Five stars go to the beautiful and warm-hearted lady at the Photo Center. I decided to take my passport photo myself this time and I used an app to generate a printable grid on 4x6. The lady immediately understood my intention when printing the photos and gave me cropped duplicates along with the uncropped copies, free of charge! I didn’t like to take passport photos at stores because sometimes photographers do not have patience to take a satisfying photo for you. But I believe you can trust the nice lady here!

My experience with Walgreens today was absolutely awful. I had an appointment for a flu vaccine and arrived 15 minutes beforehand as they asked. It took 25 minutes for them to print out and give me the paperwork (which I had filled out online but apparently it somehow didnt go through). Then it took another 15-20 minutes for them to be ready to administer my flu vaccine. In the roughly 45 minutes they forced me to wait around, two different Walgreens associates were wandering around in the area with their masks off their nose, so I was doing my best to shift around and stay away from them.I just realized that Hillsboro Pharmacy on Main Street does vaccines, and I will now avoid Walgreens if at all possible.

They are very short hardened and trying their best. Corp needs to set up to assist them. I got pushed around during my Covid shot. Had to fight to be seen for a pre schedule apt. I watched them closely and they were trying so hard

Worst Pharmacy to visit.The couple of times I have visited this place to pick my medication has felt am a bother to them than a customer.First time I let go but second and third time means this pharmacy need reorganization and order as they have proven to not care at all.First time they told me we cannot fulfill your prescription we are understaffed today so come pick the medication next day, for an Antibiotic, next day my order still not ready but I need the medication, so am told drive around the block as we need to serve those behind you, really are those more of important customers/patient than I?Second came to pick new prescriptions Insulin never used it before no counseling was offered the pharmacist said all is written down thank goodness I can read and my doctor is a call away for clarification.Third and last time am visiting this place, new prescription sent in, went to pick the prescription still not readyI need 90 day supply of iron tablets but they decide to sell to me 260 pills, still no counseling offered but I could not complete this order as I need 90 tablets not more than that.Am glad I have options of choosing other pharmacies to fulfill my prescriptions other than Walgreens.

Don’t bother calling this store, they’ll keep giving you the run around. You explain your issue or question to someone and then they say “okay, I’m gonna transfer you to blah blah blah since they’re the one that deals with those. You may have to repeat your question to them” then you get on with that person who “deals with that stuff” and they give you the same run around. Unbelievable.. if you don’t like providing customer service, how about quit your job and find someplace that you don’t need to do so.

Youre better off going in to get your order instead of trying to do curbside pick up. I be been waiting to get my order for 15 minutes. I called, 5 minutes ago and they said they would have them bring it out. Still nothing.

Does NOT do cashapp cash deposits despite the cashapp and Walgreens page confirming they do cashapp cash deposit. I feel this is a management issue neglecting teaching the staff how to utilize the technology.

We just sat in the pharmacy drive thru line for 50 minutes, simply to drop off a prescription needed for a scheduled procedure. One person in front of us reached the window at 7:01pm, and the window was practically slammed in his face! There was no one else behind us. We called the store to see if anyone was still in the pharmacy who could take all of twenty seconds to help us, and a store employee rather rudely told us “I don’t know, I don’t work there.” To think we could have avoided wasting all of that time, plus the time needed to drive across town to Walgreens on Murray Scholls, if the pharmacy staff took just a few extra minutes to help the last two people in an almost hour-long line. Thank you, Walgreens pharmacy staff of Cornell and Walbridge, for giving the rest of us healthcare workers a bad name!

Miscounting narcotic pills and blaming the patient, forgetting to fill the prescription after drop off completely, being rude and obnoxious in response, slow, lazy, uncaring.. mistake after mistake after mistake.. to sum it up, disgusting and horrendous pharmacy management and attitude, people’s medicine is a big joke for them, they should be ashamed For what they are.

I was denied a covid vaccine at this location. I was told by a Walgreens employee that I could do a walk in. At the pharmacy I was told that they only had enough supply for their appointments today and tomorrow yet online I was fully capable of making an at that location appointment for today.

They keep cutting back hours making it very hard when you work 8-5 and pharmacy lines take 30 minutes to get through. Never using them again unless I have to.

The store is a bit expensive but have decent things and medicines. Store staff are kind but pharmacy staff are very rude and impatient with you.

I only go to this place because I do not drive n it’s the only one close to home. Otherwise I wouldn’t. Most employees n managers have the most repulsive customer service. They don’t even say hello or have a good day. Horrible customer service

Wow I love this Walgreens so much Ive been going there for so many years and I always get the best service from a sweet little lady named betsie she is such a sweet person she just makes my day so much better.

Needed a Covid PCR test. Took it Wednesday afternoon, woke up to the results in my inbox Friday morning. :)

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for a flu shot. When I got there, they had no flu shots. They said they ran out the day before, but didnt have the contact information for people with appointments so they couldnt call to cancel them.

Asked only one question.. do you guys order the smaller boxes of masks? And I was told that’s what we have and it’s not our problem if you need something else. That’s all we order. Answer is understandable, approach and demeanor from the employee was toxic.

You can buy things and for the most part they have good prices

Took a friend here for a prescheduled flu shot. I dont know how you manage to run 30 minutes behind on giving scheduled flu shots, but amazingly its possible.

Most of the employees I have encountered here have been very nice to work with. Very friendly and professional.

Very rude staff!! I just got passport photos from here and the person clicking and making the photos, named Rachel was extremely rude!! Paid $45 and still got the worst customer service ever! I am NEVER gonna return to this store again!!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for eight years. The pharmacist just refused to fill a script for me and lied to my face about the reason. My ID expired two weeks ago, but due to the Covid pandemic I cannot get it renewed. The state has put out guidance that any IDs that expired after April 7th 2020 can be accepted as valid for the purpose of filling a prescription. The pharmacist repeatedly told me that she couldn’t fill the script due to state laws. I’m currently at a different pharmacy waiting for them to finish filling said script.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Called at 11:15 am about getting immunization. Was told it would take half an hour to get it ready. Did other things and went in at 12:30pm, since pharmacies dont always have things ready on time. Was told immunizations are only given until noon. Not told this when I originally called. So apparently I had a 15 minute window to go in that I was unaware of. I was told I could come back at 2pm. Complete lack of consideration for my time!

I came to this store for drinks and snacks. Well the drink was priced for 1.29 and rang up for 1.49. The employee at the register acted like a robot giving what seemed like scripted responses. Customer service should be genuine but some people just don’t have it.

Yvonne, the pharmacist, is very rude. Ive met her couple of times and she never smiles. If you ask her a question she replies the way like she does you a favor. Tech staff and the another pharmacist are nice and professional but this lady... she needs to change her attitude. 3 star just because of Yvonne. Otherwise 5 star for the location.

Have had to wait for a good amount of time to get the physician prescribed medications via the pharmacy. The staff is caring and helpful though.

The head pharmacist, Sherry, was an absolute gem! We are visiting from way out of town and my daughter’s asthma flared up pretty bad and they had her prescription transferred and filled within 15 minutes, both times....there was a miscommunication with the tech I spoke on the phone with and we got an inhaler instead of the nebulizer solution....but the pharmacist was totally on top of it and my daughter is now breathing happily.

Walgreens runs TV ads promoting their flu shots. Yesterday, a Wednesday afternoon, my wife and I went to this Walgreens Pharmacy to get our flu shots. There was one person in the waiting area and at least three employees behind the counter. We approached the counter and the young woman who greeted us was very nice. However, upon overhearing that we were requesting flu shots, an older woman, who must have been a supervisor or something, yelled No! We are too busy to give flu shots. Come back another time. We it is safe to say we will never go back to that Walgreens again!

This place is my favorite place to go to. Its like I have a family there. Everyone is so welcoming and the pharmacy is always so kind. I definitely recommend this location.

There should be zero star. I thought a pharmacy is as good as any other, but I was wrong. They billed my insurance for a 3 month supply of medication and never gave me the prescription. Was off medication for 1 1/2 weeks and ended up refilling prescription at another pharmacy because they were unable to resolve the issue.

After four days of trying, the pharmacy cannot even fill a simple sudafed prescription, that we would be able to buy off the shelf over the border in Washington state. They spend all their time fighting with computers rather than do whatever pharmacists are supposed to do.

This pharmacy is the worst. I have tried multiple times, but have given up and drive way out of my way to another location because I dont want to deal with the waits and rudeness. Im surprised nothing has been done to fix this problem.

Its a Typical Walgreens- but I will tell you the people are always helpful and we use them alot to grab and go. Pretty basic - you know what your getting. The Pharmacy tends to be overcrowded but the recent addition of Walmart nearby have opened things up! Traffic is getting bad around here to this location is very convenient. I

Get your meds elsewhere.....Closed sometimes, check out is forever. Late service is not available. Everything is over priced and service is spotty.Of you want a prescription filled, go up the street to the Rite-aid. Open late and better prices and service.

Their Pharmacy does not take appointment, bad attitude

Keep trying to give them a second chance but today was the last straw. I keep thinking, Maybe they are having a busy day or short staffed for that day, but after 10 times or more of waiting forever for a prescription or a flu shot I think I have given them enough chances. It is sad because the people who work there are nice. Management needs to wake up and do something about the problem. You need to hire more people to work at the pharmacy or you will continue to lose customers like me. I am transferring over everything to RiteAid which is right down the road.

Really long waits every time Ive come (3 times now), they get to drive thru immediately but make everyone inside just wait and wait. No fun. 15+ min timed waits just to get up to the counter, like 8-10 people in line every time.

Not good service,had to wait a long time to get service AND SUPER EXPENSIVE! charged me almost 40 dollars for 6 papers pictures and made it sound like they were the only ones in the area to be able to do this. turns out that there is a FedEx a couple miles drown the road that CHARGES HALF of that. avoid this place if you can.

They are very unprofessional. Period.I received an SMS that my prescription is ready. But when I go for pick up, they offered me only one of the two medicines.I am their regular customer since last 7 months and collected same medicine for months.When I asked them for reasons, they were providing me unsealed bottle of Medicine available one which I refused.Worst of all, they dont care about customer service. Nobody ever care to apologize for the inconvenience and diligence. The lady at the counter gave me no reaction for my concern and not uttered a single word. I felt like I was talking to walls.

The pharmacist and the techs were VERY rude and lied when they said my insurance covered a medication so my time was wasted completely. They told me they would call the next day to get the right prescription and they never called the doctor untill I called them AGAIN and still no prescription. I NEVER want to go back here EVER again! Worst service EVER!!! No one should go here unless you wanted to be treated like dirt.

The shelves are well stocked. The staff is friendly. When I have needed pain meds, the pharmacy processed my rx quickly. The text me when my rx is ready service works well. A couple times Ive been over charged but the refund is quick and courteous. Computers being wrong is a corporate issue-not the fault of the store staff.

I called to verify they had a product. Twice she confirmed they did. I drove half hour to see that they didnt.

Im a newer customer to Walgreens. (Orenco) I have noticed that my local Walgreens has a huge shortage of pharmacy staff. One poor woman had been stuck in the drive thru for over 40 min. She chose to stay in her car on order not to infect everyone around her. My thanks to her. But if your going to have a drive thru, make sure you can staff it. In my opinion, 40 min isnt time saving nor conveinent.

This is my disappointed experience with this Walgreens. I went there to buy Mylanta.The display price is $4.39 but when I was checking out they charged $5.89. I asked the cashier why you charged more.He told me to talk to Photo center then I waited for few min to figure this out. Later they corrected it.I spent at least 10 min for this because of their mistake. I like to have display and sell price should be same wherever I go which is basis business rule.I have receiept for this still.
