want to get you in the door, then rip you off. Ended up being higher than the Apple store would have been! Do not trust this business.

Owner and one of the techs are nice but thats it. Saw them on groupon they said they would give me the same rate without buying the groupon. iPhone screen cracked they said fixing the screen may not fix led underneath. I said fine just fix screen. Before closing up my screen a different tech came out and asked if I I have been having problems with my battery. I told him never. He says my battery looks bad and I will probably need to replace soon. I ignored him. I left with my phone and immediately my battery started draining like crazy. Shady store, shady ppl. Cant prove it but they probably switched out my good battery with a bad one and the screen is not even on my phone properly. Now I have to spend even more money to get a new battery! Stay away!!

Honestly, the prices are unbeatable because if you go straight to your carrier its going to be wayyyy more. Even though you have to pay a little more if you LCD stops its still less than your deductible especially if your carrier is T-mobile . There are no hidden fees because at first they say no guarantees like stated on Groupon. Then they tell you we will try to fix it for $30 for the glass repair only. But if your LCD breaks then it will be a little more . These guys are honest hardworking men so dont try to cheat them please because they dont treat you that way . I came in a little apprehensive because of the poor reviews this place had. WELL.... The store manager really breaks it down to you as to what he provides and what he can guarantee. I bought a groupon where it states screen repair... It should sell as a scratch repair or a small crack. My phone was completely shattered with broken pieces everywhere. He explain to me that my LCD could be damage because of the extent my phone screen was damaged. I called groupon cancelled the order and went with the better pricing he offered and my phone is like brand new. He is an HONEST guy and the service was far more better than what I expected. Give this store a try and listen to the expert, thats why he opened his business. Do not expect that a shattered screen or broken fixes will work with a discounted groupon.
