This place was amazing and all the games were in good condition and the customer service was very nice.

The store itself isnt bad though it is small and feels quite cramped. There isnt a clear way directly to the register and though the staff isnt negative or unpleasant, the energy is lack luster.

The employees here arent as well trained as other locations Ive shopped at. A simple removal of an item from my pre order would result in me losing my PS5? Ive called this location numerous times and more than half the time Im forced to call other stores because they never answer their phone. I ended up calling corporate today to file a formal complaint.

Yall dont open at 12 pm the the door said what up with that. That a shame

Very professional staff

The guys at the register were really helpful and friendly with what we needed. We called ahead of time and they held a product for us. It was very nice of them to do so.

Great place for games but when you trade them in you 5 or more dollars for a game you paid 30,40,50 or 60 dollars for.

Very honest to their customers regarding whats a good price and not. Saw a guy go in and ask if a ps4 slim is good for the price they were selling. Probably would have bought. But the individual working said it wasnt, for the sake of being honest to the guy about the price. Even suggested that third party you could buy a ps4 pro for lower than 200. This kind of honesty towards a man just wanting to make his kids happy is what I loved seeing and look for.

I will never shop here again!! They sell used broken equipment and label it as refurbished. I bought a PS4 Refurbished bundle and they shipped it with a bad controller and a bad game disc that wont install. They wont take it back because of their 30 day policy has been exceeded by 2 days because it was a gift and wasnt opened after 2 weeks from purchase. Not really concerned about customer satisfaction at all. This isnt the first time either. About 2 years ago I bought a refurbished PS3 and had to bring that back too because it was broken. So now im stuck spending $$ on another controller and another game disc which brings me to a point where I could of just bought it brand new and saved money. Thanks Game Stop. I would of picked no stars if it was an option.

GameStop is a good store to buy video games and console units from. I got a great deal on an Xbox One X, I am very happy with their prices.

Extremely rude staff girl. Which is strange and unusual to see in a gamestop.

Its bad they dont even follow the signage they put up! Says no more than 6 people in the store at one time, but locked up.

In my experience staff here is always friendly and informative. Even if I have a question with some thing that I am not buying at that store, they offer their advice which is a big plus.

GameStop way over prices old used consoles selling them for 10 or 20 dollars less than the original price. 3.99 for a USED xbox one S ?? I bought mine new when it first came out for that price. GameStop is ridiculous overpriced and I see why theyre going out of business
