Maggie is the best! I found her because someone else did a poor job with a Brazilian and Maggie fixed it. Now I only go to her and refuse to see anyone else. She’s such a lovely person and very quick and meticulous with her wax technique. You are guaranteed to leave completely smooth no matter what service you get.

Been coming here for years. The one on Chamber and more recently the one in Hoboken. Getting waxed is never an easy experience but I applaud this group of people who work professionally and swiftly to make the experience more pleasant. Shout out to Missy!

I recently moved back to the area and was looking for a consistent EWC wax specialist. I read the reviews before going and decided to book with Maggie. Upon arrival, she was very comforting and informed me about different strategies to eliminate ingrowns, etc. She was quick and made sure to check in throughout to make sure I was comfortable! I loved her services and I’ll be back again.

Alyssa is the best! She’s so nice and easy to talk to. She does an amazing job waxing my eyebrows, in the past people over over plucked my brows. She always does just enough keeps my brows looking even and great!

The waxing service was fine, my 3 star review is based on one of the receptionists who I believe is a bit aggressive with the gratuity matter. I was sitting in the waiting area waiting for my service when i over heard another lady getting checked out. the receptionist asked her how much gratuity she wanted to put on the card and she told her $8, the receptionist proceeded to say are you sure you don’t want to leave 15% it would be $13 and the lady respectfully declined and said eight dollars is fine. how are you over here suggesting gratuities for people?? that just makes someone feel so uncomfortable and you don’t know what went down in the service room maybe she didn’t like the service or maybe that’s all she had. I mean it shouldn’t be a thing to make someone feel a way because certain amount of gratuity left, just be lucky that you got gratuity. then when it was my turn to check out I had already given the waxer cash bc I usually tip in cash but when I checked out she said would u like to leave tip on the card. I said no. She looked at me like I was crazy and said “well do you want to tip her?” I told her I gave cash and then walked away. Aggressive once again.

Eh...Dora and I had good conversation and she was friendly. She finished in 20 minutes and I was surprised...very quick. When I got home, I realized why. I could have done a better job with the razor honestly. I suggest going to Uni K instead. 82$ and I even tipped...waste of money. Smh it was not good quality whatsoever. The fact I have to go over with the razor is just very sad...

Great staff but boy did it hurt. I’m just a sensitive person. I’m not mush for pain. But the staff was very patient and knowledgeable. They walked me through the experience and respected this time I would berth in and out for the next strip to be pulled off lol. I never went back because I realized waxing isn’t for me but they were great. I just can’t handle the pain. The location is great too.

Nice staff and professional. Reservation preferred & give you a 9 min grace window in case you are stuck in minor traffic. If its your first time ever going, they give you a complimentary service (eyebrow, underarm, bikini line). Wax is gentle coming off and removes hair smoothly.

Completely burned my eyebrow!! Ruined vacation, and left a scar.

Worst experience ever!I literally just left. Went in here. First time ever. When I walk in the room with the tech there is no modesty at all. She basically said take off your pants. So I did. Thought they bunch your underwear like it has been done in the past at other places, NOPE. She says your undearwear too. Okay. That happens and then she puts powder on me and just starts to rip away! It was horrendous. She basically waxed the same spots at least three times! I had to tell her to stop way before it was over because I had lumps everywhere and I am red like a tomatoe. This woman had absolutely no compassion whatsoever! No sympathy no anything. I started getting dizzy, told her to stop and I left. Went home and shaved the rest. Last time I will ever go there. Never again.Almost forgot to mention the front desk staff were amazing, pleasant, super nice and welcoming. That is all that is great about this place.
