This store is a UPS Access Point store and due to the fact I consistently miss packages I am inside the store almost weekly...With that being said I would like to comment about my review from first hand knowledge of this establishment from a individual who is a career professional in the hospitality industry.This store is a local business and sole proprietorship, I am greeted everytime I come in with warmth and addressed promptly, if I have to wait it is due to other guests being helped. I have engaged both employees and owner enquiring about phones in which they have all been knowledge about the products giving both facts and then sharing their opinions which I find value in.Regardless of the past reviews I have had no issue with my past business experiences here and will continue to share my business with this establishment.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Authorized T-Mobile store. I purchased an accessory from this store thinking I could return the item if it didnt work since I have T-Mobile service. No where in the store did it state that the accessories werent refundable and on the receipt I was given no where did it state that there where no refunds.When I returned to the store to try to return the item the manager of the store didnt even care to fix the problem and made me trade in the item an I phone charger and come to find out it doesnt work either.Save your money and dont buy anything from this store. The employee who sold me the item didnt even stay in the store when I returned to the store because he knew he was wrong for what he did. Especially the pet where he didnt inform me that there where no refunds on accessories.Never will return to this store not even a payment.

I went to fix my phone and they fix it half way they gave me the phone with my cover so I can’t see the phone was not fix right side of the screen was coming out and white light from that side when the second time and they make me wait 2 hours for nothing didn’t not fix the phone I don’t recommend this to fix phones

My phone was shattered, the mobile phone co repaired my phone and made it look new again, great customer service and fast service
