Horrible customer service. I was there earlier to get something. When i about to pay. I told the the lady i was ready to pay. I think she is the leader she was tall and long heir. She say someone there. I keep waiting cause i have go to work. I told her no one here. She just ignored me. So rude

I got my Covid vaccine from this location on Monday. The staffs were professional and courteous throughout the vaccination process. Well organized cabins to isolate vaccinators from regular customers. Overall - Good customer service!

They regularly run out of medication and fail to notify me or my MD. Since COVID its gotten worse---doctors dont give paper scripts, meaning the MD has to call it in directly. This is the 4th time in a year, and the 2nd time over a weekend period, where Ive simply not had my medication because the pharmacy ran out. How is it possible a large chain like this wouldnt have enough for patients who fill there regularly?? I should just change pharmacies.

Actually a really great experience. Helpful and quick. Greeted me right as I walked in, which was nice. Its also an old bank building which was fascinating.

Unprofessional staffs. I know you all look through photos at photo printing, but the least you can do is NOT to comment and giggle at a customers photos at pickup IN FRONT OF the customer. Too much to ask?

The shelves are really weirdly organized, making it hard to find things. The corridors are very narrow and the shopping experience is not good, but at least they had what I was looking for

I ordered photos through the Walgreens app and picked up in store in about an hour. It’s fast, BUT the color was way off and it chopped off a 2 inch edge on every single photo!!! I had cropped to photo to 2:3 in an editing app and the photos looked fine in the Walgreens app before submitting to print. Why???

Pharmacy has GREAT staff, wished they had longer hours. Store prices less than other place.

Four days ago I sent to this location photo album every day I go there they tell me it’s not a very today. I called and asked one of the employees if the album is ready he told me I’m sorry The photo printer is not working and I asked him why you not call me when I ask him for his name he was mumbling And he hung up on me Very very disappointed very very poor service I’m never go back to this location

If theres more than 2 people in line just walk out and go to CVS; itll take less time. Took off another star after a few months because it only got worse.

Their print department is horrible. Everytime, you come for pickup, it is never done right and needs reprinting and you wait there for 45 mins. EVERYTIME. And the excuse is we are training people.

The traffic to get up here from 1st street is awful but the store looks nice and clean all the time, and they have the items on sale on stock so at least its worth the trip.

They open too late .... 9AM weekdays ?? Come on!!!

They made me come back twice for a poster I made and at the end they told me they didnt have the material to do it...

Everywhere there is a Walgreens. But it takes the step because they sell many things, from pharmacy to fruits. Particularly, this Walgreens stands out for its architecture, it was a prominent Hoboken building.
