Your employee helped me pick out a color... She said that the onen only perfect intensity in Scarlett red would show amazingly over the current color of my hair. That I would not need a developer nor would I need to lighten my hair first... I left the dye in for 30 minutes and I thought my hair would come out perfect.... I rinsed my hair and then conditioned it... I did NOT shampoo because the box says not to... And this dye did literally noting to my hair. It is the same color as it was before I put the dye in it.Dying my hair was the only thing I wanted to do while I had Xtra money... So not only did I waste my time and money.... Im left broke and devastated.... That employee should not be recommending hair color any longer.

I come here often and don’t have any complaints. However, with this whole masks required thing going on, you’d think that when someone walks in the door, blatantly ignoring the “masks required” sign, an employee would tell them they can’t come in without a mask. This person is putting everyone in danger, but they just let her shop, emboldening her to the point where several times she was standing less than two feet away from me. I finally lost it when I was checking out, and again, she’s standing right behind me. I’m bothered that I was put in this position because the staff wouldn’t enforce the governor’s order. I’ve been enforcing the order where I work, and so far, no one has had a problem. Train your staff!

I hate going in there. The ladies there rude or over friendly it seems fake. They are so busy worrying about shoplifters they forgot how to treat customers.

For specific beauty/hair products this place is a must, but the employees dont know too much about how to help with hair products for a person of color... So if you know what you need this place is great, and probably carries whatever it is youre looking for.

I come in often and I figured that they would know by now that I pay for everything and I am not stealing, yet the staff follows me around every time. I just came in for some hair dye and the moment I picked something up the MOD called a staff member over to the area she and I were already in and asked if she checked the store this morning. Almost insinuating that something was missing. Right in front of me. I JUST WANT TO BUY SOME HAIR DYE. You don’t have to follow me.

I had a horrible experience in that store on Saturday, May 19th and have been a long term customer. I knew exactly what I was looking for and went to the isle while a clerk stood at the end of the isle and didnt take her eyes off me. Then another clerk stood across from her and did the same. It was as if they expected me to steal and bolt from the store. There was absolutely nothing about my demeanor to suggest that and I even told them I felt uncomfortable being so intently watched but nothing changed. I made my purchase and left. If that is how I am to be treated I will shop elsewhere. Sallys should be a fun experience but I am done. Those clerks should be fired and have zero customer relation skills.

Adjust your hours so people dont drive 20 minutes to get to a closed store :(

Staff followed me around the entire time made me feel like I was being targeted as someone who was going to steal from them. I felt extremely uncomfortable.. I use this store frequently and I like the variety of merchandise but I may be finding another store to go to because of this

I always have good service....

Most associates are pretty knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic about video games, but can be pretty pushy, trying to convince you to buy used, preorder this, subscribe to that, etc., and buying a used copy for three dollars less than new is ridiculous.
