I’ve worked at this location for more than a year. I used to do cart sanitation often, and I had a blast cleaning carts for customers and handing them out. When they started cart sanitation they provided the employees with a blue, used rubber glove that was never washed. They forced us to wear this glove but I often refused due to the disgusting condition. If you’ve shopped here within the past year, you probably have seen how dirty this glove is. If you wanted regular latex gloves, you’d have to search all of the departments until you get lucky. Even though it would’ve been easier to wear that glove, I tried to find clean gloves for the good of the customers. If there weren’t any available, I would have to manually sanitize the glove. Don’t even get me started on the betco cleaning solution bucket. They would NEVER clean it at the end of the day. When I got in to work to start my 7-4 cart wiping shift, I would have to clean the bucket of the old, brown solution that was left OUT overnight, along with the old towels used to sanitize carts. After an 8 hour shift being exposed to chemicals without proper equipment I became sick and it triggered my acid reflux horribly. I would throw up every other day coming home from work because of the rank smell getting into my system. I don’t know who specifically manages this place now, but if anyone from Publix corporate wants information, I’m referring to the managers in position around October 2020-June 2021. No regulation when it comes to providing cashiers with sufficient change to tender.

This review is for the catering and bakery departments. They did a phenomenal job interpreting my requests (which were all done remotely, online and over the phone) to help create a beautiful birthday for my twin girls. Publix cakes are always the best, but the extra charge for the old-fashioned piping was absolutely worth it! We chose food options off of their online party platters/etc and everything was delicious, fresh and more in quantity than I expected. Lots of leftovers! I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend this location for catering/bakery needs.

This Publix is one of the best places to shop. They have everything you could possibly need. The location is great, so close to my house and easy to get to. The parking lot is well lit and it is very safe there. I love their meat department, they always have so much variety and the prices are reasonable. They also have a great selection for produce and it is all fresh. I also love shopping at their bakery and deli! It is so hard to choose just one thing because they have such a great variety of options. Their customer service is always amazing, everyone that works there is always smiling and asking if they can help me find what I need.

Being a Publix aficionado, I have been to many stores across the southeast United States, but this one is unique in both the layout and design. It has a very cavernous, industrial feel to it. It is also just very large, with luxurious aisles and selection of items for sale. The staff are always eager to help, the store is always clean and well stocked and it is conveniently located, can’t ask for much more than that 😊👍

Jarvis and I went here after dinner her wanted to get me some balloons. When we were leaving the store one of the balloons came off the weight and floated to the ceiling. I was disappointed but Jarvis went to the manger and told her what happen and she got me a new 🎈 she was very understanding and helpful.

My dad likes this particular Publix its a little further from his house and I usually take him to the one on Park Rd however theres no comparison between the two the smaller one of the park is great for get in get out this one you could spend hours strolling up and down the aisles their wide clean and everyone is friendly (thought every Publix their friendly) for instance, Jennifer at the checkout. Shes amazing. Fast, efficient always has a smile. Worth the extra time to take my dad here.

This publix is located in Sheridan plaza and there is tons of parking. Huge selections to choose from well stocked even flowers and plants like orchids and bamboo plentiful. Bakery is amazing deli was delicious.Covid precautions with masking and sanitizing stations for hands and carts.Check out easy

Clean and friendly service. Well supplied with a large variety of products and services.

You guys need to mop your floors more and get some new automatic sliding doors for the front entrance theyre a little slow I had to wait a second or two and please vacuum your carpets more and sanitize your bathrooms and please have your workers wear mask some of your workers are not following the rules

Never too crowded. One of the big stores with better selection than some other smaller locations. Plenty of parking spaces.

Had a wonderful experience today.I went in to for my usual pick up and noticed it was low. I spoke with a gentleman named Louise G. in the dairy department. He searched the recieving department and let me know it just came off the truck and that it would be a few min but that he would make sure I got it. I continued my shopping and he found me just a few moments later with product in hand. Thank you Louise for your help. You made our week.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My fave place to shop for fresh groceries, meat, seafood, and flowers. Donna from the flowers department is the greatest. Every year she assists me with the arrangements for my mom. I’ve never gone to this location and have gotten an attitude from anyone. Isles are wide, the store is bright, and extremely clean. Keep up the awesome work from staff to management. They all deserve a big raise. I’m on my way there now for the BOGO on Eternal Alkaline Water.

The best Publix, I worked around the corner. Each employee greets me each time . The lady at the sushi bar personally made my sushi each day . Lines are in and out. I got a new job and definitely miss this Publix and the customer service!

I use this publix for the pharmacy and Adam is such a huge help for me. Carolina in Biscayne Commone and Craig in Davie and Phil in Coral Springs every pharmacist I deal with goes out of their way to help me,Ankur no longer with Publix I truly miss and Tracy and Uri were the first 2 I connected with and every one I will highly recomend!!

This is one of the nicest Publix stores in the area. I had to stop in a get some wine for a friend and knew this Publix would have it since they have a large selection of wines. While I was in the store, I decided to get a sub. Bev made me a delicious Italian sub that couldnt have been better. The employees in this store seem to all love their jobs. As I checked out, Brita took care of me and again was very friendly. I believe the manager, Loren Harper, is doing a great job and it shows by how the employees serve the customers. Publixs slogan is Where shopping is a pleasure and I believe this store is holding true to that statement.

Probably one of the better Publix around. Prices are a little high, but have the best off brands you can find. Most employees are great and helpful. There are some definite curmudgeons working there, but few, and far between. And honestly other than any minor things you think may bother you about this place, the only thing that really needs to be said is: Pub Subs. 5* :)

Isles are a bit wider then most stores, so that gives you space to do your shopping . Carts are cleaned due to COVID-19.All employees wear masks and are always eager to help.

OMG that is the biggest Publix I have ever been in!!! They had everything and more! They make the Publix I regularly go look like a Mom and Pop corner store. If it were not so far from me this is where I would shop normally. It was crazy busy but wait times were not bad. Even when I went to grab the deli item they let me know some fresh items would be up momentarily. It was worth the wait. Thank you for such great service and an amazing experience.

The people who are in charge of the Deli area are mainly absurdly rude, it is as if they do not want to serve customers, they are angry that they are asked for an order that should be in the area assigned to pick up a long time ago although they already have it prepared, they leave it inside, and they take time to deliver it, although, as I said, they already have it and you must wait until they want to attend you.

If you want fresh fish dont shop at this location. Purchased spoiled fish from this store on 4/15/21. I took it back to the store and was given a refund. Never again.

Great Publix and use to have great sushi until recently new sushi chefs making cheap horrible sushi and when you ask them to make what they are making anyways they always say no and that they are out of the ingredients! This Publix needs to get others sushi chefs if they want to keep up the good reviews! Love the Publix store!

I was babysitting my boyfriends son & we went to Publix specifically to get the pre-made Nestle double chocolate or chocolate cookies to bake. They were all out of them and thats when WOODY stepped in from re-stocking next to us and offered his assistance! Not only did he make sure he asked me what we were looking for specifically, but he went back and came back with 2 alternatives that were met with approval from a very picky 8-year-old!I cant tell you enough how much I appreciate this level of care, its not just customer service. Anyone can do that, but it takes heart to care enough to stop what youre doing to make a little boys day! He didnt know it at the time, but he really did make a little boy happy and thats why Publix is a family place. If this at all gets to the right people, please make sure Woody knows how much he was appreciated! He should definitely be in some kind of trainer or management position if he isnt already!Thank you so much for being a North Star tonight.

Quick in and out. Plenty of shopping carts and ample parking. Plenty Cashiers and short lines. This was on a Monday @ 5pm.

Giving Publix 4 stars even though I love this place because almost no one was following the social distancing requirements. There either needs to be more signage or more enforcement. It greatly stressed me out because there were a lot of people there when I was there. I wont be returning again anytime soon because didn’t feel safe. Otherwise, great, friendly staff as always.
