I came here once and ended up loving it. The staff is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. The cigar selection is top notch and you can pretty much just walk in and pick whatever and itll most likely be great. Im now turning into a regular here.

I ordered a cigar that was in stock on the website, after placing the order Cuenca Cigars contacted me because the cigar I ordered wasnt actually in stock, it was an error due to inventory counting. They offered me an equal cigar or the option to wait until they had the cigar I ordered. I opted for the alternate and I was happy that they gave me the option. I understand mistakes can happen. It is nice when there is an effort made to make it right for the customer. Thank you Cuenca cigars.

Unfortunately, I will no longer be ordering from Cuenca. While the prices are good, the customer service is questionable. First bad experience, I ordered a 10 yr anniversary EP Carrillo set and after the order went through I was contacted and notified that the humidor had been opened and one stick sold, but they would give me 3 additional Encores to make up for it. Before I could reply I had already received tracking info and the product was en route. Seeing as the set is commemorative I wasnt happy having it incomplete and ending up sending everything back. Second experience, I placed another order for a few hundred $$, received confirmation and after about 4 weeks of not receiving tracking info or a package, I called them and the girl said they didnt have my order in stock, but it should be in the following week. Well, week after week went by and I would contact them every 2 or 3 weeks about my order and they kept telling me next week. I was even promised a nice gift for my patience. More than 4 months went by until I received my order. But no nice gift to be found. I emailed Ana (2 months ago) to let her know I received my order and asked if she had sent anything else out with it (I definitely didnt expect anything for free, but I also expect companies to keep their word to customers). She apologized and said she will send something right out. Of course nothing ever showed up.

There is no better place to buy cigars ! Great selection and prices, Website easy to navigate. More important, the personalized service. Ana makes you feel like you are part of the family, not just another customer.

I have been doing a lot of mail order purchases from Cuenca after the holidays in 2020, taking advantage of their sales. Ana and her staff make it very easy to shop for cigars not available here in the northeast; they offer east-to-achieve free shipping, PayPal, and personal communication directly with Ana, who is very responsive via text or phone. I feel like I have a sister in the cigar business!

I placed my first order with Cuenca cigars a few weeks ago and there was a delay in receiving the order due to a miscommunication with the supplier. An amazing experience. The company kept us up do date on everything that was happening with our shipment,all tracking numbers were probably Cuenca cigars before I even had a notification from ups. They packaged the item with care, and within a business day had it out for delivery. I am in Maryland and was able to receive my order within a weeks time. I recieved my order. The cigars were the wrong size. No big deal. A return shipping label was sent. I returned the cigars and thought they were going to send me what I originally ordered. Apparently they just sent me a refund. I really wanted my cigars and was never told they were out of stock nor did I request a refund. Emailed a few times with no response. Not happy at all...

Horrible service! They will let you order online, but then randomly cancel your order without explanation, but not others who ordered the same items AFTER you. I placed an order for 1 box of 3 different boxes they said they had multiples of each; THEN my friend a few hrs later placed a similar order (2 of the 3 same boxes). Fast fwd a few more hrs and my order is cancelled while he gets tracking.This isnt the first time ive had issues with them either! They have horrible customer service and they dont honor their own discounts on the site for random people AND away from that they price gouge compared to other online providers! My suggestion is you look for other providers in the area (which there are many of!) or you go with a reputable non scam site like cigarpages or cigars.com. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE!!!!

Ana at Cuenca Cigars is always there to assist with your orders and updates. The website could use some tinkering, current inventory and list products within a customers profile for browsing history. Some out of stocks were noted and updated! Pleasant experience despite the lack of follow ups for out of stocks!

Cuenca Cigars is one of the best cigars stores in the county. The owners, Ana and Miguel do a fantastic job running this store and treating providing excellent customer service. First of all the 40 experimental is a very good smoke eith great flavor. However, I ordered a box of 20 ring size 6 /60 but I got a box of 20 size 5/745 While I like the smoke I bought half as a gift for a friend who will not touch anything smaller then a 6/60

It has been hard to find places online that sell single cigars and not only does Cuenca sell singles they have a very good selection of sticks.I made my first order and 2 of the cigars I ordered ending up not being in stock. One of the owners, Ana, contacted me directly to let me know and offer me some other options. I ended up having to go out of town due to a death in the family before my cigars arrived so my wife took care of then and put them in my humidor. When I got back home not only did I get the substitute cigars, I had another one of one of the other cigars I purchased but a bonus cigar as well. The customer service I received was great. They really do want to take care of you and keep you happy and coming back. For sure I will be family for life.The extra cigar I received ended up being a Romeo San Andres and it is definitely in my top favorites right now. Great selection of cigars, friendly service, just a great atmosphere with people who have been coming there for years and love the place. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and before you know it, you dont want to go home. You can grab a stick, have some wine or coffee and relax outside under stars or join a game of dominoes. There is always the challenge of Young Circle parking ( if you dont parallel well its time to learn) but there are lots and I believe a garage available nearby. Parking is inexpensive if you park on the street. Just come down! Its awesome!

The gentleman asked a few questions and made a few suggestions, we ended up purchasing a few of the house brand sticks. Really loved the cigars, I wish I purchased back few more before leaving Hollywood. Definitely Ill stop next time Im in the area.

Cuenca had one of my new favorite cigars, Island Jim, which can be hard to find. Not only did they have it they had a great price on them! Visit the store twice while on our annual golf trip from Canada. Picked up a box of assorted cigars to smoke after dinner and another box to smoke while golfing. Staff were very helpful in assisting with the selection. Prices were reasonable and the ambiance of the place was homey. Would highly recommmend a visit on you trip to the Hollywood Beach area.

As far as cigar shops go it does not get any better than Cuenca Cigars in Downtown Hollywood, I have been visiting Miguel & Ana Cuenca (Owners) since the day they opened 10 years ago... they treat you in a way that makes you feel at home, there staff are great and the atmosphere is what you expect and want from a cigar bar. If you like cigars and your in Broward county then Cuencas is a must experience.
