Convenient. My only issue is the price matching potion. They claimed that they price match, but they always have an excuse why they can’t price match when tour their. They excuse they give is that they price match, but only when the managers available. If you go in the evening or on the weekends there’s no manager. Therefore, price matching never happens for me. I never have this problem with total wine, ABC or any other credible liquor store that claims to price match.

All associates were friendly. Got directed to German rieslings for German couples wedding celebration. Got some Irish Creme and Tequila for Margaritas. Got 5% off. Even got empty boxes for a project. Spoke with 4 associates. All helpful.

While Crown’s prices may be slightly higher than other similar stores, you can’t put a price on great customer service. When you patronize a store year after year and see the same staff each time you walk in, you know a store must be doing something right.Crown has a huge assortment of wines (for everyone’s budget), liquors, “regular” beers and a large selection of crafts and IPAs. The staff is always happy to help you find what you’re looking for even if you go out exactly what that is.Not only do they have beverages, they also have specialty cheeses, fish dips, spreads, crackers, chocolates, etc. It’s a perfect place to buy a gift when you don’t have time to travel to numerous places.There are very few places left in this area that are locally owned, where staff knows who you are and knows what you like. I know when I ask for suggestions for new items to try, I will usually end up loving them.My only complaint is their rewards system. It takes a lot of purchases to get a couple of bucks back. It is the nicest they offered percentage discounts or other ways to enhance their reward program.

Nice selection but I went from 5 stars to 2 because this is my second time buying there and prices are different at the register than whats marked. I dont mind paying but I feel cheated when price advertised is not what rings up. Check your reciepts! Even when confronted cashier about the price difference they didnt honor prince marked. As is their prices are higher than all liquor stores but didnt mind it for the convenience of it being close to home but now Ill probably go to the Publix liquor store out of principle.

Horrible experience at this liquor store. I’m an out of towner. The clerk took 10 minutes to just to check my ID. Then because someone else wanted to purchase drinks that I wanted he refused to sell me the drinks. Such a embarrassing situation. Never in my life have I ever experienced something like this. If your a person of color do not step foot in this place. Horrible service!!!!!!

I got just what I wanted.

I dont usually leave reviews but i have to for them. I am a real estate agent and i have gotten a few of their gift baskets as a gift for my buyers when we close. They have an amazing selection INCLUDING chocolates, cigar section, even cards. There is a lady who does these gift baskets and she can put anything you want together and makes it look great! They are also very friendly and helpful, even most other customers in there are friendly and social which is rare down here.

A knowledgeable and friendly staff makes this spirit store stand out against the competition. Great selection of wines and spirits along with a good variety of beers. Havent tried any of their cheeses yet but their desserts would make you the hit of any party.

I went to the wine tasting. And bought several items one was wine it was supposed to be discounted 15% at check out. It wasnt. I went back to get a credit issued and they agreed they owe me the money, but the staff doesnt have a way to issue the credit. Told me to come back when management was there. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Apparently Crown has enough business they can afford to lose some over a lack of willingness to make the simple process of refunding a customers money that everyone else has been able to figure out.A simple human error that should be a simple fix has become a thing. Dont give them a chance to over charge you and then not be able to make it right
