Just spent $7 on a small blizzard to be corrected on how to call out my order. You guys can blow it out your backside.

Best in Hilo I go at least once a month for a blizzard.

Staff was proficient but not very friendly. Blizzard was exactly as expected.

Showed up and was told they weren’t serving ice cream because they need 15 mins to clean. They close at 8 and it was 7:44.Went back to try again. The really really big girl is nasty. You need to hire better people who don’t hate their job and customers.

Would not go here customer service sucks!!! I ordered a small banana spilt and got a blizzard when i told her thats not what i wanted she told me i needed to be more specific ..i sorry she rolled her eyes and walked off. Then talked about it to the girl beside her. Im asuming it was the manager. The manager didnt say andthing to her about her poor attitude. When she handed me the banna spilt i said thank u and she didnt say ur wlexone anything.would not recommend going here.
