Publix It is VERY expensive!!! For example one SMALL bunch cilantro $1.39 on 10/9/21 and at Key Foods a couple miles away for $1.00 TWO large bunches !!

This Public seems to be fully staffed. I went to use the Western Union at the customer service counter and noticed that most of the cashiers were at their places. Did Not see long lines and employees seemed friendly.

Shopping at Publix is truly a pleasure. The staff is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They always say hi and ask if we need anything. One young man who packed and put our groceries in the car was amazing. Matthew (age 17) is an incredible young man. He just wants to make Publix customers happy. And he certainly did this and more!

Easy access in and out quickly for small items

Haven’t been here in years. Stopped by for subs because it was on my way. The lines were very long but the service was great! I missed her name but we made the wait entertaining. Sorry no photos.

Sometimes they have great food items in the hot case that makes it worth the trip to go for lunch. A little expensive however you can make it into two meals and make it fit your budget.

The deli section here is an absolute disaster. The shelves are never stocked and do not even bother doing an online order. The online orders are NEVER ready.

Came to this Publix like I do three times a week to spend hundreds of dollars purchase some juices that were very expensive that were expired. When I went to return them I was told by the 80-year-old lady behind the counter that they are not allowed to except stuff that is expired. However isn’t that the whole reason why you shop at Publix and spend more money, so you don’t buy stuff that is sitting on the shelf with an expired date. Publix has gone wayyyyyyy down hill, there fruits and vegetables are absolutely horrible . If they think that good customer service is saying hi to everyone that walks in the store they need to check what good customer service really means. Publix is just like any other grocery store these days.

Easily the worst Publix around. Place is ruined down with a depressing vibe. They never honor the pick up time in their deli department. Deli department easily the worst thing about this Publix. Just all around trash.

Went here because I was already in the area I ordered from the deli and they told me the toaster was broken 😠 and still chargede full price for a warm sub. Super busy when I went in store was clean but the deli area was not well stocked. And its still early in the day

Bakery is great, deli is the worst. Tina is rude and would rather customers stand here waiting for 1 girls over 30 minutes while she does online orders. Very rude and unhelpful! I understand being short staffed but the online people werent rolling in while wait times are long. Tina gave a wrong order for 1 of her online people you know out of 4 orders in over 30 minutes and 1 is wrong and argues with the lady picking it up then blamed the machine

Place is clean and well provisioned and I hardly ever have to wait in line. The store Managers do a good job of keeping the flow fast and moving. The employees are pleasant and pack your bags.Prices are a bit more than Walmart but I will gladly pay a few cents more to not waste my time in a cashier line with a bunch of people that dont want to be there and therefore dont want you to be there.

Location is clean and well stocked.I had a great experience at the register. The cashier, Elizabeth L., and the tall young man baggingfor her were polite, quick, sanitary and efficient. All my food was ready to eat except for the lamb. Most of the time, put the lamb in with something else to save a bag, and I have to pull ot out. The veg was in one, the produce in another, and the meat by itself. They got me out fast. These two should be trainers. This is one of the best experiences I have had at Publix.

The worst deli dept of any Publix Ive ever been to. Stay away. Workers are rude, workers ignore you. They have no management and if they do, they absolutely do not know what they are doing. I live around the corner but from now on I will go to the Publix by Arts Park.

Hate it, bakery only does Jamaican food, cant buy cuban meat pastry, Hadley never have ham croquettes. Started to go to the one on Sheridan, food is delicious, their fried chicken is delicious, I never get the runs after eating there unlike the Hollywood one. Tuk

This Publix has some of the nicest staff! William is such a nice dude & the other staff are very helpful & kind! Before Covid, there also used to be a cashier who treated me with so much kindness and when I would leave he would shake my hand. What a gentleman - this Publix is blessed beyond measure.

Horrible! Horrible! service at the Deli. Waited 45 mins out of my lunch time for a sub. Deli employees have no respect for peoples time. Elderly lady in front me in the line waited until she started to sweat, yet when it was her turn to be served, the server stopped to do an online order. I called on the Manager and he was no help, didnt even check on what was happening no care, no concern, no organization whatsoever. Do better Publix Hollywood!

Im a publix lover, but this location needs to review employees. Gio at seafood, miserable. Got a horrible attitude when asked to steam shrimp, then proceeded to tell me how he will microwave it for me since I insisted... The food came super overcooked and spicy, hard for me to not think that was a vindictive action.

If you live in the greater Hollywood, Florida area, then you are probably going to want to do most of your grocery shopping 🛍️ at a Publix as opposed to a Winn-Dixie.No offense to fans of Winn-Dixie. Im sure its a good store. But Publix has more of the items my Mom and I need on a weekly basis. Plus, the staff working at this particular center are generally more friendly. This makes Publix the winning shop for her and I.

Super Clean Store!!!! Very well stocked and staff is excellent.

I find it easier to use instacart. Saves time, the only problem is occasionally the instacart driver steal some of your food but otherwise if you dont order a ton that you cant keep track of its the best way to go. You can get things done with someone else does your shopping kudos to instacart rating of four to the instacart delivery people theres always something or several things missing if you order a lot so remember dont order a lot!

Publix always has a broad selection, at prices that are only a bit higher than Walmart. The wide aisles and attentive help make this are favorite place to shop.

Nice clean Publix sometimes the parking is a little more crowded than I would like. But theres nothing that can be done about that the store itself has most of what youre looking for and has plenty of merchandise especially considering the size as it is a smaller Publix. The only really negative thing I can say about this Publix is that the deli is a little slow but the staff is very courteous so if youre not in a rush its not a big deal. I will have to say that the staff on the cash registers are absolutely a delight

Customer Service was quite busy that day and the lady behind the counter was very apologetic. She was operating customer service by herself. The customer ahead of us has a bunch of lottery tickets. About 10 minutes later or more, help arrived. Both ladies were very polite and never stopped smiling. What a team. Go Publix!!

Store is clean but they keep moving eveything.Quality of meat is poor. Like its not aged meat.. no taste. Hamburger meat is terrible no matter what you buy. Lettuce is bitter and iceberg is rusty. . Prices keep going up and quality going down. Sheridan store better stocked also.

This place brings memories of shopping in the Soviet Union. They are usually out of any number of things, especially when youre going especially for them.The croissants in the bakery are like some mutation; REAL Parisian croissants are nothing like this. The rest of the baked goods are passable -just.The market itself is always crowded, with long lines at the check out. Now theyve done away with some express lines with self checkout ones. The new lines are picky and fussy to operate, and you need to pay close attention to the onscreen prompts. This makes the older folks avoid them, causing even longer, Soviet-style lines at the other checkouts.Finally, inexplicably, Publix has decided to contribute money to the DeSantis reelection campaign. Any company that contributes to people who are against science, reason, improved worker conditions, public schooling, and manipulate facts for their convenience should be avoided.

The people who are in charge of the Deli area are mainly absurdly rude, it is as if they do not want to serve customers, they are angry that they are asked for an order that should be in the area assigned to pick up a long time ago although they already have it prepared, they leave it inside, it never is in the designed area for to pick-up, I cant understand the online order if I have to wait for that more time as I arrive there, and they take time to deliver it, although, as I said, they already have it and you must wait until they want to attend you.
