As usual always have people with a bunch of problem never will be at ghis company plus most of the time they post the time to close you arrive 20 minutes before and they said o we vlose you can pay on line.

Hated the customer service. My mom took me there to get a new phone, and worst customer service ever. The lady was very rude. As she was doing the port over my mom was trying to talk to her, and she kept saying just a moment. When my mom asked how much everything was going to be she said $280 for the phones with the cases and taxes, and another $110 fir the monthly bill because we was added to my dads line which was due. My mom asked why it was $280 and she said because of taxes, so my mom asked how much was taxes and so said just a moment, but never told us. My mom gave her $410. Was there for two hours, and finally got ready to give us the receipt she said the total was $328. When my mom told her I gave you $410 she said oh yeah like she had forgot how much my mom gave her. She then counted the money, abd took another 29 minutes to give us the phones and change. And my mom phone is not working good.

Excellent service I got a free Stylo 6 with the biggest screen ever and big storage, also an incredible Internet service with Xfinity. Is unlimited and cheap with no contract. I recommend this store 100%

The best experience Ive ever had in an electronics store! Sherry went out of her way--spent over half an hour--dealing with my phone installation, problems, etc. and somehow, miraculously fixing everything! Also, Joe came over (on his own, just to be helpful) said excuse me, touched some buttons and VOILA...he transferred all my contacts to the new phone from the Broken old one! Oh dont get me started! Bottom line:BEST EVER PHONE STORE ON THE PLANET.

I have never seen a Boost store as nice as this. The staff is so great.I was told about all the deals they have and how to even save money on bill every month. Boost even has a referral system so I can get a credit on my bill every month. I came in to inquire about phones and plans and walked out with 4 phones for $100 for unlimited everything. Even the phones were FREE.And the service is very good. I was told that Boost uses Sprints network.Everyone should come to this store if they want a great deal and a profession experience.
