Liquor store clerk isnt the caliber needed. Too casual in his conversations with customers. Especially about price. Otherwise he was extremely helpful and knew instantly what I asked. His personal choices and experience are not my business. RANT OVER

This is the only Publix Ive been in that ever showed me appreciation for being there. Christine the cashier is customer service with human attached. Jeff a manager went and rewarded her for her excellence. Thats what makes it great. They did not wait til I was gone they did it then. This is what makes me glad I moved to south florida. You dont get a lot of great customer service, but when you do you got to tell everyone. Thanks to my readers and followers. I enjoy my work at bringing you the truth about where your money might be best spent. Be safe wear your mask until everyone else gets the message. Location oakwood Hollywood. plaza..(1700,)east( sheridan..The top super manager is the best.will give helping hand..we have a saying ..in order to be a good leader .be a good follower.when something wet and spilled..he does it automatically cleans.hes to customer such good listener as well..keeps the smile of a real.rocker.see it for yourself.

My publix, always busy, but clean and good variety. Publix is not the cheap place, but I prefer it over all other grocery experiences.

Clean store. Helpful staff. Since it’s near a vacation area they had many items in small sizes like Mayo, mustard, olive oil etc. Produce has all been delicious. This store is very close to Hollywood Beach. Also has a good beach wear and supply section due to its proximity to the beach. I bough goggles and sunscreen.

Store was in excellent condition with items stocked on shelves properly. Aisles were clear and uncluttered even when being stocked. Sticking was being done neatly and tidily leaving unobstructed pathway for me to shop. Cashier was very friendly and helpful when I questioned the pricing on an item. Bagger was courteous and offered to take bags to the car. I would recommend this location as a regular grocery shopping store.

Absolutely no one in the whole entire earth is slower than the workers at the Publix sub stations!!!! And all locations are pretty much consistent with that!

A really Nice store with an amazing staff friendly & helpful . We went to get a cake for my grandson and the young woman behind the counter was most helpful friendly and knowledgeable. It made the experience so much better having someone who knows their products inside and out. I live in another neighborhood where my Publix is pretty good but not like this one . Thank you miss for you help and it was a pleasure chatting.

Have to get Boars Head subs...way more meat and toppings than S*bw*y for less $$$. And the fresh baked sub rolls are to die for. Also got their red skin potato salad...omg, so yummy!

Becareful when you go to this Pharmacy we ask about covid vaccine that should be free but the lady told us you supposed to be over 65 for one of the vaccine which I am not and had a fatal disease to get other vaccine which I do not have and they want $65 for each vaccine. Wow

Excellent service:from the floor help to the cashier, to the customer service desk, to the bakery and dairy. Great variety of products, and fruit and vegetables section is always clean, organized, fresh and cared for meticulously. I like the inviting and welcoming atmosphere of the store and the attentiveness of the staff. I have a publix closer to my home, but I like to go to this one because I find the customer service from most of the staff is excellent and I can see how they model for the other team members who seemed to be unfamiliar or not experienced with excellent customer service. This store tries to be the very best from the cart lady who cleans the carts and makes sure the carts are easy to pull from the cart line to the awesome deli staff who are so patient and just great with the presentation of the deli meats and their hard work and the service. I always choose this Publix over the other one closer to me. The parking is easy and shopping carts are immediately removed from the parking area. The location is just great for me especially when I have to shop for groceries and banking too! My first experience with Publix and its service was 30 years ago in Central Florida. It was a wonderful experience to shop at Publix because of the customer service; now, it is still an excellent experience to shop at this Publix because it reminds me of the Publix in Central Florida 30 years ago. The prices are best when there is the buy one get one free, but overall the prices are a bit higher but not by much. Most of all, shopping there and being able to get in and out at the checkout with staff that actually greet you and help you is worth it for me. I want to shop and not get aggravated by uncaring staff who use headsets to avoid helping the customer or bad body language or racks of product in the aisles blocking the product access from the shelf and not one staff is around to help; I say this about Wal-Mart which is my other choice for grocery shopping which I avoid whenever possible, but sometimes due to budget and certain products I like which are not carried by Publix, I have to shop at Wal-Mart. So, this Publix is a wonderful place for my grocery shopping.

I used to love shopping at Publix. I worked at a Publix for almost 4 years in the Bakery and loved it, but this particular one gives a bad name to Publix. I completely avoid going here for many reasons now after being a loyal customer for many years. The Deli is always busy, yes I understand but to constantly be out of rotisserie chicken or fried chicken boxes is insane. The one time I did happen to manage to get one it was so puny and pathetic I decided against it. Though this isn’t any fault to Publix but the parking lot is always insane with cars not caring about pedestrians or many cars parked along the fire lane waiting for others that are in the store. The people that shop there are rude and selfish similar to the employees. No one ever gives you a kind smile or even looks happy to be there. Their sale signs are not always in the correct spots and even though their policy is to give the item at the price that the signs are labeled they want to argue with you. I had a cashier go back and forth with me telling me the sign is just in the wrong place. The customers behind me were even showing her the signs and she went over to the signs and moved them and said see that sign should be over here. Then mumbled under her breath about me as I was trying to pay. This isn’t how your treat customers especially at a place like Publix where they try to pride themselves of good customer service. Hopefully district visits this store more often to get them into shape otherwise they are going to lose more and more customers to Walmart across the street and the other Publix around the corner.

The workers at the deli counter are all excellent at what they do and very courteous and friendly.

Incompetent worker in the deli section where meats are cut. First she was gonna cut the end part of the meat for a customer picking up and her co worker had to correct her, then she had me waiting while another co worker comes along and serve someone else who came after me... while she said nothing. I always knew this department had issues but I didnt think it can get any worse. I guess customer service is slowly but surely dying in that department.

Very poor options for unsweetened tea. I do realize I was in Florida and mainly sweet tea is the tea to drink I dont like all the sugar that comes with sweet tea.

Publix is a fabulous store and there BOGO are great. This product sucks unless you like malt liquor. Nothing at all like Truly. Those are amazingly good. Do not think Vizzy is anything like Truly. I will not make that mistake again.

This is a perfect example of what grocery shopping should be! Wonderful staff, clean parking lot and interior of store is maintained greatly. Full featured pharmacy has delivered both or my covid vaccinations for free. Publix Liquor store next door if the huge selection of cold beer or surpringly large wine selection isnt to your tastes. I really like how there is no self check out line! Good amount of savings to be had that vary weekly. Online their website they have digital coupons that are super easy to use (free registration, anything you clip is applied to your purchase after you enter your phone number into the keypad at the register and theyll even email you a copy of your reciept!). Knowing that the employees are paid well and have a vested interest into their employer to succceed is icing on the cake. I shop at publix whenever i can and so should you!

I have been a Publix shopper, at this location, for 6 years. I recently spent $300 on groceries, and, went to the liquor store. There was a belligerent Afro American, he said military, parading around without a mask. He threatened me, another witness suggested that we call the Police. The Security Guard, at that location, did nothing!!!!!!

I really love it because the employees are attentive and friendly. I feel peace shopping at publix.

Pricey but good for a few items in a pinch

Deli is way to slow there as it seems they need more help around lunch time. By the time I stand in line and get my sub sandwich and pay for it I only have about 20 minutes left out of a 1 hour lunch. SORRY BUT YOU ARE WAY TO SLOW AT THIS STORE COMPAIRED TO OTHER PUBLIX STORES.

I come here because it is closest to my house. I come in monthly to get my sons formula and snacks (I usually shop monthly) 9/10 they have only a handful of formula and snacks if at all. Today was the second time that there was a sale on soft drinks. My husband and I saw the sign at the end cap near the seafood dept and decided to go to the actual isle because we have had an issue a few months prior where the customer service manager argued with us being wrong even tho the sale sign was in front of the product. Today same issue. Only the cashier was extremely rude and told me well its not the sign its the product. You need to look at the right product. I use to work for publix back in 2006... what happened to Publix promise and customer service. Sue to all of this I will NEVER be a customer at this store EVER again.

Who doesnt like Publix. I love it.

I loved the Publix and went there ever since they opened this location and my main reason was the sushi section which they had the best chef in but it went from best to worse the chefs they got for sushi now is not only horrible and cheap but if you ask the chefs to make you something they usually do they will always tell you NO WE ARE OUT OF INGREDIENTS!!! It’s like going to dally and ask for sandwich to be made and the workers of Publix will tell you NO you can’t have that on your sandwich... they really gotta fire those sushi chefs I stopped going to this Publix because of them! They must think they own the Publix or we go to their restaurant really rude!!!

Always crowded, and takes forever to get anything at the deli, sandwich or lunch meat. Theyll have 4 people waiting on the 4 people getting lunch meat. Over making sandwiches there are 6 people in line, with 1 person waiting on them. This happens every time Im there.

I went in one night close to closing time for toothache medicine and I wasnt pressured to hurry up as i couldnt find the medicine I needed a nice gentleman helped me surf the shelves until we found it.
