Staff was pleasant and store looked good. Went in for all the Cranberry Woods we could find to be met with confused looks and offers of Cranberry Frost scents etc. Not the same thing. Its all good we got some other things but if Cranberry Woods wallflowers are no longer stocked at this location then I dont see us ever returning. Found it on the website later that day but no one even recommended to check there. The candle selection had lots of options.

You have a sign posted saying you require masks and you list online what you are doing to keep customers safe including requiring masks. LIES!!! Today I wanted to make a purchase, but when I opened your door, there were three customers up front with no masks in sight and two employees who didn’t ask them to put them on! Wearing masks indoors is a state mandate. STOP LYING TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO WANT TO SHOP SAFELY AND STOP GIVING PEOPLE A FALSE SENSE OF SAFETY!

I stopped in this store while I was in town looking for a seasonal fragrance. When an associate saw me looking for the clearance area . she asked if I was looking for something specifically. I answered you but I dont think you have it. I then explained that my mom had recently passed away and that the fragrance was not just a bottle that smells good but that it was for me a memory. She went and spoke with the manager. A few moments later the manager returned with what I had been looking for. So I want to give this store 5 stars and thank them for going the extra distance!!!!

Had an amazing shopping experience with the greatest employee from this store Vivi La. I was quite disappointed to find out that my adored scent Twilight Woods was permanently discontinued, and she for real spent a solid hour showing me and explaining heaps of similar scenes. I had her contact and texted her out of business time later but she still responded so promptly and was able to solve most of my enquiries. We had a good chat and I finally decided to take Forest. I love the mysterious woody scent It offers, not the exact unique vanilla note I was looking for but this is still surprisingly impressive.Vivi La is such a professional that could handle tasks smoothly and so friendly as well. I can guarantee most return customers are for her! This girl needs a raise immediately!

Small store, but well laid out. Staff is friendly and helpful. And the parking garage is right next to the store, which makes it very convenient.

Two employees ive experienced at this location have left a negative impression, which reflects the company. I asked if they recycle, one employee said no they do not. The company is irresponsible to the environment. All of their products are single use containers, contributing to waste. I asked if they have liquid soap refills, they said no. Their liquid hand soap labels are not transparent. It does not state where it is made & the five ingredients highlighted on the label do not moisturize your hands. My hands felt stripped of my natural oils & dry after every use. False claims labeling.Their candles are toxic. I lit one & the flames rose about a foot high, very dangerous. The fumes from the chemical laden wick were also noxious. Definitely not buying those again.Prices are also too high. I no longer will purchase any liquid soaps from this dishonest company & I do not recommend the store.

I was in to make a return today and I had my online confirmation email for my items. The “supervisor” did not want to accept that for my return. I reviewed the return policy and it clearly says that is accepted. Don’t know her reason for giving me the runaround but she is clearly not there to help.I was able to exchange my candle.... Cashier 3495766, I’ll be in tomorrow to give it another shot now that I know the policy.

Went there this afternoon for the sale, and I got 3 perfumes, a lotion, and a body wash for $11 and change! Theres a woman named Stephanie who works there that hypes me up every time I go and makes the shopping experience a lot of fun and worth while. She helps you get the most bang for your buck for sure! Id definitely recommend this location.

I love this store! Its part of The Stores at Tanasbourne mall. There is free street parking which is usually full, but you can park free in the covered garage around the corner. If you sign up in the store they will email or slow mail you coupons. The coupons usually get you a free item plus a percentage of your total purchase, plus a special. Combine the coupons with their sales and wow you get some great products at great prices! They come out with new scents and products seasonally. There are always samples of each product to try. Store is well organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. No public bathroom. WC accessible.

My long-time feelings on Christmas gift giving has been the three items presented when Christ was born ...frankincense, myrrh, and gold ...if its good enough for Jesus its good enough for you! Thankful has the frankincense and myrhh essential oils in a gold colored medium ! Thank you B&BW for making my giving so easy this year. I have used it and coworkers are responding with I must get some!

We were there to buy a birthday gift for my daughters friend. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was some hold up at the checkout for a few mins while all the checkout folks conferred over a previous customers problem, which held up everyone else. Other than that minor glitch everything else was smooth and we got a nice birthday pack we wanted, replete with a Happy Birthday tote they had on sale!

Today was the annual candle sale. WOW, pure insanity! The crowd today was crazier than Black Friday!! Glad to know Im not the only candle hoarder, LOL. On a serious note, this place has the best candles Ive found. Wonderful scents and they actually make your house smell nice! Considering most everyone waited in line carrying the max of 15 candles, that should prove that these are awesome!!

The store sells basically cosmetics and toiletries both branded and local. A small store but well attached with water to sell. The last there was nicely courteous as we entered and gave us a rundown on what is available on offer and her own recommendations. The stuff was really good and the the discount offers too.

Really surprised to find this at the Streets of Tanasbourne. The whole mall seems to be coming back to life. Im allergic to most scented products but the candles here are non-allergenic and great smelling. Great marketing by this company. I never leave without buying something I didnt plan on buying.

Smells like fragrant aerosols....and candles that have unnatural scents....and what it might smell like at a school dance after all the girls move from the restroom to the dance floor and they leave a cloud of perfume in their path.Basically what Im saying is that its aggressively fragrant here.

Men listen up this is a good spot to stop for your lady. I come here every so often to get my significant other some super good smelling lotion or spray trust me Im helping you out
