Sasha was amazing very knowledgeable, patient and a true professional. She resolved both my friends and and my problems with our phones. The manager is a bit rude and abrupt but overall a great store! This store is the only one I would come to as others I have visited in Miami when one of my friends needed service they are rude and not eager to help you.

I was acknowledged about 7mns after I entered. Granted the entire staff was attending to customers but a simple hello, well be right with you or hello would have been appreciated.The service was however great once I was acknowledged and attended too. The staff was knowledgeable, but mostly patient to answer all my inquiries/concerns. Came in for an inquiry and left with a product and am satisfied with the outcome.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff were friendly and efficient. Margarita especially was polite, professional and knowledgeable. There are two locations closer to me that I visited prior to coming to this store and I had poor experiences at both. Both of these locations were independently owned. Today I learned a valuable lesson..... stick to the corporate stores like this one when dealing with Metro. They dont employ cheap used car salesman tactics to slap extra charges and hidden fees on you.

I went to another Metro PCS dealer which had horrible customer service before coming to this Corporate store. As soon as I walked through the door I knew that I was going to have a positive experience. Unlike the dealer, I was promptly acknowledged by mobile expert Ashlie. Ashlie was very patient in listening to the problem I was having with my phone. She troubleshot it, confered with key holder Miguel about the problem. I have to give this location a ********* review and I would recommend anyone to come into this dealer and not waste time going elsewhere.

Its terrible to be given the wrong information about adding insurance to a brand new phone that you have purchased from the store saying that it can be done over my metro which is false or calling 611 which is false as well. Now Ive been trying to call the stores yet to either A. The lines not being active or B. Not being able to speak to any on an automated system. Please helps

Manuel, our customer service representative at Metro by T-Mobile, tried to transfer my 12 year old childs old phone contacts to CP-8851. This was not the new phone information. Cesar, the manager, assured me that none of the childs information wasnt transfered to this unknown entity (CP-8851). My childs old phone only showed information being moved to the new phone. Hopefully, Manuel made an honest mistake and didnt try to invade a minors privacy. Im not pleased.

Terrible service, during the most critical rise of coronavirus, the only solution they give to my father is to expose him. He is an older man of 74 years old. Never again I will back to this store, and no one should come neither. We called customer support and they told us that the store should have made possible a solution due the case. I brought his id, his broken phone and the new one. I offered to make a video conference so they can review the information directly from him and compare the info with the ID. But no one wanted to help. They demanded him to go there and expose himself. Even knowing that he is into the high risk population.

I went to this location it being corporate, and the fact that the times that I have gone to a Metro by T-Mobile authorized dealer, things only get done wrong. I was seen by a Customer Service Representative named Angelo. Angelo helped me with adding long distance to my service, and in other matters with another line that I also own. He was not only pleasant to deal with, but was knowledgeable as well. Fast service, got me out of there in minutes. Thank you Angelo for giving me great service and for being patient with me. My now place will be this location (North Young Circle) and Customer Service Representative to deal with will be Angelo.😊 By the way, I gave 4 stars because other agents in sight that could at least smile when you enter their establishment. Other than that, my service and location is a nice one.

My husband and I got very good service we switched from Sprint and we had so much problems with the company and the staff help us so much. They are really helpful honestly, even though it was almost closing time they seem patient and not rushing at all. I had kids and they where nice enough to bring them chairs. The only thing I did not like is the fact that we have to pay for parking. That’s just the location but they should have a free parking for customers.

I was surprised to find out that they dont transfer your data to a new phone. Charged me $22.00 to put my phone number in the new phone. I called Metro beforehand and they assured me that all my data and photos would be transferred. Frustrating!

He explained the services offered by MetroPCS, didnt just try to sell us phones like other carriers stores. You have two new customers because of Cameron, after 20 years with another carrier. Fast fun and friendly with the folks at this store. It is currently under construction so it gets packed with the little working space there is. They didnt set my phone up correctly. But it might be because my phone is unlocked and not a phone they are use to setting up.

I have worked in customer service in different capacities for salmost 10 years so I know when its good and when its not. Yesterday evening I visited this location. There were 5 agents in the store. Every chair was filled with someone waiting to be helped plus people were standing. One agent left to go home for the day.The line started to progress more quickly because some people walked out then agents began helping customers who were only there to make a payment. When I finally was helped my agent, Adam L. was superb! He helped me get my high account security password, explained the difference between the bill tiers, helped me get my Lookout Mobile Security back up, and even put a service ticket in to have a technician check my phone. He did all of this with great ease and courtesy. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and resolved.I spent an hour in that store but the sacrifice was worth it to have a knowledgeable and courteous agent. I would give this store 5 stars if not for the long wait time. They need more agents. The agent to customer ratio is non-proportional. Adam L. gets 5 stars from me but the store as a whole only gets 3!

Absolutely taken back and unpleasantly surprised. I have been a great customer for many years and have a grandfathered unlimited plan. I listen to the news briefly on my phone every day for years, today I called the same number and they blocked me and want to charge me a conference call charge for a non conference news line. Totally a violation of implied contract laws and ongoing past practice and changing my plan with out my consent/notification . I am better off going to a different phone service for what they want to charge me for something I use and have been using for many years with the same frequency . This is very disappointing and inconsiderate to be done this way . Sure they say you are grandfathered in and establish an implied contract by services rendered for a fixed agreed payment, but to try and change the rules in the middle of service is neither professional or shows good faith to long and loyal customers . Im going to file a complaint and I am also going to tell others that we need to consider a different provider that does not abruptly and arbitrarily change things in the middle of paying for their service. Today I wanted to switch to Metro PCS walked in with a small baby and explained what I need. The rep spent 30 minutes setting me up with free phone that I was looking for. But then the manager came up and said oh no this promotion is not for this store, it is for a different store, here this phone costs $100. I asked so why didnt you guys let me know in the start of my appointment? I just wasted all this time here with small baby, let me see the supervisor. I was told the supervisor is coming. 10 minutes passed and no one came I left in frustration. HORRIBLE service. DO not waste your time here. Customers are treated badly and representatives dont know which promotion or deal is applicable to this store. Extremely dissapointed.

Its the second time that I cry for help in this place and ... zero. It is the second time that the assistant manager in this place behaves like what he is, an animal with clothes. He is a liar, he does not apologize, he is Big shot of the barrio with clients, which makes you think of looking for another company even if you pay a little more. Just for fear of going to a new adventure in the young Circus of the Metro where you have to dress as a lion tamer to ask a few simple questions ... and he says he does not care if you complain to the head office that he has everything under control ... his name, I do not know, is bald, short, white, Hispanic (like me), liar. I used to buy all my phones here, because workers here used to be nice and polite, I wanted to buy a phone this time but they treat me as if they are giving away the phone and when I ask for something they respond with actitud ...It is funny, I was about to spend my money here but I did feel like if I was a homeless asking for a favor o charity ... definitly I will never come back

I have only worked with Karen every time i have gone and she has always been very attentive, understood exactly what i needed and took care of things quickly. From a change of plan, troubleshooting issues to new phone activations, she knew her stuff. I had shattered my mega phone screen and was nervous about losing all my photos of my almost 2 year old. She got my new phone connected and sd and sim card transferred in no time plus she recommended a great otter case for my mew phone. Karen is a true asset to MetroPCS. They need to clone her by having her train new employees.

I upgraded my phone and I opted for a glass protector which was installed by their associate ! As I arrived home the glass protector was coming off the screen! I went back to solve the problem and after waiting 1 hour they gave me the phone back saying they replaced the screen protector with a new one . As I arrive home I see the same problem . Icame back off. 40 $ thrown in the garbage! Garbage customer service!!!!

I had service with them for almost 2 years, bought a new phone 7 months ago that failed. So went to see them, their people saw it, talk to the store manager (Jorge) and came back saying that the phone was under guarantee and would be replaced by the manufacturer, but we had to wait 3 to 7 days. We waited and go to pick up the phone, and found out that, because of a scratch (border line), the guarantee was not valid. Jorge again talk to us and denied to have seen us before and approve the reposition. It seems to me that they are using us to get a new phone from the manufacturer for them, I feel stolen.

This is the best store on earth...when you walk in you are greeted by the customer service workers that are not behind the desk but waiting for you when you come thru the door...they helped me so much with my smart phone...I get everything on it now... music...facebook... emails... and they gave me a coupon for ear buds... A crew full of jokers no regards for people or there time. I waited in line for at least an hour watching the employees chat and laughing with a huge line. not one employee that day had any sense of urgency. I was only asking that if u have a line with 15 ppl and 5 employees show some type of regards for others waiting I watched 1-2 persons leave for every 1 who was served. this is not an exaggeration it was disgusting business period
