Not a good place to get your phone screen fixed, I got my phone screen from fixed and my screen was acting up, it was freezing on me sometimes I couldn’t even text because keypad wouldn’t be working. So I went back to get it fixed again and the problem was even worse my screen be doing its own thing, like it scrolls down by its self and when I try to stop it, it doesnt work. Never again will I go here to get my phone screen fixed! They did a horrible job.

Local phone repair shop. Affordable prices along with extremely friendly service. Came in to fix my 6s which I ultimately ruined by replacing the screen with a 6 screen. After all the trouble of trying to fix it with 3 other screens, the brightness of the phone was damaged. The damage was done! Came back with my other phone & they got it fixed in no time. Actually, it was only 10mins. Not bad! They really did an awesome job. Please pay them a visit if you have anything wrong with your phone. They will fix it! Thanks again.

Worst customer service! Michelle told me she would have to order my screen because I have a Motorola, which was fine. A week later I call her to see what the status was and she says she has to call the provider. Two days later no call from her, so I call and she tells me that the provider will send out another one. So I wait another 4 days with no update from her. Finally I say what going on Ive been waiting for 2 wks. She says they dont have my color phone(blue) and if I want I can come get my deposit. I feel like she never ordered anything and just had me waiting around with a seriously cracked screen. She never took the time out to apologize or call me with any information. That is not how you run a business. Do better Michelle!!

I think it is amazing there because I got my phone repaired today for less than it should cost because I only had a certain amount of money I was saving up but when I got it, it was acting crazy. It keeps Turing off randomly and it wont charge or loose battery: i will take it for them to check tomorrow because they give you a 90 day warranty. But it was super fast service. It only took 25 minutes.

They fixed my iphone 6 screen in 20 minutes for ONLY 45, youve heard right ONLY $45 people. Yea it sound crazy but its true. Theyre super friendly and nice over. And if the time and the price wasnt good enough they put a FREE glass screen protector on for me. Theyre freaking awesome man no lie.

Very friendly, I bought a battery for my Samsung S6 and after seeing what was involved in replacing it decided to find professional help. The first several places I called would have nothing to do with a 3rd party battery, but iKracked replaced it using the one I previously bought and for a great price. The young woman working told me 45 minutes, the same or faster than everyone else, and she was done in less than 45 minutes.

Warning this a placed misdiagnosed my repair and still charged me for a battery that was not a problem. They have a no refund policy which is a license to rip you off with no penalty. Replaced my battery 3 times and I have same problem I came in with. Terrible customer service, lady ignored me and spoke on the phone while I waited to speak to her. She told me it was most likely a motherboard issue but still charged me for a battery that did not fix issue. By saying there was a no refund policy it they get away with terrible customer service. I would not advise any phone repairs at this place.

I was so excited to find a place with great reviews and a good price to fix my broken screen. I had the screen replaced beginning of December. Th screen cracked again and the phone GPS no longer works. The phone doesn’t function like it did before I took it into be fixed. I’m an Uber driver and cannot work now because of the phone GPS being broken. I’m not sure what happened but I’m very unhappy.

I cracked my phone and went here to get it fixed and MY PHONE WORKED BETTER CRACKED !!! I’ve been back 4 times due to it freezing my screen not being able to let me touch anything over heating ... and they tried to tell me I got water damage and a broken led and tried to recharge me .. HORRIBLE place DO NOT goo!! And I’m up again right now because my phone won’t work AGAIN !! -0000000 stars !!

I drove from west palm beach which is an hour drive because this place was recommended by a friend. I get there to fix my iPhone 7 Plus, had to wait two hours for my phone to get fixed. I purchased the glass screen protector al well. I paid $75 for be repair and screen protector.One day later my phone fell from the couch onto a thick fluffy carpet and the screen cracked completely the screen protector didn’t crack the screen did.I called to see if they can fix it since it’s only been a day and they want to charge me another $50.This is very upsetting giving the fact that I drove 1 hour to get it fixed and one day later my phone was cracked again. They are using after market cheap glass to fix the phone.I would not recommend this place again!

So, I shattered my ipad that I needed for work... I needed the repair done immediately, not only did it get done timely and perfectly - it was a great price and they hooked me up with a case! Thank you ikracked (Juan)! Hands down, THE BEST!!!

LONG STORY- HAPPY ENDING !!!I dropped my phone last night- and it was in the case but it fell HARD! it was black and I couldnt seemingly get it to restart or charge or anything. I went into ATT today - they told me there was no way that they or anyone at Apple would ever be able to help me get it back- to get in line for a new phone. I went home bc I didnt recall my apple ID etc so at my next step was to try to check icloud and I saw what was saved but there was still stuff on the phone that I had not saved bc i was intending to upgrade storage.... I called apple techs and they walked me through endless things and ultimately said not possible to find out whats wrong without going into the Genius Bar and even then the rep thought that most of my stuff would not be salvaged from the phone itself. I then went to a local story that no longer fixes phones but had once fixed sons cracked screen... not the son byt his phone ;).... he told me it was hopeless too based on what I showed and told him. Then i went to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANd he had said on the phone he would just try to diagnose and when I got there he did and 15 minutes later i had a new LCD screen! I was so happy I could cry!!!!! $45 and now its a working phone to back up better and get ready to buy a new phone to move all of the info to. SO grateful!
