Ive been shopping at this store since High school 30 years ago. I love the people who work there. Just wish the management would step up their vegan foods game. Were in 2021 people. There are just as many vegans as meat eaters. Get with the program.

Employees are GREAT. Like at every Publix. But this is the only Publix I know of that constantly runs out of products. Example: Diet cola, lemon/lime soda, butter top bread

I would like to commend one of your Managers. I believe her name was Jessica or Jennifer, I hope I got the name correct. Yesterday morning when she saw the one single line suddenly getting longer she immediately took the initiative and directed customers to the serve area and personally check them out. Kudos to her and to Publix who trained her.

Staff are courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help you find what are looking for. Without fail at the cashier they alway ask, did you find everything you were looking for. The managers help when the lines are long. I have shopped here for 20 years.Keep up the good work!

Yesterdays trip to the store was wonderful. Employees greeted me and made sure that I had everything I need. The only thing that needs working how the deli needs to make sure that their time with the customer is valuable and their money is well spent there. Make sure that the hygiene techniques are better for the customers. This store has the best chicken tender sub in the area!

God forbid you should want to order a sandwich at 930 PM. I was getting off work and was tired and hungry. A bakery attendant by the name of shawn rolled his eyes at me as if I was inconveniencing him. I understand you arent happy and you dont want to be there but it isnt the customers fault. I told the manager and she didnt seem to even care except telling someone else to make my sandwich. The lady was nicer but in a i have to do it condescending kind of way. I hope publix looks into the deli department because tonight the customer service was very disappointing.

Neighborhood Publix. Well jept. Friendly staff. Not as big as other stores, but they have most of what I buy with the rxception of International Delight Zero Sugar HAZELNUT coffee creamer. They dont carry ground flax seed either.

Not my normal publix. However, every time I go there they always have what I need whereis my normal publix is frequently out of stock on sole things I purchase.

Great service but the skinny old lady with the big hair is creepy

Its nice and clean the staff are friendly and I got help from a young lady over by the frozen food department as I guess she could see I couldnt find what I was looking for and asked if I needed help with something. Its a shame I didnt get her name which I would normally do. She was very polite and helpful thank you young lady whoever you were. My cashier was Cleo and she was also friendly I do think the prices are a little high but its publix so yeah! Overall great experience and yes I would recommend the store.

This Publix has the most courteous and helpful staff of any Publix I’ve ever shopped.

A lovely publix in a fairly busy plaza. Front desk is in a kind of awkward area but they manage just fine. Staff is super polite and the store is very clean. Everyone abiding by virus recommendations and every cart is cleaned after use. Of course the food sold here is fresh and quality. Try the fried chicken. Some of the best out there!

The Publix on Taff St in Hollywood Fl is a lovely store, clean, courteous fast check out. The only con is that a little bit pricey but other than I sure continue shopping here.

Fine as far as any public goes - the deli should implement the system where you just place an order shop around then come back. The staff takes one order at a time and it’s terribly slow. Otherwise no complaints.

Stopped by here on my way home from work for the first time and was so impressed with the excellent customer service. Young man who was perhaps the manager or assistant manager was walking around checking on everyone to see if anyone needed help. I did ask for help finding a product and not only did he lead me to it right away, but went above and beyond to help me carry my basket and walked me all the way back up to the register to check out. This man deserves a raise or promotion or pizza party I dunno all of the above he was really very kind and helpful. A gentleman stocking in the isle greeted me as well and the cashier was also very nice and friendly as was the bagger. Excellent customer service experience at this location which is very important to me and I appreciate very much. Keep up the great work

People seating on the cooler in front of the subs center which is nasty and employees should say something to customers and service customers better

I always enjoy my shopping experience at my local publix store. The most friendly atmosphere most of the employees greet you and they ask if you need help. Good experience everytime. Cashiers are always asking about your thoughts. Very nice.

For the many years I’ve been coming, my experiences at the bakery are always delightful. Isabel always ensures that every cake looks perfect! When I place an order online, I always call to make sure she’s the one who’s doing the order :) She’s a great asset to the bakery department, as she puts care into everything she does! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ISABEL, so make sure you ask for her!!!!

Bag your own groceries or watch them while theyre doing it. The person put a six pack of eggs in a bag with goldfish and chocolate chips. And just threw it in the cart with all the other stuff, I wasnt paying attention I got home and three of the six eggs are broken. Not my first bad experience with the package help at Publix. Ive had squished loaves of bread, when I start packing my own stuff they always want to come and take over and I wish I could tell him no. Publix needs to train their package help better.

Well, I used to think Publix was the very best supermarkets on the planet. Today I ordered wine a steak and some of their awesome fried chicken. The driver said Im sorry the fried chicken is coming I will bring you a fresh batch just as soon as it is done. 35 min later the chicken order was cancelled by them. Apparently, Publix has run out of chicken and cannot accommodate its customers. Im still hungry waiting for this fried chicken. I cannot believe this from Publix

Pharmacy tech was kind and patient.

Publix Grocery is usually more expensive than other stores, but today I scored a deal on Rasberries, and Blackberries for.99 cents per container.Aldis has Blueberries for $1.99 per container.When I was a kid, we used to pick wild berries for free in the area of my grandparents house up in the mountains.We would get a bucket, and my grandmother would make Blueberry panckes.I bought three containers of each berry, so Ill use some for a Smoothie tomorrow, and freeze the rest for Smoothies down the road.

The buy 1 get 1 free sale at Publix is always on time. Got my pineapple chunks and R. W. Knudsen organic juice.

We shop at this location on a weekly basis and let me tell you what a positive experience, especially when I pick up my medicine, there is one pharmacist by the name of Bob, he is so helpful and extremely polite. Kudos for you guys!!!!

My experience with Publix where shopping is a pleasure I always travel to the Publix on Taft Street the manager in the meat department she is very helpful if I need some meat and its not there she always make sure she order it and tell me when its going to be there I think that is wonderful shows me how much you value the customers and that is one of the most awesome thing also the cashiers are always helpful as well they always ask if you found everything you were looking for and I think thats wonderful I will always shop at Publix because of the kindness and there is never a long line if they are they have all the lines open and that is awesome due to the pandemic that is going on they also have line where you have to spend six feet apart and glad Shields up to protect themselves as well as us thank you Publix
